1Distributed Energy Management of Integrated Electricity-thermal Systems for High-speed Railway Traction Grids and Stations显示文摘This paper proposes an integrated electricity-ther-mal energy management system(EMS)for high-speed railways.First,an operational model is built for the integrated electricity-thermal system,including a train operation EMS(TO-EMS)model and station operation EMS(SO-EMS)model.In the TO-EMS model,traction grids(TGs)are formulated with a solvable second-order cone programming problem.In the SO-EMS model,station indoor thermal systems are taken into account,and the building heat exchange process and solar radiation influence upon station indoor temperature are also included.Then the TO-EMS and the SO-EMS are coordinated with an alternating direction method of the multipliers-based(ADMM-based)algo-rithm,protecting the privacy and interests both for the train dispatch center and stations.To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed railway EMS,a modified realistic high-speed railway segment with six stations in North China with summer and winter scenarios is studied.Lizhou Jiang Zhaohong Bie Tao Long Haipeng Xie Yao Xiao 2021CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,3:4
2The IAA-and ABA-responsive transcription factor CgMYB58 upregulates lignin biosynthesis and triggers juice sac granulation in pummelo显示文摘In citrus,lignin overaccumulation in the juice sac results in granulation and an unpleasant fruit texture and taste.By integrating metabolic phenotyping and transcriptomic analyses,we found 702 differentially expressed genes(DEGs),including 24 transcription factors(TFs),to be significantly correlated with lignin content.CgMYB58 was further identified as a critical R2R3 MYB TF involved in lignin overaccumulation owing to its high transcript levels in Huanong Red-fleshed pummelo(HR,Citrus grandis)fruits.Transient expression of CgMYB58 led to an increase in the lignin content in the pummelo fruit mesocarp,whereas its stable overexpression significantly promoted lignin accumulation and upregulated 19 lignin biosynthetic genes.Among these genes,CgPAL1,CgPAL2,Cg4CL1,and CgC3H were directly modulated by CgMYB58 through interaction with their promoter regions.Moreover,we showed that juice sac granulation in pummelo fruits could be affected by indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and abscisic acid(ABA)treatments.In HR pummelo,ABA significantly accelerated this granulation,whereas IAA effectively inhibited this process.Taken together,these results provide novel insight into the lignin accumulation mechanism in citrus fruits.We also revealed the theoretical basis via exogenous IAA application,which repressed the expression of CgMYB58 and its target genes,thus alleviating juice sac granulation in orchards.Meiyan Shi Xiao Liu Haipeng Zhang Zhenyu He Hongbin Yang Jiajing Chen Jia Feng Wenhui Yang Youwu Jiang Jia-Long Yao Cecilia Hong Deng Juan Xu 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:4
3A PSO Based Multi-Domain Virtual Network Embedding Approach显示文摘This paper proposed a multi-domain virtual network embedding algorithm based on multi-controller SDN architecture. The local controller first selects candidate substrate nodes for each virtual node in the domain. Then the global controller abstracts substrate network topology based on the candidate nodes and boundary nodes of each domain, and applies Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm on it to divide virtual network requests. Each local controller then embeds the virtual nodes of the divided single-domain virtual network requests in the domain, and cooperates with other local controllers to embed the inter-domain virtual links. 4Software defined industrial network architecture for edge computing offloading显示文摘The integration of the Internet and the traditional manufacturing industry makes the industrial Internet of things(IIoT) as a popular research topic. However, traditional industrial networks continue to face challenges of resource management and limited raw data storage and computation capacity. A novel software defined industrial network(SDIN) architecture was proposed to address the existing drawbacks in IIoT such as resource utilization, data processing and storage, and system compatibility. The architecture is developed based on the software defined network(SDN) architecture, combining hierarchical cloud and fog computing and content-aware caching technologies. Based on the SDIN architecture, two types of edge computing strategies in industrial applications are discussed. Different scenarios and service requirements are considered. 5Topology Based Reliable Virtual Network Embedding from a QoE Perspective显示文摘In the network virtualization environments, one of the most challenges is how to map the virtual networks(VNs) onto a shared substrate network managed by an infrastructure provider(In P), which is termed as virtual network embedding problem. Prior studies on this issue only emphasize on maximizing the revenue or minimizing the energy consumption while ignoring the reliability requirements of end-users. In our work, we incorporate the reliability probability into the virtual network embedding process with an aim to improve the Qo S/Qo E of end users from a new perspective. We devised two novel reliable virtual network embedding algorithms called RRW-Max Match and RDCC-VNE based on RW-Max Match and DCC-VNE, respectively. 8Heterogeneous sea-level rises along coastal zones and small islands显示文摘Coastal zones and many small islands are highly susceptible to sea-level rise(SLR). Coastal zones have a large exposed population and integrated high-value assets, and islands provide diverse ecosystem services to millions of people worldwide. The coastal zones and small islands affected by SLR are likely to suffer from submergence, flooding and erosion in the future. However, very few studies have addressed the heterogeneity in SLR changes and the potential risk to coastal zones and small islands. Here we used the mean sea level(MSL) derived from satellite altimetry data to analyse the trends and accelerations of SLRs along global coastal zones and small islands. We found that except for the Antarctic coastal zone, the annual MSL within 50 km of the coasts presented an increasing trend of 3.09 ± 0.13 mm a^-1 but a decreasing acceleration of -0.02 ± 0.02 mm a^-2 from 1993 to 2017. The highest coastal MSL trend of3.85 ± 0.60 mm a^-1 appeared in Oceania, and the lowest trend of 2.32 ± 0.37 mm a^-1 occured in North America. Africa, North America and South America showed acceleration trends, and Eurasia, Australia and Oceania had deceleration trends. Further, MSLs around global small islands reflected an increasing trend with a rate of 3.01 ± 0.16 mm a^-1 but a negative acceleration of -0.02 ± 0.02 mm a^-2. 9Effects of Meteorological Factors on Overwintering Ability,Yield and Quality of Forage Rape显示文摘In order to investigate the effects of meteorological factors on rape overwintering ability,forage yield and quality of rape in the North China plain,Brassia campestris L.and Brassica napus L.were used in this study.The results showed that compared with the B.napus L.varieties,the growth period of B.campestris L.was shortened by 10-15 d,the overwintering rate(WR)increased by 50.6%,and the density after winter(PD)increased by 41.5%.The fresh forage yield(FFY)and dry forage yield(DFY)of the B.campestris L.type significantly increased by 40.9%and 38.1%compared with the B.napus L.type.,respectively,while the forage quality of the B.napus L.type rape was significantly better than that of the B.campestris L.type.Compared with the B.campestris L.type,the crude protein(CP),fat,ash and total fatty acid(TFA)contents of the B.napus L.type of rape increased by 27.6%,42.9%,23.9%and 52.3%,respectively,and the milk productivity(HM),relative forage value(RFV)and relative forage quality(RFQ)increased by 14.0%,16.2%and 42.1%,respectively.The light and heat resources before wintering increased the WR and PD(P<0.05),and were positively correlated with FFY and DFY(P>0.05),and lower temperature during the wintering period led to lower WR(P<0.01).The light and heat resources during the overwintering period and after regreening were negatively correlated with FFY and DFY(P>0.05).The contents of CP,fat and TFA of rape had an extremely significant negative correlation with the temperature and sunshine hours before wintering,but an extremely significant positive correlation with the temperature during the wintering period and after regreening,as well as the sunshine hours and rainfall during the wintering period;and HM had an extremely significant positive correlation with the temperature,sunshine hours and rainfall during the wintering period,while RFV and RFQ were only extremely significantly positively correlated with the maximum temperature and rainfall.In summary,in the North China Plain,for autumn sowing rape,the B.campestris L.type can be selected to improve the wintering rate,and the B.napus L.type should be the main choice to improve the forage quality of rape.Therefore,the B.napus L.variety HYZ62 can be selected for autumn sowing in the North China Plain.Yao ZHANG Junzhu GE Guangsheng ZHOU Xidong WU Yong an YANG Haipeng HOU Qian LIANG Zhiqi MA 2021Agricultural Biotechnology2021,10,3:0

11Fixed-point ICA algorithm for blind separation of complex mixtures containing both circular and noncircular sources显示文摘Fixed-point algorithms are widely used for independent component analysis(ICA) owing to its good convergence. However, most existing complex fixed-point ICA algorithms are limited to the case of circular sources and result in phase ambiguity, that restrict the practical applications of ICA. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a two-stage fixed-point ICA(TS-FPICA) algorithm which considers complex signal model. In this algorithm, the complex signal model is converted into a new real signal model by utilizing the circular coefficients contained in the pseudo-covariance matrix. The algorithm is thus valid to noncircular sources. Moreover, the ICA problem under the new model is formulated as a constrained optimization problem, and the real fixed-point iteration is employed to solve it. In this way, the phase ambiguity resulted by the complex ICA is avoided. The computational complexity and convergence property of TS-FPICA are both analyzed theoretically. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better separation performance and without phase ambiguity in separated signals compared with other algorithms. 13Association between availability of glucose-lowering drugs in primary health institutions and diabetes patients’medication adherence:a cross-sectional study in Shandong Province,China显示文摘Background:Primary health care system is a critical component of diabetes care and management.This article aimed to analyze the availability of glucose-lowering drugs in primary health institutions(PHIs)in China,and to explore the relationship between availability of glucose-lowering drugs and medication adherence among type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods:This cross-sectional study conducted in Shandong Province,eastern China(hereafter referred to as Shandong),between August and December 2017.In total,2520 community-managed T2DM patients were selected from 68 PHIs in Shandong,including 62 village-level and 6 township-level PHIs.The self-developed questionnaire was used to survey the availability of glucose-lowering drugs in PHIs.Patients’medication adherence was assessed by four self-reported questions,and was classified as either adherent or non-adherent.Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the availability of glucose-lowering drugs in PHIs and the medication adherence among the T2DM patients.Multilevel logistic regression models were used to explore the relationship between the availability of glucose-lowering drugs in PHIs and patients’medication adherence.Results:A total of 1866 T2DM patients prescribed with at least one glucose-lowering drug were included in analysis.Among them,58.5%patients followed their antidiabetic treatment well.In village-level PHIs,the patient’s adherence rate was lower than in township-level PHIs(55.9%vs.61.1%,P<0.05).Among the 68 PHIs,average(2.53±0.97)glucose-lowering products(generic names)were available,which in village-level PHIs were less than in township-level PHIs(2.47 vs.3.17,P<0.05).And the number of available glucose-lowering products in PHIs was associated with the adherence of T2DM patients.Conclusion:Poor availability of glucose-lowering products was found in PHIs in Shandong.The availability of glucose-lowering products in PHIs was positively associated with patients’medication adherence,and could be enhanced to improve the control of diabetes in primary care settings.Jiansen Yao Haipeng Wang Di Shao Jia Yin Xiaolei Guo Xiao Yin Qiang Sun 2021Global Health Journal2021,5,2:0
14Origin and geological control of desorbed gas in multi-thin coal seam in the Wujiu depression, Hailar Basin, China显示文摘To understand the natural gas characteristics of multi-thin coal seam,this study selected the desorbed gas of coal seams in different layers of Well A in the Wujiu depression,Hailar Basin in northeast Inner Mongolia.The results show that the heavy hydrocarbon content of desorbed gas increases significantly with the increasing depth.Methane carbon(δ13C_(1))and ethane carbon(δ13C_(2))isotope values are vertically become heavier downwards,while the δ13 values did not change significantly.The kerogen is close to the III–II mixed type with the source rocks mainly deposited in a shore/shallow lake or braided-river delta front,and the gas produced has certain characteristics of oil associated gas.However,the characteristics of oil associated gas produced by the organic formed in the shallow-water environment(braided-river delta plain)are not obvious.The sandstone pore and fracture systems interbedded with multi-thin coal seam are well developed.And it is conducive to the migration of methanogenic micro-organisms to coal seams via groundwater,making it easier to produce biogenic gas under this geological condition.During the burial evolution of coal-bearing strata in the study area,when the burial depth reaches the maximum,there are significant differences in the paleotemperature experienced by different vertical coal seams,caused by a high-paleogeothermal gradient,increasing the δ13C_(2) of desorbed gas with increasing depth.The above research indicates that there is less biogenic gas in the multi-thin coal seams with relatively developed mudstone,and the multi-thin coal seams with relatively developed sandstones have obvious biogenic gas characteristics.Therefore,for the exploration and development of biogenic gas in low-rank multi-thin coal seams,it is necessary to give priority to the layer with high sandstone content.Geng LI Yong QIN Xuejuan SONG Boyang WANG Haipeng YAO Yabing LIN 2023Frontiers of Earth Science2023,17,1:0
