| 1 | Expression and localization of Smadl, Smad2 and Smad4 proteins in rat testis during postnatal development显示文摘Aim:To study the expression and regulation of Smad1,Smad2 and Smad4 proteins(intracellular signaling molecules of transforming growth factor-β family)in rat testis during postnatal development.Methods:The whole testes were collected from SD rats aged 3,7,14,28 and 90(adults)days.The cellular localization and developmental changes were examined by immunohistochemistry ABC method with the glucose oxidase-DAB-nickel enhancement technique.Quantitative analysis of the immunostaining was made by the image analysis system.The Smads proteins coexistence in the adult rat testis was tested by the double immune staining for CD14-Smad4 and Smad2-Smad4.The protein expression of Smad during rat testicular development was examined by means of Western blots.Results: Smadl,Smad2 and Smad4 were present throughout testicular development.The immunostaining of Smad1 and Smad2 were present in spermatogenic cells.A positive immunoreactivity was located at the cytoplasm,but the nucleus was negative,Smadl was immunolocalized at the d14,d28 and adult testes,while Smad2,at the d7,d14,d28 and adult testis.There was positive immunoreaction in the Sertoli cells and Leydig cells as well.The immunolocalization of Smad4 was exclusively at the cytoplasm of Leydig cells and the nuclei were negative throughout the testicular development.No expression was detected in the germ cells.The results of image and statistical analysis showed that generally the expression of Smad1,Smad2 and Smad4 in the testis tended to increase gradually with the growth of the rat.Conclusion;The present data provide direct evidences for the molecular mechanism of TGF-β action in rat testes during postnatal development and spermatogenesis. | JingHU Yuan-QiangZHANG Xin-PingLIU Rui-AnWANG YanJIN Ruo-JunXU | 2003 | Asian Journal of Andrology2003,5,1: | 10 |

| 3 | Numerical simulation of non-Gaussian wind load显示文摘Compared with Gaussian wind loads,there is a higher probability of strong suction fluctuations occurrence for non-Gaussian wind pressures.These instantaneous and intermittent fluctuations are the initial cause of local damage to roof structures,particularly at the edges and corners of long-span roofs.Thus,comparative errors would occur if a Gaussian model is used to describe a non-Gaussian wind load,and structural security would not be guaranteed.This paper presents a simplified method based on the inverse fast Fourier transform(IFFT),in which the amplitude spectrum is established via a target power spectrum.Also,the phase spectrum is constructed by introducing the exponential peak generation(EPG) model.Finally,a random process can be generated via IFFT that meets the specified power spectral density(PSD),skewness and kurtosis.In contrast to a wind tunnel experiment,this method can avoid the coupled relation between the non-Gaussian and the power spectrum characteristics,and lead to the desired computational efficiency.Its fitting accuracy is not affected by phase spectrum.Moreover,the fitting precision of the kurtosis and PSD parameters can be guaranteed.In a few cases,the fitting precision of the skewness parameter is fairly poor,but kurtosis is more important than skewness in the description of the non-Gaussian characteristics.Above all,this algorithm is simple and stable and would be an effective method to simulate a non-Gaussian signal. | YE JiHong DING JingHu LIU ChuanYan | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,11: | 3 |

| 5 | Spatial Identification of Housing Vacancy in China显示文摘The housing vacancy rate(HVR)is an important index in assessing the healthiness of residential real estate market.In China,it is hardly to take advantage of the basic data of real estate information due to the opaque of those data.In this paper,the HVR is estimated to two scales.At the grid level,urban area ratio was calculated by nighttime images after eliminating outliers of nighttime images and night light intensity of non-residential pixels in mixed pixels by a proposed modified optimal threshold method,and built-up areas in each pixel were extracted from the land-cover data.Then,the HVR is calculated by comparing the light intensity of specific grid with the light intensity of full occupancy rate regions.At the administrative scale,the GCI(‘ghost city’index)is constructed by calculating the ratio of the total light radiation intensity of a city to the total construction land area of the city.The overall spatial differentiation pattern of the vacant houses in the national prefecture level administrative regions is analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn:vacant housing is rare in certain eastern coastal cities and regions in China with relatively fast economic development.Cities based on exhausted resources,some mountainous cities,and cities with relatively backward economic development more typically showed high levels of housing vacancy.The GCI of prefecture-level administrative units gradually declined from north to south,whereas the east-west distribution showed a parabolic shape.As city level decreased,the GCI registered a gradual upward trend.China’s urban housing vacancy can be divided into five categories:industry or resources driven,government planned,epitaxy expansionary,environmental constraint and speculative activate by combining the spatial distribution of housing vacancy with the factors of natural environment,social economic development level,and population density into consideration. | PAN Jinghu DONG Leilei | 2021 | Chinese Geographical Science2021,31,2: | 2 |

| 7 | Measurement for coordinated development of"four modernizations" and its efficiency ofprefecture level cities or above in China显示文摘The efficient and coordinated development of industrialization, urbanization, informatization and agricultural modernization(so called 'Sihua Tongbu' in China, and hereinafter referred to as 'four modernizations') is not only a practical need but also an important strategic direction of integrating urban-rural development and regional development in recent China. This paper evaluated the comprehensive, coupling and coordinated developmental indices of 'four modernizations' of China's 343 prefecture-level administrative units, and calculated their efficiency of 'four modernizations' in 2001 and 2011. The efficiency evaluation index system was established. The efficiencies and their changing trend during the period 2001–2011 were investigated using the data envelopment analysis(DEA) model. Spatial-temporal pattern of the efficiency of China's prefecture-level units was explored by using exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA). Finally, the main influencing factors were revealed with the aid of geographically weighted regression(GWR) model. Results indicate that the comprehensive, coupling and coordinated developmental indices and efficiency of 'four modernizations' of China's prefecture-level administrative units have obvious spatial differences and show diverse regional patterns. Overall, the efficiency is relatively low, and only few units with small urban populations and economic scale are in DEA efficiencies. The efficiency changing trends were decreasing during 2001–2011, with a transfer of high efficiency areas from inland to eastern coastal areas.
