1Matrix metalloproteinase-9 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 expression in early focal cerebral infarction following urokinase thrombolysis in rats显示文摘Activity of matrix metalloproteinase-9 increases following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,and is associated with cerebral microvascular permeability,blood-brain barrier destruction,inflammatory cell infiltration and brain edema.Matrix metalloproteinase-9 also likely participates in thrombolysis.A rat model of middle cerebral artery infarction was established by injecting autologous blood clots into the internal carotid artery.At 3 hours following model induction,urokinase was injected into the caudal vein.Decreased neurological severity score,reduced infarct volume,and increased expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 were observed in the cerebral cortex 24 hours after urokinase thrombolysis.These results suggest that urokinase can suppress damage in the acute-early stage of cerebral infarction.Yuqiang Song Hongli Zou Guofeng Wang Hongxia Yang Zhaohong Xie Jianzhong Bi 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,17:6

8Encrypted Finite-Horizon Energy-to-Peak State Estimation for Time-Varying Systems Under Eavesdropping Attacks: Tackling Secrecy Capacity显示文摘This paper is concerned with the problem of finitehorizon energy-to-peak state estimation for a class of networked linear time-varying systems.Due to the inherent vulnerability of network-based communication,the measurement signals transmitted over a communication network might be intercepted by potential eavesdroppers.To avoid information leakage,by resorting to an artificial-noise-assisted method,we develop a novel encryption-decryption scheme to ensure that the transmitted signal is composed of the raw measurement and an artificial-noise term.A special evaluation index named secrecy capacity is employed to assess the information security of signal transmissions under the developed encryption-decryption scheme.The purpose of the addressed problem is to design an encryptiondecryption scheme and a state estimator such that:1)the desired secrecy capacity is ensured;and 2)the required finite-horizon–l_(2)-l_(∞)performance is achieved.Sufficient conditions are established on the existence of the encryption-decryption mechanism and the finite-horizon state estimator.Finally,simulation results are proposed to show the effectiveness of our proposed encryption-decryption-based state estimation scheme.Lei Zou Zidong Wang Bo Shen Hongli Dong Guoping Lu 2023IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2023,10,4:1
9Monitoring of Sweat pH and Dual-Mode Anti-Counterfeiting from Metal-Organic Framework-Based Multifunctional Gel显示文摘Monitoring of sweat pH plays important roles in physiological health,nutritional balance,psychological stress,and sports performance.However,the combination of functional MOFs with phosphorescent material to acquire the real-time physiological information,as well as the application of dual mode anti-counterfeiting,has seldom been reported.Herein,we developed multifunctional gel films based on MOFs and phosphorescent dyes which responded to H+ions and the related mechanism was studied in detail.Upon exposure to H+,the composite gel film exhibited decreased fluorescent signal but enhanced room temperature phosphorescence(RTP),which could be utilized for sweat pH sensing through a dual-mode.Moreover,multifunctional gel films exhibited a potential application in information encryption and anti-counterfeiting by designing of stimulus responsive multiple patterns.This research provided a new avenue for portable and non-invasive sweat pH monitoring methods while also offering insights into stimulus-responsive multifunctional materials.Xiangnan Wang Hongli Zhang Jiahe Li Gang Zou 2024Chinese Journal of Chemistry2024,42,5:0
10Improved Activation of Mg^(+) and P^(+) Dual Implantation into GaAs显示文摘Co-implantation of phosphorus was used to enhance the activation of the implanted magnesium in GaAs.Improved activations were observed in dually implanted samples by either furnace annealing or rapid thermal annealing.For dose of 5×10^(14) cm^(-2) Mg^(+),an activation of 74%with a sheet resistance 216Ω/□was obtained for dual implant compared to the activation of 33%and sheet resistance of 367Ω/□for single implant after rapid thermal annealing.The results suggest that the high carrier concentration can be obtained by this technique.SHEN Honglie ZHOU Zuyao XIA Guanqun ZOU Shichang 1991Chinese Physics Letters1991,8,5:0
11Plasma fibrinogen beta-148C/T gene polymorphism in cerebral infarction patients显示文摘BACKGROUND: Plasma fibrinogen (Fg) β-148C/T gene polymorphism is a risk factor for ischemic angiopathy. OBJECTIVE: To explore the frequency distribution of Fg β-148C/T gene polymorphism and its relationship with plasma Fg levels in patients with cerebral infarction. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Case control experiment of gene polymorphism was performed at the Central Laboratory of Qingdao University Medical College from January 2003 to June 2004. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 88 patients with cerebral infarction were recruited from the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College, including 52 males and 36 females, averaging (61 ± 14) years of age. In addition, 80 healthy cases served as the control group, comprising 48 males and 32 females, with an average age of (58 ± 12) years. METHODS: Blood DNA was extracted, and electrophoresis results were observed using an ultraviolet single photon image system. The frequency distribution of Fg β-148C/T was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method. Plasma Fg levels were measured by cerebral infarction time. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Plasma Fg β-148C/T gene polymorphism and plasma Fg levels in patients with cerebral infarction. RESULTS: The frequency of the T allele, and plasma Fg levels in CC, CT, and CC+CT genotype subgroup, were significantly greater in the cerebral infraction group, compared with the control group (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the TT genotype subgroup and the control group (P > 0.05). The plasma Fg levels in the CT, TT, and CT+TT genotype groups were significantly greater than the CC genotype group (P < 0.05). However, in the control group, plasma Fg levels in the TT genotype subgroup were significantly greater than the remaining genotype subgroups (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Plasma Fg β-148C/T gene polymorphism is an important hereditary factor for differences in plasma Fg levels. The T allele plays a crucial role in influencing plasma Fg levels in cerebral infarction.
