1Continuous unidirectional solidification of QAl9-4 Cu-Al alloy显示文摘A continuous unidirectional solidification equipment with the advantages of electric slag remelting, induction heating, continuous casting and unidirectional solidification was built to study the QAl9 4 Cu Al alloy. The results show that the electro slag induction continuous unidirectional solidification process can be used for the steady continuous unidirectional solidification of QAl9 4, and revitalizes the down pulling continuous unidirectional solidification process; that the temperature distribution in the mold wall reflects that of the molten metal in the mold, thus the temperature distribution in the mold wall can be used to control the electric slag induction continuous unidirectional solidification process; and that the mutual matching of the technological parameters is the key to stabilize the solidification process.Chang Guowei(常国威) Yuan Junping(袁军平) Wang Zidong(王自东) Wu Chunjing(吴春京) Hu Hanqi(胡汉起) Miao Zhimin(苗治民) 1999中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版1999,9,3:8

3Effects of correlative factors on the interdendritic melt flow brought by the bulge in continuous casting slabs显示文摘The effects of various factors on the flow speed of interdendritic melt were analyzed in detail in the process of continuous casting slabs. When the solid-liquid interface bends periodically, the expression of solute distribution in the columnar crystal zone was deduced, and the quantitative calculation was also made. The results show that the bulge and the interdendritic spacing are responsible for the flow speed of interdendritic melt. At the initial stage of solidification the bulge operates, and at the final stage the interdendritic spacing operates. 4Effect of extract from Yiyuan Yiliu Tang(益元抑瘤汤)on human lung adenocarcinoma and human hepatoma cell lines显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of the extract from Yiyuan Yiliu Tang(益元抑瘤汤,YYYLT)on human lung adenocarcinoma cells A549 and human hepatoma cells Bel7402.METHODS:The cancer cell lines were treated with various concentrations(0,100,200,300,and400μg/m L)of the crude water extract of YYYLT and then cell viability,toxicity,cytokine secretion,and cell cycle/apoptosis were determined by MTT assay,LDH assay,and flow cytometry,respectively.RESULTS:The extract from YYYLT significantly suppressed the proliferation of the cancer cell lines and the release of interleukin-2 and tumor necrosis factor-αin a dose-dependent manner.The extract also promoted apoptosis,caused cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase,and increased the expression of caspase-3,B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),and Bcl-2-associated X proteins.CONCLUSION:The extract from YYYLT might be a potential treatment for human lung and liver cancers.Yl Qingqing CHANG Qing LIANG Dongyu CAI Weiwei QIU Liying YANG Rong JIANG Guowei 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,1:1

6Impact of Wind Integration on Transient Voltage Stability in Regional Grid显示文摘With the increasing development of wind power,the scale of wind farms and unit capacity of wind turbines are getting larger and larger,and the impact of wind integration on power systems cannot be ignored.However,in most cases,the areas with a plenty of wind resources do not have strong grid structures.Furthermore,the characteristics of wind power dictate that wind turbines need to absorb reactive power during operation.Because of the strong correlation between voltage stability and systems' reactive power,the impacts of wind integration on voltage stability has become an important issue.Based on the power system simulation software DIgSILENT and combined analysis of actual practice,this paper investigates the impacts of two types of wind farms on voltage stability:namely a type of wind farms which are constituted by constant speed wind turbines based on common induction generators(IG) and another type of wind farms which are constituted by VSCF wind turbines based on doubly-fed induction generators(DFIG).Through investigation the critical fault clearing time is presented for different outputs of wind farms.Moreover,the impacts of static var compensator(SVC) and static synchronous compensator(STATCOM) on transient voltage stability in IG-based wind farms are studied to improve the security and stability of the Jiangsu power grid after the integration of large scale wind power.Zhang Feng Li Mingxia Fan Guowei Luo Zhongyou Chang Xiqiang 2012Electricity2012,23,2:1

8Understanding the role of interface in advanced semiconductor nanostructure and its interplay with wave function overlap显示文摘As the proportion of interfaces increases rapidly in nanomaterials,properties and quality of interfaces hugely impact the performance of advanced semiconductors.Here,the effect of interfaces is explored by comparatively studying two InAs/AlSb superlattices with and without the thin InAsSb layers inserted inside each InAs layers.Through strain mapping,it indicates that the addition of interfaces leads to an increase of local strain both near interfaces and inside layers.Meantime,owing to the creation of hole potential wells within the original electron wells,the charge distribution undergoes an extra electron-hole alternating arrangement in the structure with inserted layers than the uninserted counterpart.Such a feature is verified to enhance electron-hole wave function overlap by theoretical simulations,which is a must for better optical performance.Furthermore,with an elaborate design of the inserted layers,the wave function overlap could be boosted without sacrificing other key device performances.Chenyuan Cai Yunhao Zhao Faran Chang Xuebing Zhao Liting Yang Chongyun Liang Guowei Wang Zhichuan Niu Yi Shi Xianhu Liu Yuesheng Li Renchao Che 2020Nano Research2020,13,6:1
9MoS_(2) on topological insulator Bi_(2)Te_(3) thin films:Activation of the basal plane for hydrogen reduction显示文摘2H-MoS_(2) is a well-studied and promising non-noble metal electrocatalyst for heterogeneous reactions,such as the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).The performance is largely limited by the chemically inert basal plane,which is unfavorable for surface adsorption and reactions.Herein,we report a facile method to boost the HER activities of 2H-MoS_(2) by coupling with epitaxial Bi2Te3 topological insulator films.The as-obtained MoS_(2)/Bi2Te3/SrTiO3 catalyst exhibits prominent HER catalytic activities compared to that of pure MoS_(2) structures,with a 189 mV decrease in the overpotential required to reach a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2) and a low Tafel slope of 58 mV dec−1.Theoretical investigations suggest that the enhanced catalytic activity originates from the charge redistribution at the interface between the Bi2Te3topological insulator films and the MoS_(2) layer.The delocalized sp-derived topological surface states could denote electrons to the MoS_(2) layer and activate the basal plane for hydrogen adsorption.This study demonstrates the potential of manipulating topological surface states to design high-performance electrocatalysts.Guowei Lia Jue Huang Qun Yang Liguo Zhang Qingge Mu Yan Sun Stuart Parkin Kai Chang Claudia Felser 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,11:1

13Influence of semi-solid isothermal treatment on eutectic carbide in Cr12MoV steel显示文摘In-situ observation of eutectic solidification of Cr12MoV steel was conducted using high temperature confocal laser-scanning microscopy. The semi-solid isothermal treatment temperature of the steel was determined by thermodynamic calculation using Thermo-cal software. At the same time, the infl uences of isothermal treatment temperature and time on eutectic carbides in the steel were also studied. The results show that when the liquid metal cools at the rate of 47 °C·min-1, the eutectic reaction occurs rapidly at 1,214.7 °C in one second with the reticular liquid around austenite dendrites, transforming into a network of eutectic structure. 16Human Health Risk through Groundwater Ingestion and Dermal Adsorption: Field Investigation and Practise Using U. S.EPA Evaluation Method显示文摘Aiming to ascertain the groundwater pollution status in a southern city of China,shallow groundwater samples were collected,and 9 heavy metals Zn,Mn,Cr,Cd,Pb,Ni,Ba,Be and Hg were tested to determine the contents and environmental controlling factors,and U. S. EPA assessment method was used to evaluate the human health risk through different exposure pathways. The results indicated that the contents of heavy metals in the groundwater of the study area were relatively low,Zn,Mn,Be,Cd and Pb were frequently detected in local groundwater and the rates of exceeding the groundwater quality standard of Mn and Be were larger than 5%,and most of the heavy metals showed negative correlation with groundwater p H. The average values of non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risk of heavy metals were lower than the threshold values,and ingestion was the major pathway that the residents were exposed to the risk. 17Incorporating carbon sink of harvested wood products into ecological footprint accounting:model and case study显示文摘Ecological footprint(EF)accounting system is widely used in assessing environmental sustainability at various spatial scales.To improve the EF performance,a new EF calculation framework was established in this study,in which HWP is considered as carbon sinks and the model was then applied to the Yangtze River basin of China.Results showed that(1)carbon sink in the basin is about 2.99 Tg per year and it varies substantially across subbasins,which has a nonlinear relationship with net primary productivity;(2)available biocapacity calculated in the whole basin increases from 0.5068 to 0.5759 national ha(nha)per capita when incorporating the carbon sinks.In a few subbasins,the added biocapacity is even larger than the biocapacity estimated from the conventional approach;(3)the EF of the basin is 5.598 nha per capita and it is much larger than its biological carrying capacity(BC),indicating that ecological deficit is ubiquitous across the basin.If carbon sinks are considered,the ecological deficit would decrease by 3.2–14.3%for different regions in the basin.It is necessary to incorporate HWP and other potential terrestrial carbon sinks in the EF accounting,and more efforts are needed in improving carbon sink accuracy.Wei Gao Guowei Cheng Chang’e Liu 2020Ecosystem Health and Sustainability2020,6,1:0
