| 1 | Comparative Study of ROCK1 and ROCK2 in Hippocampal Spine Formation and Synaptic Function显示文摘Rho-associated kinases(ROCKs)are serinethreonine protein kinases that act downstream of small Rho GTPases to regulate the dynamics of the actin cytoskeleton.Two ROCK isoforms(ROCK1 and ROCK2)are expressed in the mammalian central nervous system.Although ROCK activity has been implicated in synapse formation,whether the distinct ROCK isoforms have different roles in synapse formation and function in vivo is not clear.Here,we used a genetic approach to address this long-standing question.Both Rock1^+/- and Rock2^+/- mice had impaired glutamatergic transmission,reduced spine density,and fewer excitatory synapses in hippocampal CA1 pyramidal neurons.In addition,both Rockl^+/- and Rock2^+/- mice showed deficits in long-term potentiation at hippocampal CA1 synapses and were impaired in spatial learning and memory based on the water maze and contextual fear conditioning tests.However,the spine morphology of CA1 pyramidal neurons was altered only in Rock2^+/- but not Rock1^+/- mice.In this study we compared the roles of ROCK1 and ROCK2 in synapse formation and function in vivo for the first time.Our results provide a better understanding of the functions of distinct ROCK isoforms in synapse formation and function. | Jinglan Yan Youcan Pan Xiaoyan Zheng Chuanan Zhu Yu Zhang Guoqi Shi Lin Yao Yongjun Chen Nenggui Xu | 2019 | Neuroscience Bulletin2019，35，4： | 7 |

With the open door policy, more and morepeople in China are learning English or some other language forvarious purposes. However, they often experience the frustrationof failure in communication with foreigners which can sourrelationships or business due to their ignorance of the targetculture associated with the language they are learning or havelearned. Therefore, Teach culture in foreign language classesand Learn a second culture while learning a second languagehave become new slogans, or to be exact, new tasks in the fieldof English language teaching in China. But how to teach andwhat to teach remain problematic. I hold that 'central code' ofa culture i. e. people’s way of life should be the focus in EFLteaching. Then choosing appropriate and authentic materialcontaining aspects of culture is of great importance. We shouldtake full advantage of mass media and multimedia materials andapproaches. | 3 | Degradation of the antibiotic sulfamonomethoxine sodium in aqueous solution by photo-Fenton oxidation显示文摘In this study, photo-Fenton oxidation was applied to degradation of sulfamonomethoxine sodium (SMMS) in aqueous solution. The operation parameters of pH, temperature, and concentrations of H2O2, Fe2+ and SMMS were investigated. The optimum conditions for the photo-Fenton process were determined as follows: [SMMS]=4.53 mg/L, pH 4.0, [H2O2]=0.49 mmol/L, [Fe2+]= 19.51 μmol/L and T=25°C. Under these conditions 98.5% of the SMMS degraded. The kinetics were also studied, and degradation of SMMS by the photo-Fenton process could be described by first-order kinetics. The apparent activation energy was calculated as 23.95 kJ/mol. Mineralization of the process was investigated by measuring the chemical oxygen demand (COD), and the COD decreased by 99% after 120 min. | 7 | Hybrid Protocol for Wireless-Powered Untrusted Relay Networks with Imperfect Channel Reciprocity显示文摘This work investigates the security issue of the energy-constrained untrusted relay network with imperfect channel reciprocity,where the relay without the built-in power supply can only scavenge energy from radio-frequency signals radiated by the source and destination.A hybrid power-splitting(PS)-and time-switching(TS)-based relaying(HPTR)protocol is presented to improve the degraded secrecy performance due to the incomplete self-interference cancellation at the destination.To evaluate the secrecy throughput(ST)of the studied system,the analytical expression of the secrecy outage probability under the delay-limited transmission mode and the closed-form lower bound of the ergodic secrecy capacity under delay-tolerant transmission mode are derived.Both linear and nonlinear models for the energy harvester at the relay are compared.The optimal PS and TS ratios are evaluated numerically.The theoretical derivations are validated by numerical results,revealing that the residual jamming has a negative effect on the secrecy performance of untrusted relay networks,which can be alleviated by the HPTR protocol.Besides,we compare the ST performance of the HPTR protocol with that of the PS and TS relaying schemes,and the results show that the HPTR protocol outperforms both PS and TS relaying protocols in terms of the ST. | Rui Ma Haowei Wu Liubin Wang Jinglan Ou Lian Yan | 2021 | China Communications2021，18，9： | 0 |
| 8 | Construction of Tetrathiafulvalene-based Covalent Organic Frameworks for Superior Iodine Capture显示文摘The effective capture of radioiodine species during nuclear fuel reprocessing and nuclear accidents is of primary importance but remains challenging for the sustainable development of nuclear energy.Herein,we report two newly designed two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)covalent organic frameworks by introducing tetrathiafulvalene functional groups into the building units for the simultaneous physisorption and chemisorption capture of iodine molecules.Remarkably,the obtained 3D TTF-TAPT-COF material exhibited a superior iodine vapor adsorption capacity of up to 5.02 g/g at 348 K and under ambient pressure and an adsorption kinetics of 0.515 g/(g∙h),surpassing most of other materials reported so far.The strong physiochemical interactions between iodine molecules and the frameworks of the obtained COFs were revealed by a set of experimental techniques.This study provides a feasible approach for the rational design and the construction of novel and effective COF-based adsorbents for iodine enrichment and related environmental remediation. | WANG Guangbo XIE Kehui ZHU Fucheng KAN Jinglan LI Sha GENG Yan DONG Yubin | 2022 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022，38，2： | 0 |

| 10 | Application Effect of Hierarchical Group Responsibility System Holistic Nursing in Department of Gastroenterology显示文摘Objective:To analyze the application effect of hierarchical group responsibility system of holistic nursing in Department of Gastroenterology.Methods:655 patients in our hospital from August 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(328 cases)and control group(327 cases)to explore nursing satisfaction,nursing quality score and clinical symptoms before and after nursing.Results:In the experimental group,266 cases(81.10%)were very satisfied,33 cases(10.06%)were satisfied and 29 cases(8.84%)were dissatisfied.The total number of satisfied cases(very satisfied+satisfied)was 299 cases(91.16%);In the control group,167 cases(51.07%)were very satisfied,63 cases(19.27%)were satisfied,97 cases(29.66%)were dissatisfied,and 230 cases(70.34%)were satisfied.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;The nursing quality score of the experimental group was(91.67±0.66),and that of the control group was(71.66±0.88),which was significantly higher than that of the control group;The clinical symptom score of the experimental group was(2.42±0.32),and that of the control group was(4.66±1.11),which was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application of hierarchical group responsibility holistic nursing mode in gastroenterology department can not only improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,but also improve the quality of nursing,promote the good development of patients'condition,and provide a comfortable treatment environment for patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion. | Fang Yan Jinglan Luo Guiyan Wen | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021，5，2： | 0 |
