| 2 | Visualization of geologic geospatial datasets through X3D in the frame of WebGIS显示文摘3D geo spatial data have become the normal.However,to view the data,usually expert software is required,which have up to now hindered the wide spread use of 3D scenes for the display of geological data.The internet real time 3D rendering framework X3D is assessed regarding its suitability for building a geological GIS on the internet.Especially important for geological data,3D rendering enhances the intuitive grasp of the data and enables the user to interactively explore it.It is often necessary to find a solution to distribute this data to a wide range of interested parties,experts and non-experts alike.According to the nature of 3D data,the best technique to display geo-data,the modeling of objects and unresolved issues have to be taken into consideration.The internet is the apparent tool for the public distribution and visualization of 3D data and it was found that through the open ISO-standardized format X3D it offers a multitude of possibilities.A 3D geological interactive map was created with these prerequisites to identify challenges and possibilities through this process.It was found that the use of lead to satisfactory results,that could probably not have been achieved with another technology. | Frederik von Reumont Jamal Jokar Arsanjani Andreas Riedl | 2013 | International Journal of Digital Earth2013，6，5： | 4 |
| 3 | Assessing the suitability of GlobeLand30 for mapping land cover in Germany显示文摘Global land cover(LC)maps have been widely employed as the base layer for a number of applications including climate change,food security,water quality,biodiversity,change detection,and environmental planning.Due to the importance of LC,there is a pressing need to increase the temporal and spatial resolution of global LC maps.A recent advance in this direction has been the GlobeLand30 dataset derived from Landsat imagery,which has been developed by the National Geomatics Center of China(NGCC).Although overall accuracy is greater than 80%,the NGCC would like help in assessing the accuracy of the product in different regions of the world.To assist in this process,this study compares the GlobeLand30 product with existing public and online datasets,that is,CORINE,Urban Atlas(UA),OpenStreetMap,and ATKIS for Germany in order to assess overall and per class agreement.The results of the analysis reveal high agreement of up to 92%between these datasets and GlobeLand30 but that large disagreements for certain classes are evident,in particular wetlands.However,overall,GlobeLand30 is shown to be a useful product for characterizing LC in Germany,and paves the way for further regional and national validation efforts. | Jamal Jokar Arsanjani Linda See Amin Tayyebi | 2016 | International Journal of Digital Earth2016，9，9： | 2 |
| 4 | Potential therapeutic applications for Terminalia chebula in Iranian traditional medicine显示文摘Terminalia chebula(family:Combretaceae)is widely used in the traditional medicine of India and Iran to treat diseases that include dementia,constipation,and diabetes.This tree is known in Iranian traditional medicine(ITM)as halileh or halilaj and the fruit is used to develop treatments.It is described in ITM as an astringent that has a'cold'and'dry'temperament.References to the medicinal properties of Terminalia chebula were collected from important ITM sources and from modern medical databases(Pub Med,Scirus,Science Direct,and Scopus).The medicinal properties described for thistree in ITM were compared with those reported in studies of modern phytotherapy.The results confirm that the tree referred to as halileh in traditional books is the Terminalia chebula used in present-day studies.Treatments that have not been evaluated in modern phytotherapy but have been traditionally treated with Terminalia chebula include fever,and psychological and psychiatric issues.This article confirms the medicinal uses of Terminalia chebula. | Assie Jokar Fatemeh Masoomi Omid Sadeghpour Mohsen Nassiri-Toosi Shokouhsadat Hamedi | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016，36，2： | 2 |
