1MODIS observations of water color of the largest 10 lakes in China between 2000 and 2012显示文摘Forel-Ule(FU)index of water color is an important parameter in traditional water quality investigations.We retrieved the FU index of the largest 10 lakes in China during 2000-2012 from MODerate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer surface reflectance product(MOD09)images.Since FU index is an optical parameter,it can be derived from optical remote sensing data by direct formulas,which is invariant with region and season.Based on validation by in situ measured reflectance data,the FU index products are reliable,with average relative error of 7.7%.FU index can be used to roughly assess water clarity:the clearer a water body is,and the bluer it is in color,the smaller its FU index is.FU index can also be used to roughly classify trophic state into three classes:oligotrophic,mesotrophic,and eutrophic.We analyzed the spatial,interannual,and seasonal variations of the FU index and its implications for water clarity and trophic state,and the findings are mostly consistent with the results from related literature.All in all,it might be a feasible way to roughly assess inland water quality by FU index in large region and over long time period.Junsheng Li Shenglei Wang Yanhong Wu Bing Zhang Xiaoling Chen Fangfang Zhang Qian Shen Dailiang Peng Liqiao Tian 2016International Journal of Digital Earth2016,9,8:5
2Geochemistry and Geochronology of the Gebunongba Iron Polymetallic Deposit in the Gangdese Belt, Tibet显示文摘The Gebunongba iron polymetallic deposit is a typical skarn deposit located at the westernmost end of the discovered iron polymetallic deposits in the Gangdese metallogenic belt. Major and trace elements of the monzonite granite related to mineralization show that these rocks are peraluminous(ACNK=1.15–1.21) and are rich in Si(76.63 wt.%–76.93 wt.% SiO2), K(K2 O/Na2 O ratio of 1.80–2.30), LREE and LILEs(Rb, Ba, Th, U, Pb), but is depleted in high field strength elements(Nb, Ta, Ti and HREE). In addition, these rocks show obviously negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.48–0.55). The LA-ICPMS U-Pb age of zircons in monzonite granite is 59.72±0.55 Ma(MSWD=0.79), whereas the 40 Ar/39 Ar age of muscovite in iron ores is 59.22±0.61 Ma(MSWD=16.20). This indicates that the deposit formed at the syn-collision stage of Lhasa-India terrane is later than the northward subduction of the Yajiang crust. The monzonite granite has been probably derived from the partial melting of ancient lower crustal materials, which is probably resulted from the underplating of mantle-derived magmas. It is favorable for the formation of iron polymetallic deposit. Iron polymetallic mineralization is prevalent in Gangdese metallogenic belt at syn-collision stage. Therefore, syn-collision stage is an important mineralization stage for iron polymetallic deposits. 3Bulk single crystal growth of SiGe by PMCZ method显示文摘A new type of magnetic device was used to replace the conventional electro-magnetic field for CZSi (doped with Ge) growth. The device was composed of three permanent magnetic rings and called PMCZ device. The lines of magnetic force are horizontally distributed at radial 360°. Using the ring permanent magnetic field, thermal convection in melt and centrifugal pumping flows due to crystal rotation could be strongly suppressed so that the fluctuations of temperature and micro-growth rate at solid/liquid interface could be restrained effectively. In the PMCZ condition, the growing environment of SiGe bulk single crystal was similar to the crystal growth in space under the condition of micro-gravity. The motion of impurities (Ge, oxygen, etc.) had been controlled by diffusion near the solid/liquid interface. Oxygen concentraion became lower and the distribution of composition became more homogeneous along longitudinal direction and across a radial section in the grown SiGe crystal. 4Synthesis and characterization of nanocrystalline Ni produced by cryomilling in liquid nitrogen显示文摘Nanocrystalline Ni powders were successfully fabricated by mechanically milling at cryogenic temperature (cryomilling)with 1 wt.%Y2O3 particles. The experimental results have shown that the Ni grain size is reduced to 25 nm after 2 h of cryomilling in the presence of the Y2O3 particles. The cryomilled Ni/Y2O3 powders can maintain their nanocrystalline structure up to 900°C, or 62% of the melting point of Ni. A bulk nanocrystalline Ni/Y2O3 material with a thermally stable grain size of approximately 100 nm was produced by cryomilling, cold isostatic pressing, followed by hot isostatic pressing. 7Achieving highest Young’s modulus in Al-Li by tracing the size and bonding evolution of Li-rich precipitates显示文摘For decades,it has been well accepted that every 1 wt.%Li addition to Al will reduce Al alloy’s density by 3%and increase its Young’s modulus by 6%.However,the fundamental mechanism of modulus improve-ments stays controversial though all studies agreed that the contribution of such a substantial boosting comes from Li-rich clusters either in solid solution or precipitations.In this study,we experimentally produce nano-sized Li-rich clusters by non-equilibrium solidification using centrifugal casting and trace their evolutions as a function of subsequent heat treatments.High-resolution transmission electron mi-croscopy(HRTEM)reveals a further decrease in the lattice constants of Li-rich regions from the as-cast(0.406 nm),solid solution(0.405 nm)to the aged state(0.401 nm),while Young’s modulus of the Al-Li al-loy reaches 89.16 GPa.Small-angle neutron scattering(SANS)experiments and first-principle calculations based on density functional theory have shown both the bond strength around precipitates and the size of those Li-rich region dominate Young’s modulus.At the beginning,it is volumetric compression due to Li addition that increases modulus,tightening the Al-Al potential curves.In the end,it is the Al-Al and Al-Li valence bonds in Al 3 Li at large size and high-volume fraction which increase its second derivative of internal energy and thus Young’s modulus.Chengpeng Xue Yuxuan Zhang Shuo Wang Guangyuan Tian Xinghai Yang Yubin Ke Zhenhua Xie Junsheng Wang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,14:1

13Integrating UHPLC-MS/MS quantitative analysis and exogenous purine supplementation to elucidate the antidepressant mechanism of Chaigui granules by regulating purine metabolism显示文摘Chaigui granules(CG)are a compound composed of six herbal medicines with significant antidepressant effects.However,the antidepressant mechanism of CG remains unclear.In the present study,we attempted to elucidate the antidepressant mechanism of CG by regulating purine metabolism and purinergic signaling.First,the regulatory effect of CG on purine metabolites in the prefrontal cortex(PFC)of chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)rats was analyzed by ultra high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS)targeted quantitative analysis.Meanwhile,purinergic receptors(P2X7 receptor(P2X7R),A1 receptor(A1R)and A2A receptor(A2AR))and signaling pathways(nod-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome pathway and cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)-protein kinase A(PKA)pathway)associated with purine metabolism were analyzed by western blotting and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Besides,antidepressant mechanism of CG by modulating purine metabolites to activate purinergic receptors and related signaling pathways was dissected by exogenous supplementation of purine metabolites and antagonism of purinergic receptors in vitro.An in vivo study showed that the decrease in xanthine and the increase in four purine nucleosides were closely related to the antidepressant effects of CG.Additionally,purinergic receptors(P2X7R,A1R and A2AR)and related signaling pathways(NLRP3 inflammasome pathway and cAMP-PKA pathway)were also significantly regulated by CG.The results of exogenous supplementation of purine metabolites and antagonism of purinergic receptors showed that excessive accumulation of xanthine led to activation of the P2X7R-NLRP3 inflammasome pathway,and the reduction of adenosine and inosine inhibited the A1R-cAMP-PKA pathway,which was significantly ameliorated by CG.Overall,CG could promote neuroprotection and ultimately play an antidepressant role by inhibiting the xanthine-P2X7R-NLRP3 inflammasome pathway and activating the adenosine/inosine-A1R-cAMP-PKA pathway.Jiajun Chen Tian Li Dehua Huang Wenxia Gong Junsheng Tian Xiaoxia Gao Xuemei Qin Guanhua Du Yuzhi Zhou 2023Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,12:0
14Effects of Xiaoyao San on exercise capacity and liver mitochondrial metabolomics in rat depression model显示文摘Objective: This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effects of Xiaoyao San(XYS), a herbal medicine formula, on exercise capacity and liver mitochondrial metabolomics in a rat model of depression induced by chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS).Methods: A total of 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group(C), CUMS control group(M), Venlafaxine positive treatment group(V), and XYS treatment group(X). Depressive behaviour and exercise capacity of rats were assessed by body weight, sugar-water preference test, open field test, pole test, and rotarod test. The liver mitochondria metabolomics were analyzed by using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) method. TCMSP database and Gene Cards database were used to screen XYS for potential targets for depression, and GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were performed.Results: Compared with C group, rats in M group showed significantly lower body weight, sugar water preference rate, number of crossing and rearing in the open field test, climbing down time in the pole test,and retention time on the rotarod test(P < 0.01). The above behaviors and exercise capacity indices were significantly modulated in rats in V and X groups compared with M group(P < 0.05, 0.01). Compared with C group, a total of 18 different metabolites were changed in the liver mitochondria of rats in M group.Nine different metabolites and six metabolic pathways were regulated in the liver mitochondria of rats in X group compared with M group. The results of network pharmacology showed that 88 intersecting targets for depression and XYS were obtained, among which 15 key targets such as IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF were predicted to be the main differential targets for the treatment of depression. Additionally, a total of 1 553 GO signaling pathways and 181 KEGG signaling pathways were identified, and the main biological pathways were AGE-RAGE signaling pathway, HIF-1 signaling pathway, and calcium signaling pathway.Conclusion: XYS treatment could improve depressive symptoms, enhance exercise capacity, positively regulate the changes of mitochondrial metabolites and improve energy metabolism in the liver of depressed rats.
