1AFM research on Fe-based nanocrystal crystallization mechanism显示文摘The cross-section pattern of Fe-based alloy ribbon (Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9) annealed at different temperatures was investigated by AFM (atomic force microscope), and the effect mechanism of Nb and Cu in Fe-based alloy ribbon annealing was analyzed with XRD diffraction crystal analysis technique and other research results. New concepts of encapsulated grain, Nb vacancy cluster, Nb-B atom cluster and so on were proposed and used to describe the formation mechanism of α-Fe (Si) nanocrystal. 2Electrochemical hydrogen storage properties of Mg100-xNix produced by hydriding combustion synthesis and mechanical milling显示文摘In this work, Mg-based hydrogen storage composites with an initial 100-x: x(x=25, 32.3, 50, 66.7) of Mg:Ni molar ratio were prepared by HCS+MM and their phase compositions and electrochemical performances were investigated in detail. The results show that the composites with desirable constituents can be achieved by adjusting the molar ratio of the starting materials in the HCS process. Particularly, the HCS product of Mg_(67.7)Ni_(32.3) consists of the principal phase Mg_2NiH_4 and minor phase Mg_2NiH_(0.3). The dominate phase varies from Mg_2NiH_(0.3) and MgH_2 for the Mg enriched sample(x < 32.3) to MgNi_2 and Ni for the Ni enriched sample(x > 32.3). The MM modification not only brings about grain refinement of the alloys, but also leads to phase transformation of part Mg_2NiH_4 to Mg_2NiH_(0.3) in the Mg_(67.7)Ni_(32.3)sample. Electrochemical tests indicate that each sample can reach its maximum discharge capacity at the first cycle. Mg_(67.7)Ni_(32.3) displays the highest discharge capacity as well as a superior electrochemical kinetics owing to its excellent H atom diffusion ability and lower charge-transfer resistance. 3A joint call for actions to advance taxonomy in China显示文摘Taxonomy plays an important role in understanding the origin, evolution, and ecological functionality of biodiversity. There are large number of unknown species yet to be described by taxonomists, which together with their ecosystem services cannot be effectively protected prior to description. Despite this, taxonomy has been increasingly underrated insufficient funds and permanent positions to retain young talents. Further, the impact factordriven evaluation systems in China exacerbate this downward trend, so alternative evaluation metrics are urgently necessary. When the current generation of outstanding taxonomists retires,there will be too few remaining taxonomists left to train the next generation. The stress effect mechanism in Fe-based alloy ribbon tensile stress an-nealed inducing transverse magnetic anisotropy field was studied using the X-ray diffraction spectra and longitudinal drive giant magneto-impedance effect curves, and the model of direction dominant in encapsulated grain agglomeration was es-tablished. 6Progresses on Personalized Nutritional Evaluation and Recommendation显示文摘Health is maintained by a state of dynamic homeostasis in which nutrient intake and expenditure are of good balance.Therefore,it is important to know exactly the nutritional value of food sources,as well as the nutritional requirements of individuals,in order to achieve optimal nutrition.Considering the interaction between diet and individual background,nutritional evaluation and recommendation has become a complicate issue needing further investigations.While traditional nutrition research has made significant progress in population nutrition,modern nutrition research is now becoming possible to focus on personalized nutrition in health promotion,disease prevention,performance improvement,and risk assessment of individual with the development of emerging omics technologies.This review tried to summarize the methods used in nutritional evaluation and recommendation as well as their applications.Though personal nutrition evaluation and recommendation are still not well-established,utilization of these advanced technologies may expand our knowledge in bioavailability and bioefficacy of diet ingredients,pathophysiological changes in response to dietary intervention,as well as nutrition-associated disease biomarkers discovery,and thus contributing to personalized nutrition.Gang Lin Chuang Liu Huaijun Zhou Shuo Feng Yiqiang Chen Luoyun Fang Guoyao Wu Jing Zhang Shiyan Qiao Junjun Wang 2010Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2010,1,3:0
