| 1 | 有关正畸初始弓丝就位后的疼痛感——热激活弓丝和超弹弓丝的随机对照研究显示文摘目的:正畸热激活弓丝能够产生比超弹弓丝更轻、更符合生物学的力量.从而能够降低正畸初次就诊所产生的疼痛感。然而.该说法的证据却较少。本研究的目的即比较使用热激活弓丝(HANT)和超弹弓丝(SE)作为正畸初始弓丝就位后患者的疼痛感的差别。方法和材料:共纳入30例患者(男11例,女19例,年龄11~26岁)。上颌或下颌粘接金属托槽.随机使用0.016英寸热激活弓丝和0016英寸超弹弓丝,橡皮圈结扎入槽。要求患者使用视觉模拟量表(VAS)记录7d内不同时刻(8:00.12:00.16:00,2000.2400)的疼痛指数。结果:两组结果均显示疼痛程度最重的为第2天,疼痛程度最轻的为第7天:热激活弓丝组第2.3,4天的VAS评分均显著低于超弹弓丝组(P〈0.005)。针对服用止痛药、体育锻炼、合并其他来源的疼痛和伴随压力性事件等情况做出调整后.结果仍然相同。超弹弓丝组在第3天服用止痛药的频率明显高于热激活组(P〈0.05)。不同时间点间疼痛感未发现明显差异,牙列拥挤与疼痛程度未发现相关性.上下颔的疼痛感也无明显差异。结论:使用热激活弓丝能够降低正畸初诊疼痛感。 | Iacopo Cioffi Antonclla Piccolo Renato Tagliaferri Sergio Paduano Angela Galeotti Roberto Martina 邓金荣 高雪梅 | 2012 | 中国口腔医学继续教育杂志2012，15，6： | 8 |
| 2 | Influence of Large woody debris on sediment scour at bridge piers显示文摘Large woody debris(LWD) reduces the flow area,deviate the flow and increases the velocity in correspondence of the bridge pier,therefore increases the maximum scour hole depth and accelerates sediment removal.Logs and drifts accumulated on bridge piers are of different dimensions.According to logs characteristics and river morphology,drift accumulations can either extend downstream the bridge pier or they can accumulate totally upstream.This paper aims to analyze the effect of drift accumulation planimetry on bridge pier scour.The experimental investigation has been carried out at the PITLAB hydraulic centre of Civil Engineering Department,University of Pisa,Italy.Drift accumulation was characterized by different relative longitudinal lengths,flow area occlusions,length of longitudinal drift and downstream planimetrical positions relative to the pier center.The experimental investigation has been carried out in clear-water conditions.Several pier sizes,channel widths and sediment materials have been tested.Maximum scour hole in presence of drift accumulation have been compared to the maximum scour hole for an isolated pier.Finally,data were compared with previous literature findings,which highlight the effect of the downstream extension of drift accumulation on bridge pier scour.New relationships have been proposed to predict the effect of drift accumulation on bridge pier scour,both in terms of relative maximum scour and temporal scour evolution. | Stefano PAGLIARA Iacopo CARNACINA | 2011 | International Journal of Sediment Research2011，26，2： | 3 |

| 6 | Broad spectrum of interferon-related nephropathies-glomerulonephritis,systemic lupus erythematosus-like syndrome and thrombotic microangiopathy:A case report and review of literature显示文摘BACKGROUND Interferons(IFNs)are characterized by a wide range of biological effects,which justifies their potential therapeutic use in several pathologies,but also elicit a wide array of adverse effects in almost every organ system.Among them,renal involvement is probably one of the most complex to identify.CASE SUMMARY We describe four cases of kidney damage caused by different IFN formulations:IFN-β-related thrombotic microangiopathy,IFN-β-induced systemic lupus erythematosus,and two cases of membranous nephropathy secondary to pegylated-IFN-α2B.In each case,we carefully excluded any other possible cause of renal involvement.Once suspected as the casual relationship between drug and kidney damage,IFN treatment was immediately discontinued.In three cases,we observed a complete and persistent remission of clinical and laboratory abnormalities after IFN withdrawal,while the patient who developed thrombotic microangiopathy,despite IFN withdrawal and complement-inhibitor therapy with eculizumab,showed persistent severe renal failure requiring dialysis.CONCLUSION This case series highlights the causal relationship between IFN treatment and different types of renal involvement and enables us to delineate several peculiarities of this association. | Iacopo Gianassi Marco Allinovi Leonardo Caroti Lino Calogero Cirami | 2019 | World Journal of Nephrology2019，8，7： | 2 |
