1亚热带山地亮叶水青冈林的群落分类及物种组成与更新显示文摘水青冈属(Fagus)约有11种,我国有5种。亮叶水青冈(Faguslucida)是我国间断分布于亚热带高海拔山地的主要落叶树种。近年来亮叶水青冈林受砍伐严重,为了保护残存的林地,作者采用Braun-Blanquet(1964)、Fujiwara(1987)的植物社会学方法,对分布于中国亚热带山地的南山、梵净山、宽阔水、八大公山4地域的亮叶水青冈林进行了植被的比较研究。根据37个样方调查的资料,区分出3个群丛6个亚群丛。比较3个群丛的物种组成、生活型结构发现,位于南山的毛玉山竹–亮叶水青冈群丛(Yushaniobasihirsuto–Fagetumlucidae)及位于梵净山与宽阔水的大箭竹–亮叶水青冈群丛(Sinarundinariochungii–Fagetumlucidae),其常绿落叶阔叶混交林的特征明显;而八大公山的箭竹–亮叶水青冈群丛(Sinarundinarionitido–Fagetumlucidae),其落叶阔叶林的特征较显著。南山与八大公山的亮叶水青冈林立木结构分析结果表明,前者呈“L”型分布,林窗的存在使亮叶水青冈可以保持更新,密集的竹子是妨碍其自然更新的主要因素;后者呈“Λ”状分布,尽管林下竹子稀疏,自然更新却严重不良,其原因尚待继续定点观测分析。汪正祥 雷耘 Kazue Fujiwara 刘林翰 薛跃规 2006生物多样性2006,14,1:28
2Efficacy of intra-arterial contrast-enhanced ultrasonography during transarterial chemoembolization with drug-eluting beads for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM To assess the usefulness of intra-arterial contrastenhanced ultrasonography(IAUS) during transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) with drug-eluting beads(DEB) for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).METHODS Thirty two patients with 39 HCC underwent DEB-TACE guided with IAUS, and examined by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS) or dynamic CT after DEB-TACE were enrolled in this study. CEUS findings before DEBTACE and IAUS findings were compared. Treatments judged to be complete and incomplete for lesions were appropriate and insufficient, respectively. Findings on CEUS and/or dynamic CT performed 1, 3 and 6 mo after DEB-TACE were evaluated using m RECIST(CR/PR/SD/PD).RESULTS The treatments were complete and incomplete in 26 and 13 lesions, respectively. On imaging evaluation using CEUS and/or dynamic CT one month after treatment, 25 and 1 lesions were judged to be CR and PR, respectively, and at 6 mo after treatment, the results were CR, PR, SD and PD for 24, 1, 0 and 1 of these lesions, respectively, in the 26 completely treated lesions. Of the 13 lesions in which treatment was incomplete, the results on imaging at one month after treatment were CR, PR, SD and PD for 0, 6, 4 and 3 lesions, respectively. 4A topologically substituted boron nitride hybrid aerogel for highly selective CO2 uptake显示文摘A topologically mediated synthesis of porous boron nitride aerogel has been experimentally and theoretically investigated for carbon dioxide (CO2)uptake. 5Cation-mixing stabilized layered oxide cathodes for sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries are promising for large-scale energy storage due to sodium's low cost and infinite abundance. The most popular cathodes for sodium-ion batteries, i.e., the layered sodium-containing oxides, usually exhibit reversible host rearrangement between P-type and O-type stacking upon charge/discharge. Herein we demonstrate that such host rearrangement is unfavorable and can be suppressed by introducing transition-metal ions into sodium layers. The electrode with stabilized P3-type stacking delivers superior rate capability, high energy efficiency, and excellent cycling performance. Owing to the cation-mixing nature, it performs the lowest lattice strain among all reported cathodes for sodium-ion batteries. 6Comparison of percutaneous radiofrequency ablation and CyberKnife®for initial solitary hepatocellular carcinoma:A pilot study显示文摘AIM To compare therapeutic outcomes and adverseevents in initial solitary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) treated with radiofrequency ablation (RFA) andCyberKnife?.METHODS: Seventy three consecutive patients withinitial solitary HCC treated with RFA (38 patients;RFA group) and CyberKnife (35 patients; CK group)were enrolled in this study. Background factorswere compared between the two groups. Local andintrahepatic distant recurrence control, and cumulativesurvival rates were compared between the two groups.These were determined using the Kaplan-Meier method,and the significance of differences was analyzed by log-rank test. The presence of more grade 3 on CTCAE ver.4.0 early and late adverse events was investigated.RESULTS: In background factors, age was significantlyhigher (P = 0.005) and the tumor diameter wassignificantly larger (P = 0.001) in the CK group. The1-year local recurrence control rates were 97.4%and 97.1% in the RFA and CK groups, respectively (P= 0.71); the 1-year intrahepatic distant recurrencecontrol rates were 85.6% and 86.1%, respectively (P= 0.91); and the 1-year cumulative survival rates were100% and 95.2%, respectively (P = 0.075), showingno significant difference in any rate between the twogroups. There were no late adverse event in the RFAgroup, but 11.4% in the CK group had late adverseevents. 7Adult stem cells in neural repair: Current options, limitations and perspectives显示文摘Stem cells represent a promising step for the future of regenerative medicine. As they are able to differentiate into any cell type, tissue or organ, these cells are great candidates for treatments against the worst diseasesthat defy doctors and researchers around the world. Stem cells can be divided into three main groups:(1) embryonic stem cells;(2) fetal stem cells; and(3) adult stem cells. In terms of their capacity for proliferation, stem cells are also classified as totipotent, pluripotent or multipotent. Adult stem cells, also known as somatic cells, are found in various regions of the adult organism, such as bone marrow, skin, eyes, viscera and brain. They can differentiate into unipotent cells of the residing tissue, generally for the purpose of repair. These cells represent an excellent choice in regenerative medicine, every patient can be a donor of adult stem cells to provide a more customized and efficient therapy against various diseases, in other words, they allow the opportunity of autologous transplantation. 8Acute pancreatitis secondary to intramural duodenal hematoma:Case report and literature review显示文摘Nontraumatic intramural duodenal hematoma(IDH) is rare disease and it is generally related to coagulation abnormalities.Reports of nontraumatic IDH associated with pancreatic disease are relatively rare,and various conditions including acute or chronic pancreatitis are thought to be associated with nontraumatic IDH.However,the association between IDH and acute pancreatitis remains unknown.We report the case of a 45-year-old man who presented with vomiting and right hypochondrial pain.He had no medical history,but was a heavy drinker.The diagnosis of IDH was established by computed tomography,ultrasonography and endoscopy,and it was complicated by acute pancreatitis.The lesions resolved with conservative management.We discuss this case in the context of previously reported cases of IDH concomitant with acute pancreatitis.In our patient,acute pancreatitis occurred concurrently with hematoma,probably due to obstruction of the duodenal papilla,or compression of the pancreas caused by the hematoma.The present analysis of the published cases of IDH with acute pancreatitis provides some information on the pathogenesis of IDH and its relationship with acute pancreatitis.Kazue Shiozawa Manabu Watanabe Yoshinori Igarashi Yasushi Matsukiyo Teppei Matsui Yasukiyo Sumino 2010World Journal of Radiology2010,2,7:3
