14镰刀菌属脱氧镰刀菌对体外瘤胃发酵的影响显示文摘试验通过测定瘤胃内pH、氨基氮、总气体、挥发性脂肪酸产量,研究两种不同氮源(玉米淀粉和纤维素),培养的脱氧镰刀菌(DON)对体外瘤胃发酵的影响。分为玉米淀粉1.5g、每kg干物质(DM)含1.5g+脱氧镰刀菌40mg、粗纤维1.5g、每kg干物质1.5g+4脱氧镰刀菌40mg4个处理组,将50mL瘤胃液用缓冲液(1??1)培养6h。研究结果表明,碳源显著影响瘤胃发酵参数(P<0.05),而脱氧镰刀菌对瘤胃发酵能力有一定的负面影响,如氨基氮和总气体产量减少,尤其是乙酸和丙酸的产量减少(P<0.01)。因此,可能是碳源影响和限制了脱氧镰刀菌作用的程度。与玉米淀粉碳源相比,纤维碳源(P=0.0105)的脱氧镰刀菌(DON)降解率更高,试验结果表明,饲粮中饲料浓度比可影响DON的降解率。Jeonga J S Leea J H Simizua Y Tazakib H Itabashia H Kimuraa N 2011饲料博览2011,,1:0
