| 7 | Influence of Structural Parameters of Turbocharger Floating Bearing on Its Dynamic Characteristic Coefficients显示文摘The structure parameters in an actual industrial production have a great influence on the coefficient of supercharger floating bearing dynamic characteristics,but there has been little systematic study so far.In this paper,the influence of structural parameters of the turbocharger floating bearing on its dynamic characteristic coefficientsis systematically investigated based on the theories of hydrodynamic lubrication and tribology.The influence of clearance ratio on eccentricity and the influence of internal to external radius ratios,and Sommerfeld number were analyzed.A new formula of responding characteristics of the oil film force caused by the displacement or velocity disturbance was deduced near an equilibrium in the steady state.Applying the newly developed formula,the dynamic characteristic was studied for floating bearings.Regularity for change of oil film stiffness and damping was analyzed with the structural parameters of floating bearing such as radius ratios and eccentricity.It has been found that the clearance ratio increases with eccentricity when the radius ratio is unchanged.The eccentricity decreases with the internal to external radius ratio of floating rings when the clearance ratio is constant.The absolute value of total principal stiffness and total main damping decrease with the clearance ratio and radius ratio of floating rings when the total cross damping is stable.The results and findings in this paper can contribute to nonlinear dynamics designs of turbocharger rotor-bearing systems. | Junsheng Zhao Yuantong Gu Shengxian Yi Xuelong Lu | 2017 | Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,2: | 1 |

| 14 | Muscle-inspired soft robots based on bilateral dielectric elastomer actuators显示文摘Muscle groups perform their functions in the human body via bilateral muscle actuation,which brings bionic inspiration to artificial robot design.Building soft robotic systems with artificial muscles and multiple control dimensions could be an effective means to develop highly controllable soft robots.Here,we report a bilateral actuator with a bilateral deformation function similar to that of a muscle group that can be used for soft robots.To construct this bilateral actuator,a low-cost VHB 4910 dielectric elastomer was selected as the artificial muscle,and polymer films manufactured with specific shapes served as the actuator frame.By end-to-end connecting these bilateral actuators,a gear-shaped 3D soft robot with diverse motion capabilities could be developed,benefiting from adjustable actuation combinations.Lying on the ground with all feet on the ground,a crawling soft robot with dexterous movement along multiple directions was realized.Moreover,the directional steering was instantaneous and efficient.With two feet standing on the ground,it also acted as a rolling soft robot that can achieve bidirectional rolling motion and climbing motion on a 2°slope.Finally,inspired by the orbicularis oris muscle in the mouth,a mouthlike soft robot that could bite and grab objects 5.3 times of its body weight was demonstrated.The bidirectional function of a single actuator and the various combination modes among multiple actuators together allow the soft robots to exhibit diverse functionalities and flexibility,which provides a very valuable reference for the design of highly controllable soft robots. | Yale Yang Dengfeng Li Yanhua Sun Mengge Wu Jingyou Su Ying Li Xinge Yu Lu Li Junsheng Yu | 2023 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,5: | 0 |

| 17 | Monte Carlo simulation based thinning and calculating method for noninvasive blood glucose sensing by near-infrared spectroscopy显示文摘Previous results show that the floating reference theory(FRT)is an effective tool to reduce the infuence of interference factors on noninvasive blood glucose sensing by near infrared spectros-copy(NIRS).It is the key to measure the floating reference point(FRP)precisely for the application of FRT.Monte Carlo(MC)simulation has been introduced to quantitatively in-vestigate the effects of positioning errors and light source drifts on measuring FRP.In this article,thinning and calculating method(TCM)is proposed to quantify the positioning error.Mean-while,the normalization process(NP)is developed to significantly reduce the error induced by light source drift.The results according to TCM show that 7 purm deviations in positioning can generate about 10.63%relative error in FRP.It is more noticeable that 1%fluctuation in light source intensity may lead to 12.21%relative errors.Gratifyingly,the proposed NP model can effectively reduce the error caused by light source drift.Therefore,the measurement system for FRPs must meet that the positioning error is less than 7 purm,and the light source drift is kept within 1%.Furthermore,an improvement for measurement system is proposed in order to take advantage of the NP model. | Congcong Ma Jia Qin Qi Zhang Junsheng Lu Kexin Xu Jingying Jiang | 2017 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2017,,2: | 0 |
| 18 | Origami-inspired folding assembly of dielectric elastomers for programmable soft robots显示文摘Origami has become an optimal methodological choice for creating complex three-dimensional(3D)structures and soft robots.The simple and low-cost origami-inspired folding assembly provides a new method for developing 3D soft robots,which is ideal for future intelligent robotic systems.Here,we present a series of materials,structural designs,and fabrication methods for developing independent,electrically controlled origami 3D soft robots for walking and soft manipulators.The 3D soft robots are based on soft actuators,which are multilayer structures with a dielectric elastomer(DE)film as the deformation layer and a laser-cut PET film as the supporting flexible frame.The triangular and rectangular design of the soft actuators allows them to be easily assembled into crawling soft robots and pyramidal-and square-shaped 3D structures.The crawling robot exhibits very stable crawling behaviors and can carry loads while walking.Inspired by origami folding,the pyramidal and square-shaped 3D soft robots exhibit programmable out-of-plane deformations and easy switching between two-dimensional(2D)and 3D structures.The electrically controllable origami deformation allows the 3D soft robots to be used as soft manipulators for grasping and precisely locking 3D objects.This work proves that origami-inspired fold-based assembly of DE actuators is a good reference for the development of soft actuators and future intelligent multifunctional soft robots. | Yanhua Sun Dengfeng Li Mengge Wu Yale Yang Jingyou Su Tszhung Wong Kangming Xu Ying Li Lu Li Xinge Yu Junsheng Yu | 2022 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,2: | 0 |

| 20 | High-performance flexible organic field effect transistors with print-based nanowires显示文摘Polymer nanowire(NW)organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)integrated on highly aligned large-area flexible substrates are candidate structures for the development of high-performance flexible electronics.This work presents a universal technique,coaxial focused electrohydrodynamic jet(CFEJ)printing technology,to fabricate highly aligned 90-nm-diameter polymer arrays.This method allows for the preparation of uniformly shaped and precisely positioned nanowires directly on flexible substrates without transfer,thus ensuring their electrical properties.Using indacenodithiophene-co-benzothiadiazole(IDT-BT)and poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene-co-benzothiadiazole)(F8-BT)as example materials,5 cm^(2) arrays were prepared with only minute size variations,which is extremely difficult to do using previously reported methods.According to 2D-GIXRD analysis,the molecules inside the nanowires mainly adopted face-onπ-stacking crystallite arrangements.This is quite different from the mixed arrangement of thin films.Nanowire-based OFETs exhibited a high average hole mobility of 1.1 cm^(2) V^(−1) s^(−1) and good device uniformity,indicating the applicability of CFEJ printing as a potential batch manufacturing and integration process for high-performance,scalable polymer nanowire-based OFET circuits.This technique can be used to fabricate various polymer arrays,enabling the use of organic polymer semiconductors in large-area,high-performance electronic devices and providing a new path for the fabrication of flexible displays and wearable electronics in the future. | Liangkun Lu Dazhi Wang Changchang Pu Yanyan Cao Yikang Li Pengfei Xu Xiangji Chen Chang Liu Shiwen Liang Liujia Suo Yan Cui Zhiyuan Zhao Yunlong Guo Junsheng Liang Yunqi Liu | 2023 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,3: | 0 |
