1Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)显示文摘In recent years,as living standards have continued to improve,the number of diabetes patients in China,along with the incidence of complications associated with the disease,has been increasing.Among these complications,diabetic foot disease is one of the main causes of disability and death in diabetic patients.Due to the differences in economy,culture,religion and level of medical care available across different regions,preventive and treatment methods and curative results for diabetic foot vary greatly.In multidisciplinary models built around diabetic foot,the timely assessment and diagnosis of wounds and appropriate methods of prevention and treatment with internal and external surgery are key to clinical practice for this pathology.In 2019,under the leadership of the Jiangsu Medical Association and Chinese Diabetes Society,the writing group for the Guidelines on multidisciplinary approaches for the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease(2020 edition)was established with the participation of scholars from the specialist areas of endocrinology,burn injury,vascular surgery,orthopedics,foot and ankle surgery and cardiology.Drawing lessons from diabetic foot guidelines from other countries,this guide analyses clinical practices for diabetic foot,queries the theoretical basis and grades and gives recommendations based on the characteristics of the pathology in China.This paper begins with assessments and diagnoses of diabetic foot,then describes treatments for diabetic foot in detail,and ends with protections for high-risk feet and the prevention of ulcers.This manuscript covers the disciplines of internal medicine,surgical,nursing and rehabilitation and describes a total of 50 recommendations that we hope will provide procedures and protocols for clinicians dealing with diabetic foot.Aiping Wang Guozhong Lv Xingbo Cheng Xianghua Ma Wei Wang Jianchao Gui JiHu Meng Lu Guoping Chu Jin’an Chen Hao Zhang Yiqiu Jiang Yuedong Chen Wengbo Yang Lin Jiang Houfa Geng Rendong Zheng Yihui Li Wei Feng Boey Johnson Wenjuan Wang Dalong Zhu Yin Hu 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:34
2Discovery of the highly depleted N-MORB-type volcanic rocks: new evidence for the Mianlue paleo-ocean显示文摘The highly depleted N-MORB-type volcanic rocks have been discovered in Mianlue mélange of Qinling orogenic belt, central China. These mafic rocks are associated with the meta-peridotites, showing LREE-depleted pattern, similar to N-MORB and typical ophiolites. 3Long-term anodal block stimulation at sacral anterior roots promoted recovery of neurogenic bladder function in a rabbit model of complete spinal cord injury显示文摘A complete spinal cord injury model was established in experimental rabbits using the spinal cord clip compression method.Urodynamic examination was performed 2 weeks later to determine neurogenic bladder status.The rabbits were treated with anodal block stimulation at sacral anterior roots for 4 weeks.Electrical stimulation of sacral anterior roots improved urodynamic parameters of neurogenic bladder in rabbit models of complete spinal cord injury,effectively promoted urinary function,and relieved urinary retention.Immunohistochemistry results showed that a balance was achieved among expression of muscarinic receptor subunits M2,M3,ATP-gated ion channel P2X3 receptors,and β2-adrenergic receptor,and nerve growth factor expression decreased.These results suggested that long-term sacral anterior root stimulation of anodal block could be used to treat neurogenic bladder in a rabbit model of complete spinal cord injury.Xiaoran Wang Qi Gao Xiaoyu Yang Weihua Wang Xinquan Gu Guifeng Liu Peng Yan Ge Gao Xin Yu Yongjie Wang Jihu Lian Chaoling Shi Yao Wang Li Fan 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,5:6
4Dynamical decoupling of electron spins in phosphorus-doped silicon显示文摘Quantum coherence is an important enabling feature underpinning quantum computation. However, because of couplings with its noisy surrounding environment, qubits suffer from the decoherence effects. The dynamical decoupling (DD) technique uses pulse-induced qubit flips to effectively mitigate couplings between qubits and environment. Optimal DD eliminates dephasing up to a given order with the minimum number of pulses. In this paper, we first introduce our recent work on prolonging electron spin coherence in γ-irradiated malonic acid crystals and analyze different decoherence mechanisms in this solid system. Then we focus on electron spin relaxation properties in another system, phosphorous-doped silicon (Si:P) crystals. These properties have been investigated by pulse electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). We also investigate the performance of the dynamical decoupling technique on this system. 5Change of proton motive force across thylakoid membrane in soybean leaf during state transitions显示文摘Change of proton gradient across thylakoid membrane in soybean leaves was studied with millisecond delayed light emission (ms-DLE) during the course of state transitions which were indicated by the chlorophyll fluores-cence at room temperature and 77 K. When dark-adapted leaves were induced to stateⅠ with far-red light, Fm/Fo, F685/F735 and the intensity of fast phase of ms-DLE were af-fected slightly. However, during the induction to stateⅡ with red light, both Fm/Fo and F685/F735 decreased immedi-ately and the former were quicker than the latter. In this interval, the intensity of fast phase of ms-DLE increased to a maximum and then decreased to a lower value during the transition to stateⅡ. Nigericin, an uncoupler which elimi-nates the proton gradient across thylakoid membrane, inhib-ited the increase in the intensity of fast phase of ms-DLE during the transition to stateⅡ. Another uncoupler, valino-mycin, which eliminates the membrane potential, did not affect the changes of the intensity of fast phase. 6Dissecting conserved cis-regulatory modules of Glu-1 promoters which confer the highly active endosperm-specific expression via stable wheat transformation显示文摘Wheat high-molecular-weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS) determine dough elasticity and play an essential role in processing quality. HMW-GS are encoded by Glu-1 genes and controlled primarily at transcriptional level, implemented through the interactions between cis-acting elements and trans-acting factors. However, transcriptional mechanism of Glu-1 genes remains elusive. Here we made a comprehensive analysis of cis-regulatory elements within 1-kb upstream of the Glu-1 start codon(-1000 to-1) and identified 30 conserved motifs. Based on motif distribution pattern, three conserved cis-regulatory modules(CCRMs), CCRM1(-300 to-101), CCRM2(-650 to-400), and CCRM3(-950 to-750), were defined, and their functions were characterized in wheat stable transgenic lines transformed with progressive 5′ deletion promoter::GUS fusion constructs. GUS staining, qP CR and enzyme activity assays indicated that CCRM2 and CCRM3 could enhance the expression level of Glu-1, whereas the 300-bp promoter(-300 to-1), spanning CCRM1 and core region(-100 to-1), was enough to ensure accurate Glu-1 initiation at 7 days after flowering(DAF) and shape its spatiotemporal expression pattern during seed development. Further transgenic assays demonstrated that CCRM1-2(-300 to-209) containing Complete HMW Enhancer(-246 to-209) was important for expression level but had no effect on expression specificity in the endosperm. In contrast, CCRM1-1(-208 to-101) was critical for both expression specificity and level of Glu-1. 11Distribution of soil water-stable aggrega-tes and organic carbon content affected by tillage systems:a meta-analysis显示文摘A better understanding of soil carbon(C)distribution within aggregate fractions is essential to evaluating the potential of no-till for sustaining productivity and protecting the environment.A meta-analysis on 744 comparisons from 34 studies was conducted to determine the effects of three different tillage treatments(conventional mouldbould ploughing tillage(CT),reduced tillage(RT)and no tillage(NT))on water-stable aggregate size distribution,soil C concentration in aggregate fractions.The meta-analysis indicates that compared with CT treatment,NT/RT significantly(P<0.05)increases macro-aggregate above 20 cm by 20.9%-82.2%(>2.00 mm)and 5.9%-19.1%(0.25-2.00 mm),whereas NT/RT significantly reduces micro-aggregate and silt clay fractions above 20 cm.NT/RT significantly(P<0.05)increases the SOC in macro-aggregate(>0.25 mm)and micro-aggregate(<0.25 mm)size classes above 20 cm soil depth compared with CT.The results suggest that soil sampling depth should be considered to evaluate the influence of tillage systems on the distribution of soil aggregate,and the content of aggregate-associated C content.LU Xingli LI Shanshan LIU Jihu DUAN Yaxin YUE Heng KANG Jianhong WU Hongliang 2021排灌机械工程学报2021,39,10:0
12Generation of a high-efficiency adenine base editor with TadA8e for developing wheat dinitroaniline-resistant germplasm显示文摘Base editing using CRISPR technologies is an invaluable tool for crop breeding. One of the major base editors, the adenine base editor(ABE), has been successfully used in both model plants and many crops.However, owing to limited editing efficiency, the ABE has been difficult to apply in polyploid crops such as allohexaploid bread wheat that often require simultaneous mutation of multiple alleles for fast breeding. We have designed a wheat high-efficiency ABE(Whie ABE), using the newly developed high-activity adenosine deaminase Tad A8 e. In vivo and in vitro analysis demonstrated the improved applicability of Tad A8 e over the commonly used Tad A7.10. Dinitroaniline is a widely used herbicide with high effectiveness and low toxicity to animals. However, wheat cultivars with tolerance to dinitroaniline are rare, limiting the application of dinitroaniline in wheat planting. Using A-to-G editing with Whie ABE, we found that a Met-to-Thr mutation in wheat tubulin alleles located on chromosomes 1 A, 1 B, 1 D, 4 A, and 4 D increased the resistance of wheat to dinitroaniline, revealing a dosage effect of edited tubulins in resistance. 13Temporal and Spatial Distribution of SARS-CoV-2 Aerosols in a Large-Scale Fangcang Shelter Hospital in Shanghai,China显示文摘The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic caused by frequently mutating severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has had a worldwide impact.However,detailed data on the potential aerosol transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in real-world and controlled laboratory settings remain sparse.During the COVID-19 pandemic in Shanghai,China in 2022,samples were collected in a Fangcang shelter hospital,a large-scale temporary hospital rapidly built by converting the existing National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai)into a health care facility.Aerosol samples at different sites and intervals around patients and in public areas,surface samples,and pharyngeal swab samples from corresponding patients were included.Samples were tested for SARS-CoV-2 using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)assays,followed by sequencing if the cycle threshold(Ct)value was<30.The positivity rate for SARS-CoV-2 in aerosol samples was high in contaminated zones(37.5%,104/277),especially around the bed(41.2%,68/165)and near ventilation inlets(45.2%,14/31).The prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 around the bed,public areas,and air inlets of exhaust vents fluctuated and was closely related to the positivity rate among patients at corresponding sampling sites.Some surface samples of different personal protective equipment from medical staff had high positivity rates.Sixty sequences of joined ORF1ab and spike genes obtained from sixty samples represented two main clusters of Omicron SARS-CoV-2.There was consistency in virus sequences from the same patient and their environment,and the detected virus sequences matched those of virus strains in circulation during the collection periods,which indicated a high likelihood of cross-contamination in the Fangcang shelter hospital.In summary,the results provide a quantitative and real landscape of the aerosol transmission of SARS-CoV-2 and a patient-centered view of contamination in large and enclosed spaces and offer a useful guide for taking targeted measures to avoid nosocomial infections during the management of SARS-CoV-2 or other respiratory virus diseases in a Fangcang shelter hospital.Jiafu Jiang Zhe Yin Jing Li Leili Jia Rulin He Wenhui Yang Jihu Yang Hang Fan Sen Zhang Yunfei Wang Zengming Zhao Haoran Peng Lizhong Li Yi Yang Shi-Yong Fan Rong Xiang Jianshu Guo Jinjin Wang Juanning Wei Fengling Zhou Ding Liu Ping Zhao Yujun Cui Yunxi Liu Dongsheng Zhou Gang Dong 2023Engineering2023,,9:0
