1Safflower yellow injection combined with conventional therapy in treating unstable angina pectoris:a meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of safflower yellow injection combined with conventional therapy in treating unstable angina pectoris.METHODS:We searched online databases:Chinese journal full-text database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database,Chinese journal full-text database,Pubmed,ScienceDirect,Embase,and the Cochrane Library with manual-screening of relevant literature.Eligible randomized controlled trials(RCT)on angina pectoris were included.We conducted meta-analysis using the RevMan 5.1 software from The Cochrane Collaboration.We treated the relief rate of angina symptoms and electrocardiograph(ECG)as evaluation.RESULTS:Seven articles,including in 1134 patients,were enrolled after the evaluation.Therewas no significant heterogeneity among the studies(χ2=1.08,df=6,P=0.98,I2=0%).The safflower yellow injection with conventional therapy has a higher effective rate than the control group in relieving the symptoms of angina pectoris[odds ratio(OR)=2.95,95%(CI)(1.81,4.81)]and improving ischemic ECG[OR=2.85,95%CI(1.67,4.86)].The difference was statistically significant in the'80 mg dosage'and'100 mg dosage'subgroups(P<0.05)for improving clinical symptoms and ECG.The funnel graphic was nearly symmetrical.Sensitivity analysis suggested that the results were stable.CONCLUSION:Safflower yellow injection as an adjunct therapy with conventional drugs shows advantages in easing the clinical symptoms of unstable angina and improving ECG over basic therapy alone.However,the conclusions should be interpreted with care until more high-quality RCTs are reported.2013 JTCM.All rights reserved.Dezhao Kong Wei Xia Zhe Zhang Lei Xiao Dongchao Yuan Yue Liu Guanlin Yang 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,5:20
2Sini decoction as an adjuvant therapy for angina pectoris:a systematic review of randomized controlled trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To systematically assess the effects and safety of Sini decoction as an adjuvant therapy for patients with angina pectoris.METHODS: We searched Pub Med, Excerpt Medica Database, the Cochrane library, Wanfang Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database from the date of its inception until August 1, in2014. Available literatures were selected according to the inclusion criteria. Two reviewers finished data extraction, checked the data and assessed the methodological quality of studies, independently.The Review Manage Software 5.1.0 was used for data analysis.RESULTS: Six trials involving 453 participants were eligible. None of the trials reported the mortality due to angina pectoris. The secondary outcomes showed that Sini decoction, together with nitroglycerin when necessary, may have some effects on reducing the number of angina attacks and the amount of nitroglycerin. But in terms of reducing the duration of angina and improvement of electrocardiogram, there were no statistical differences between Sini decoction group and isosorbide dinitrate group. 3Effect of Tianshu capsule in treatment of migraine:a meta-analysi of randomized control trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To review the efficacy of Tianshu cap sule in the treatment of migraine. METHODS: Retrieving papers from Pubmed, co chrane central register of controlled trials (CEN TRAL), Weipu database (VIP) , China biology medi cine (CBM), China national knowledge infrastruc ture (CNKI), and Wanfang Data. Two reviewers retrieved and extracted the information indepen dently. Retrieval time scale is up to August 2012,Software Review Manager 5.1 was used for analysis. RESULTS: A total of 10 studies including 937 migraine patients. The merged data shows Tianshu capsule had a higher effective rate in treating migraine, and there is no significant heterogeneity between Tianshu capsule group and control group (χ2=6.33, df=9, P=0.71, I2=0% ), OR=4.18 [95% CI (2.93,5.95)]. Tianshu capsule alone compared to conventional therapy also showed advantages, and there was low heterogeneity (χ2=4.53, df=3, P=0.21, I2 = 34%), OR=3.95 [95% CI (2.32, 6.72)]. Meta-analysis results show that clinical efficacy of Tianshu capsule was better than that of the control group in the treatment of migraine and there was a significant difference (P<0.000 01). 4Warming and elevated nitrogen deposition accelerate the invasion process of Solidago canadensis L.显示文摘Background:Invasive species can threaten native diversity and alter ecosystem processes while interacting with other components of global environmental change.Invasive plants are becoming increasingly problematic and this can be stimulated by changes in the environment.However,existing studies have primarily investigated the effects of environmental change on a specific stage of plant invasion rather than the continuous invasion process.Methods:A space-for-time substitution experiment was performed to investigate how warming and nitrogen deposition affects the invasion process of a plant.Specifically,different ratios of invasive Solidago canadensis L.to native Artemisia argyi Levl.et Van were employed as a proxy to represent successive levels of invasion.A total of seven treatments were applied in the experiment:ambient(CK),N addition(+5,+12 g m^(−2)year^(−1)),warming(+1.15,+1.86℃)and their interaction(5 g N m^(−2)year^(−1)+1.15℃,12 g N m^(−2)year^(−1)+1.86℃).The growth performance and competitiveness of S.canadensis were investigated.Results:The competitiveness of Solidago canadensis decreased linearly with its invasion degree(p<0.05).Non-linear regression showed that S.canadensis invasion levels of 53%,53%,68%,55%and 58%were the critical thresholds for shifting the direction or magnitude of chlorophyll,leaf nitrogen,leaf shape index,diameter,and root/shoot ratio,respectively.Compared with the ambient treatment(CK,no warming and no N addition),the diameter,height,bio-mass and relative competitiveness of S.canadensis were each limited by warming,to a certain extent,whereas these and the above parameters were significantly increased by nitrogen deposition.The interaction of increased temperature and nitrogen deposition led to significant increases in the growth and competitiveness of S.canadensis,and this effect was detected in every stage of the invasion,throughout the invasion process.Conclusions:Environmental change might have a continuous,progressive,and augmentative effect on the phenotypic traits of S.canadensis.This study provides fairly robust evidence that environmental change promotes the invasion process of S.canadensis in general,not simply in specific stages.In the future,rather than focusing on specific stages,experimental studies should consider examining invasion on a broader scale.Guangqian Ren Bin Yang Miaomiao Cui Zhicong Dai Yan Xiang Haiyan Zhang Guanlin Li Jian Li Qaiser Javed Daolin Du 2022Ecological Processes2022,11,1:0
5Modified rolling guidance law for single moving mass controlled reentry vehicle against maneuvering target with impact angle constraints显示文摘This paper deals with the problem of guidance law design for the single moving mass controlled reentry vehicle when impact angle constraints and maneuvering target are taken into consideration.More specifically,a modified rolling guidance law is proposed with the interactive virtual target and the landing point prediction strategy.First,considering the fact that the roll channel can be controlled directly,the relative motion between the single moving mass controlled reentry vehicle and the target is described by the error angle between the relative velocity and the line-ofsight.Second,a nonlinear error angle command is given to reduce the rotation rate.To satisfy impact angle constraints,an interactive virtual target is presented and the‘‘S”formed velocity of the virtual target is given to abate the error angle tracking difficulty at the final stage of the reentry phase.Then,the landing point prediction strategy is employed and the motion variation trend is also taken into consideration.As the maneuvering target is replaced with the predicted landing point,the error angle tracking difficulty caused by the target velocity decreases,which is helpful to meet impact angle constraints and improve guidance accuracy at the same time.Finally,the finite-time rolling guidance law is proposed and proved via Lyapunov stability theorem.Compared with the existing method,lower-speed rotation,smaller missing distance and less impact angle errors are obtained,which can be demonstrated by numerical simulations.Guanlin LI Ming YANG Songyan WANG Tao CHAO 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,6:0
6The Island Rule with lateral and bottom friction显示文摘The Island Rule, derived from the Sverdrup theory, is widely used to estimate and analyze water transport through a strait. Previous studies presented single-or multi-island rules with either lateral or bottom friction. In this paper,an analytical model of wind-driven circulation is assumed based on linear dynamics. Considering both lateral and bottom friction, the analytic solutions of the transport streamfunction around the islands are derived and the volume transport through the channel is presented. The results are similar to those of Wajsowicz, but the frictional constants represent different values. The analytic solution shows that the relationship between the lateral frictional and bottom frictional dissipation is complex in terms of the frictional constants. To understand the interaction between the two friction types, lateral and bottom friction values were randomly chosen on a barotropic beta plane. The result shows an approximately linear relationship between the lateral and bottom friction in consisting of the combined frictional constants. We studied the effect of the channel width on the transport through the channel. The results show that the friction enhances the flow under some widths, which is similar to the flow behavior when only the lateral friction is considered. We also compared the transport through the channel at different depths and founded that the deeper the water, the smaller the transport reduction ratio when the horizontal eddy viscosity coefficient and the bottom drag coefficient remained constants. To further present the combined role of lateral frictional and bottom frictional dissipation, we compared our model with the model of Wajsowicz for two islands, where only the lateral or bottom friction were considered, with different channel widths. The results showed that the effect of the lateral friction is greater than the bottom friction when the channel is narrow, especially in the Munk boundary layer thickness. When the channel is much wider than the Munk boundary layer thickness, the role of the bottom friction is greater than that of the lateral friction. 7Effect of different acid anions on highly efficient Ce-based catalysts for selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH_(3)显示文摘Three kinds of Ce-based catalysts(CePO_(4),CeVO_(4),Ce_(2)(SO_(4))_(3))were synthesized and used for the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NO by NH_(3).NH_(3)-SCR performances were conducted in the temperature range of 80 to 400°C.The catalytic efficiencies of the three catalysts are as follow:CePO_(4)>CeVO_(4)>Ce_(2)(SO_(4))_(3),which is in agreement with their abilities of NH_(3)adsorption capacities.The highest NO conversion rate of CePO_(4)could reach about 95%,and the catalyst had more than 90%NO conversion rate between 260 and 320°C.The effect of PO_(4)^(3–),VO_(4)^(3–)and SO_(4)^(2–)on NH_(3)-SCR performances of Ce-based catalysts was systematically investigated by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis,NH_(3)temperature programmed desorption,H2 temperature programmed reduction and field emission scanning electron microscopy tests.The key factors that can enhance the SCR are the existence of Ce4+,large NH_(3)adsorption capacity,high and early H2 consumptions,and suitable microstructures for gas adsorption.Finally,CePO_(4)and CeVO_(4)catalysts also exhibited relatively strong tolerance of SO2,and the upward trend about 8%was detected due to the sulfation enhancement by SO2 for Ce_(2)(SO_(4))3.De Fang Guanlin Huang Jingyi Yang Shengxing Pan Caihong Lv Da Li 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,10:0
8Effects of dietary macronutrients and body composition on glucose homeostasis in mice显示文摘As a major health issue,obesity is linked with elevated risk of type 2 diabetes.However,whether disrupted glucose homeostasis is due to altered body composition alone,or whether dietary macronutrients play an additional role,independent of their impact on body composition,remains unclear.We investigated the associations between macronutrients,body composition,blood hormones and glucose homeostasis.We fed C57BL/6N mice 29 different diets with variable macronutrients for 12 weeks.After 10 weeks,intraperitoneal glucose tolerance tests were performed.Generalized linear models were generated to evaluate the impacts of macronutrients,body composition and blood hormones on glucose homeostasis.The area under the glucose curve(AUC)was strongly associated with body fat mass,but not dietary macronutrients.AUC was significantly associated with fasting insulin levels.Six genes from transcriptomic analysis of epididymal white adipose tissue and subcutaneous white adipose tissue were significantly associated with AUC.These genes may encode secreted proteins that play important previously unanticipated roles in glucose homeostasis.Sumei Hu Jacques Togo Lu Wang Yingga Wu Dengbao Yang Yanchao Xu Li Li Baoguo Li Min Li Jianbo Li Guanlin Wang Xueying Zhang Chaoqun Niu Mohsen Mazidi Alex Douglas John R.Speakman 2021National Science Review2021,8,1:0
9Sedimentology and Paleoenvironmental Characteristics of Fine-grained Sediments in Coal-bearing Strata in the Eastern Ordos Basin:A Case Study of the Exploratory Well in the Zizhou Area显示文摘The continuously collected cores from the Permo-Carboniferous coal-bearing strata of the eastern Ordos Basin are essential for studying the hydrocarbon potential in this region.This study adopted sedimentological and geochemical methods to analyze the sedimentary environment,material composition,and geochemical characteristics of the coal-bearing strata.The differences in depositional and paleoclimatic conditions were compared;and the factors influencing the organic matter content of fine-grained sediments were explored.The depositional environment of the Benxi and Jinci formations was lagoon to tidal flat with weakly reduced waters with low salinity and dry-hot paleoclimatic conditions;while that of the Taiyuan Formation was a carbonate platform and shallow water delta front,where the water was highly reductive.The xerothermic climate alternated with the warm and humid climate.The period of maximum transgression in the Permo-Carboniferous has the highest water salinity.The Shanxi Formation was deposited in a shallow water delta front with a brackish and fresh water environment and alternative weak reductiveness.And the paleoclimate condition is dry-hot.The TOC content in fine-grained samples was averaging 1.52%.The main controlling mechanism of organic matter in this area was the input conditions according to the analysis on input and preservation of organic matter.LI Guanlin GUO Yinghai WANG Huaichang LI Mi HAN Jiang YANG Xiaokai 2023Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,4:0
