| 2 | Event-Based Semantics of UML 2.X Concurrent Sequence Diagrams for Formal Verification显示文摘UML 2.X sequence diagrams(SD)are among privileged scenarios-based approaches dealing with the complexity of modeling the behaviors of some current systems.However,there are several issues related to the standard semantics of UML 2.X SD proposed by the Object Management Group(OMG).They mainly concern ambiguities of the interpretation of SDs,and the computation of causal relations between events which is not specifically laid out.Moreover,SD is a semi-formal language,and it does not support the verification of the modeled system.This justifies the considerable number of research studies intending to define formal semantics of UML SDs.We proposed in our previous work semantics covering the most popular combined fragments(CF)of control-flow ALT,OPT,LOOP and SEQ,allowing to model alternative,optional,iterative and sequential behaviors respectively.The proposed semantics is based on partial order theory relations that permit the computation of the precedence relations between the events of an SD with nested CFs.We also addressed the issue of the evaluation of the interaction constraint(guard)for guarded CFs,and the related synchronization issue.In this paper,we first extend our semantics,proposed in our previous work;indeed,we propose new rules for the computation of causal relations for SD with PAR and STRICT CFs(dedicated to modeling concurrent and strict behaviors respectively)as well as their nesting.Then,we propose a transformational semantics in Event-B.Our modeling approach emphasizes computation of causal relations,guard handling and transformational semantics into Event-B.The transformation of UML 2.X SD into the formal method Event-B allows us to perform several kinds of verification including simulation,trace acceptance,verification of properties,and verification of refinement relation between SDs. | Inès Mouakher Fatma Dhaou J.Christian Attiogbé | 2022 | Journal of Computer Science & Technology2022，37，1： | 1 |

| 7 | Massive hepatic necrosis with toxic liver syndrome following portal vein ligation显示文摘Right portal vein ligation (PVL) is a safe and widespread procedure to induce controlateral liver hypertrophy for the treatment of bilobar colorectal liver metastases. We report a case of a 60-year-old man treated by both right PVL and ligation of the glissonian branches of segment 4 for colorectal liver metastases surrounding the right and median hepatic veins. After surgery, the patient developed massive hepatic necrosis with secondary pulmonary and renal insufficiency requiring transfer to the intensive care unit. This so-called toxic liver syndrome finally regressed after hemofiltration and positive oxygen therapy. Diagnosis of acute congestion of the ligated lobe was suspected. The mechanism suspected was an increase in arterial inflow secondary to portal vein ligation concomitant with a decrease in venous outflow due to liver metastases encircling the right and median hepatic vein. | 14 | Mobilization of CD34^+CD38^- hematopoietic stem cells after priming in acute myeloid leukemia显示文摘AIM: To evaluate quantitatively and qualitatively the different CD34+cell subsets after priming by chemotherapy granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(± G-CSF)in patients with acute myeloid leukemia.METHODS: Peripheral blood and bone marrow sampleswere harvested in 8 acute myeloid leukemia patients during and after induction chemotherapy. The CD34/CD38 cell profile was analyzed by multi-parameter flow cytometry. Adhesion profile was made using CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4)(CD184), VLA-4(CD49d/CD29) and CD47.RESULTS: Chemotherapy ± G-CSF mobilized immature cells(CD34+CD38 population), while the more mature cells(CD34+CD38lowand CD34+CD38+populations) decreased progressively after treatment. Circulating CD34+cells tended to be more sensitive to chemotherapy after priming with G-CSF. CD34+cell mobilization was correlated with a gradual increase in CXCR4 and CD47expression, suggesting a role in cell protection and the capacity of homing back to the marrow.CONCLUSION: Chemotherapy ± G-CSF mobilizes into the circulation CD34+bone marrow cells, of which, the immature CD34+CD38-cell population. | 17 | Accuracy and responses of genomic selection on key traits in apple breeding显示文摘The application of genomic selection in fruit tree crops is expected to enhance breeding eficiency by increasing prediction accuracy,increasing selection intensity and decreasing generation interval.The objectives of this study were to assess the accuracy of prediction and selection response in commercial apple breeding programmes for key traits.The training population comprised 977 individuals derived from 20 pedigreed fllsib families.Historic phenotypic data were available on 10 traits related to productivity and fruit external appearance and genotypic data for 7829 SNPs obtained with an llumina 20K SNP array.From these data,a genome-wide prediction model was built and subsequently used to calculate genomic breeding values of five application fllsib families.The application families had genotypes at 364 SNPs from a dedicated 512 SNP array,and these genotypic data were extended to the high-density level by imputation.These five families were phenotyped for 1 year and their phenotypes were compared to the predicted breeding values.Accuracy of genomic prediction across the 10 traits reached a maximum value of 0.5 and had a median value of 0.19.The accuracies were strongly affected by the phenotypic distribution and heritability of traits.In the largest family,significant selection response was observed for traits with high heritability and symmetric phenotypic distribution.Traits that showed non-significant response often had reduced and skewed phenotypic variation or low heritability.Among the five application families the accuracies were uncorrelated to the degree of relatedness to the training population.The results underline the potential of genomic prediction to accelerate breeding progress in outbred fruit tree crops that still need to overcome long generation intervals and extensive phenotyping costs. | Hélène Muranty Michela Troggio Inès Ben Sadok Mehdi Al Rifaï Annemarie Auwerkerken Elisa Banchi Riccardo Velasco Piergiorgio Stevanato W.Eric van de Weg Mario Di Guardo Satish Kumar François Laurens Marco C.A.M.Bink | 2015 | Horticulture Research2015，2，1： | 14 |
