| 2 | Hypoxia induces T-cell apoptosis by inhibiting chemokine C receptor 7 expression:the role of adenosine receptor A2显示文摘Hypoxia is a major characteristic of the tumor microenvironment,and its effects on immune cells are proposed to be important factors for the process of tumor immune escape.It has been reported that hypoxia affects the function of dendritic cells and the antitumor function of T cells.Here we discuss the effects of hypoxia on T-cell survival.Our results showed that hypoxia induced apoptosis of T cells.Adenosine and adenosine receptors(AR)are important to the hypoxia-related signaling pathway.Using AR agonists and antagonists,we demonstrated that hypoxia-induced apoptosis of T cells was mediated by A^(2a)and A^(2b)receptors.Furthermore,we are the first,to our knowledge,to report that hypoxia significantly inhibited the expression of chemokine C receptor 7(CCR7)of T cells via the A^(2)R signal pathway,perhaps representing a mechanism of hypoxia-induced apoptosis of T cells.Collectively,our research demonstrated that hypoxia induces T-cell apoptosis by the A^(2)R signaling pathway partly by suppressing CCR7.Blocking the A^(2)R signaling pathway and/or activation of CCR7 can increase the anti-apoptosis function of T cells and may become a new strategy to improve antitumor potential. | Jintang Sun Yan Zhang Meixiang Yang Yun Zhang Qi Xie Zewu Li Zhaogang Dong Yongmei Yang Biping Deng Alei Feng Weixu Hu Haiting Mao Xun Qu | 2010 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2010,7,1: | 3 |

| 4 | Sound scattering from underwater elastic spherical shell covered with multilayered medium approximated acoustic cloak显示文摘The anechoic performance and mechanism of underwater elastic spherical shell covered with coating are studied at low frequencies.The acoustic cloak is anisotropic material,which can be designed with homogeneous isotropic materials on the basis of effective medium approximation theory.The analytic expression of scattering acoustic field from the shell covered with multilayered medium is formulated and the scattering form function,resonance mode,acoustic field distribution are computed,the scattering characteristics and mechanism of transmission are analyzed.The results show that the direction of sound transmission inside the multilayered medium is changed,the acoustic field is deflected gradually,and the acoustic energy flux is guided around the target,which reduces the scattering intensity at low frequencies,the acoustic intensity of target's surface is very weak.Excepting the first resonance peak in spectrum produced by the zero order partial wave,the other resonance modes of elastic spherical shell are not excitated and the multilayered medium can suppress the resonance of the spherical shell effectively. | SUN Yang AN Junying XU Haiting | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2014,33,2: | 1 |

| 7 | Identification of Pathogens from Rotted Potato Tubers in Ventilated Storage House of Huade County,Inner Mongolia during the Storage Period显示文摘Rotted potato samples were collected from ventilated storage house of Huade County,Inner Mongolia from October 2015 to April 2016. Pathogens were isolated,purified and cultured with tissue separation method,and identified by morphological observation and molecular identification. The results showed that there were five main diseases that caused potato rotting in Huande County,Inner Mongolia during the storage period,including dry rot,late blight,early blight,ring rot and soft rot. Specifically,potato dry rot was the most serious disease,which was induced by four pathogens: Fusarium sambucinum,Fusarium Link,Fusarium acuminatum and Fusarium equiseti. Late blight caused by Phytophthora infestans and early blight caused by Alternaria solani could easily result in complex infection,which were mostly found in seriously rotted potato tubers. Moreover,these potatoes were always co-infected with fungal diseases at late stage of storage or even subject to complex infection with bacteriosis in serious cases.
