| 1 | Broadband achromatic metalens in terahertz regime显示文摘Achromatic focusing is essential for broadband operation, which has recently been realised from visible to infrared wavelengths using a metasurface. Similarly, multi-terahertz functional devices can be encoded in a desired metasurface phase profile. However, metalenses suffer from larger chromatic aberrations because of the intrinsic dispersion of each unit element. Here, we propose an achromatic metalens with C-shaped unit elements working from 0.3 to 0.8 THz with a bandwidth of approximately 91% over the centre frequency. The designed metalens possesses a high working efficiency of more than 68% at the peak and a relatively high numerical aperture of 0.385. We further demonstrate the robustness of our Cshaped metalens, considering lateral shape deformations and deviations in the etching depth. | 3 | Multicell power allocation method based on game theory for inter-cell interference coordination显示文摘As a new technology, coordinated multipoint (CoMP) transmission is included in LTE-Advanced study item. Moreover, the network architecture in LTE-Advanced system is modified to take into account coordinated transmission. Under this background, a novel power allocation game model is established to mitigate inter-cell interference with cellular coordination. In the light of cellular cooperation relationship and centralized control in eNodeB, the power allocation in each served antenna unit aims to make signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) balanced among inter-cells. Through the proposed power allocation game algorithm, the users' SINR can reach the Nash equilibrium, making it feasible to reduce the co-frequency interference by decreasing the transmitted power. Numerical results show that the proposed power allocation algorithm improves the throughput both in cell-center and cell-edge. | 5 | Development of T. aestivum L.eH. californicum Alien Chromosome Lines and Assignment of Homoeologous Groups of Hordeum californicum Chromosomes显示文摘Hordeum californicum(2n=2x=14, HH) is resistant to several wheat diseases and tolerant to lower nitrogen. In this study, a molecular karyotype of H. californicum chromosomes in the Triticum aestivum L. cv. Chinese Spring(CS)eH. californicum amphidiploid(2n=6x=56, AABBDDHH) was established. By genomic in situ hybridization(GISH) and multicolor fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH) using repetitive DNA clones(pTa71, pTa794 and pSc119.2) as probes, the H. californicum chromosomes could be differentiated from each other and from the wheat chromosomes unequivocally. Based on molecular karyotype and marker analyses, 12 wheatealien chromosome lines, including four disomic addition lines(DAH1, DAH3, DAH5 and DAH6), five telosomic addition lines(MtH7L,MtH1 S, MtH1 L, DtH6 S and DtH6L), one multiple addition line involving H. californicum chromosome H2, one disomic substitution line(DSH4) and one translocation line(TH7S/1BL), were identified from the progenies derived from the crosses of CSeH. californicum amphidiploid with common wheat varieties. A total of 482 EST(expressed sequence tag) or SSR(simple sequence repeat) markers specific for individual H. californicum chromosomes were identified, and 47, 50, 45, 49, 21, 51 and 40 markers were assigned to chromosomes H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 and H7, respectively. According to the chromosome allocation of these markers, chromosomes H2,H3, H4, H5, and H7 of H. californicum have relationship with wheat homoeologous groups 5, 2, 6, 3, and 1, and hence could be designated as 5Hc, 2Hc, 6Hc, 3Hcand 1Hc, respectively. | 7 | Glacier variations and their response to climate change in an arid inland river basin of Northwest China显示文摘Glaciers are a critical freshwater resource of river recharge in arid areas around the world.In recent decades,glaciers have shown evidence of retreat due to climate change,and the accelerated ablation of glaciers and associated impacts on water resources have received widespread attention.Glacier variations result from climate change,so they can serve as an indicator of climate change.Considering the climatic differences in different elevation ranges,it is worthwhile to explore whether different responses exist between glacier area and air temperature in each elevation zone.In this study,we selected a typical arid inland river basin(Sugan Lake Basin)in the western Qilian Mountains of Northwest China to analyze the glacier variations and their response to climate change.The glacier area data from 1989 to 2016 were delineated using Landsat Thematic Mapper(TM),Enhanced TM+(ETM+)and Operational Land Imager(OLI)images.We compared the relationships between glacier area and air temperature at seven meteorological stations in the glacier-covered areas and in the Sugan Lake Basin,and further analyzed the relationship between glacier area and mean air temperature of the glacier surfaces in July–August in the elevation range of 4700–5500 m a.s.l.by the linear regression method and correlation analysis.In addition,based on the linear regression relationship established between glacier area and air temperature in each elevation zone,we predicted glacier areas under future climate scenarios during the periods of 2046–2065 and 2081–2100.The results indicate that the glaciers experienced a remarkable shrinkage from 1989 to 2016 with a shrinkage rate of–1.61 km^2/a(–0.5%/a),and the rising temperature is the decisive factor dominating glacial retreat;there is a significant negative linear correlation between glacier area and mean air temperature of the glacier surfaces in July–August in each elevation zone from 1989 to 2016.The variations in glaciers are far less sensitive to changes in precipitation than to changes in air temperature.Due to the influence of climate and topographic conditions,the distribution of glacier area and the rate of glacier ablation first increased and then decreased in different elevation zones.The trend in glacier shrinkage will continue because air temperature will continue to increase in the future,and the result of glacier retreat in each elevation zone will be slightly slower than that in the entire study area.Quantitative glacier research can more accurately reflect the response of glacier variations to climate change,and the regression relationship can be used to predict the areas of glaciers under future climate scenarios.These conclusions can offer effective references for assessing glacier variations and their response to climate change in arid inland river basins in Northwest China as well as other similar regions in the world. | ZHOU Zuhao HAN Ning LIU Jiajia YAN Ziqi XU Chongyu CAI Jingya SHANGYizi ZHU Jiasong | 2020 | Journal of Arid Land2020,12,3: | 2 |
