| 2 | 泌尿生殖系统小细胞癌:11年临床治疗经验显示文摘当前对于泌尿生殖系统的小细胞癌治疗及判断预后的影响因素尚存在较大争议。本研究回顾性分析了在2002年至2013年在复旦大学附属肿瘤医院诊治的18例泌尿生殖系统小细胞癌患者的临床资料,其中有10例来源于前列腺,7例来源于膀胱,1例来源于肾上腺。平均随访时间为15.5个月,平均无疾病进展时间为9.3个月。对其中的13例患者施行原发病灶切除术,在诊断为局限性泌尿生殖系统小细胞癌的患者中6例接受了根治性手术治疗,13例患者接受了以顺铂为基础的化疗。经统计学分析发现与乳酸脱氢酶较高的患者相比,乳酸脱氢酶处于正常范围的患者无疾病进展时间及总生存时间都明显延长(P=0.030,P=0.010),对于局限性小细胞癌患者,接受根治性手术治疗的患者与未接受根治手术的患者相比在无疾病进展时间上无统计学差异,但是在总生存时间上有明显差别。因此血液中乳酸脱氢酶高于正常值往往预示着患者的预后较差,对于诊断为局限性泌尿生殖系统小细胞肿瘤的患者,强烈推荐及早对患者施行根治性手术并联合以顺铂为基础的化疗。 | Kun Chang | 2014 | Asian Journal of Andrology2014,16,5: | 5 |
| 3 | Deformation of the Haiyuan-Liupanshan fault zone inferred from the denser GPS observations显示文摘The Haiyuan-Liupanshan fault,an active tectonic feature at the Tibetan Plateau's northeastern boundary,was ruptured by two MS earthquakes(1920 and 1927)bracketing an unbroken section(the Tianzhu seismic gap).A high seismic hazard is expected along the gap.To monitor deformation characteristics and do a seismic risk assessment,we made measurements at two newly built campaign-mode Global Positioning System(GPS) stations and 13 pre-existing stations in 2013 and 2014.Adding existing data from 1999 to 2014,we derived a new velocity field.Based on the horizontal velocity,we used three block models to invert the deformation of four crustal blocks.The results suggest non-uniform deformation in the interior of the Lanzhou block,the Ordos block and the Alaxan block,but uniform deformation in the Qilian block.Fault slip rates derived from block models show a decreasing trend from west to east,(2.0-3.2 mm/a on the Haiyuan fault to 0.9-1.5 mm/a on the Liupanshan fault).The Haiyuan fault evidences sinistral striking-slip movement,while the Liupanshan fault is primarily thrusting due to transformation of the displacement between the strike-slip and crustal shortening.The locking depth of each segment along the Haiyuan fault obtained by fitting the fault parallel velocities varies drastically from west to east(21.8-7.1 km).The moment accumulation rate,calculated using the slip rate and locking depth,is positively correlated with the locking depth.Given the paucity of large seismic events during the previous millennium,the Tuolaishan segment and the Maomaoshan segment have higher likelihood of nucleation for a future event. | Yanchuan Li Chunyan Qu Xinjian Shan Xiaogang Song Guohong Zhang Weijun Gan Shaoyan Wen Zhenjie Wang | 2015 | Earthquake Science2015,28,5: | 4 |
| 4 | Petroleum Origins and Accumulation Patterns in the Weixinan Sag in the Beibu Gulf Basin,Using Subsag B as an Example显示文摘Crude oil has been discovered in the Paleogene and Neogene units of the Weixinan Sag in the Beibu Gulf Basin.To determine the source and accumulation mode of this crude oil,12 crude oil samples and 27 source rock samples were collected and an extensive organic geochemical analysis was conducted on them.Based on the geological conditions and the analytical results,the types,origins and accumulation patterns of crude oil in the study area were elucidated.Except for a shallowly-buried and biodegraded crude oil deposit in Neogene rocks,the crude oil samples in the study area were normal.All of the crude oils were derived from lacustrine source rocks.According to biomarker compositions,the crude oils could be divided into two families,A and B,distinctions that were reinforced by differences in carbon isotope composition and spatial distribution.Oil-source correlation analysis based on biomarkers revealed that Family A oils were derived from the mature oil shale at the bottom of the second member of the Liushagang Formation,while the Family B oils formed in the mature shale of the Liushagang Formation.The Family A oils,generated by oil shale,mainly migrated laterally along sand bodies and were then redistributed in adjacent reservoirs above and below the oil shale layer,as well as in shallow layers at high structural positions,occupying a wide distribution range.The Family B oils were generated by other shale units before migrating vertically along faults to form reservoirs nearby,resulting in a narrow distribution range. | GAO Gang XU Xinde QU Tong GAN Jun DANG Wenlong ZHOU Xiaoxiao LIU Fengyan | 2020 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,5: | 3 |

| 12 | Probing the active sites of 2D nanosheets with Fe-N-C carbon shell encapsulated Fe_(x)C/Fe species for boosting sodium-ion storage performances显示文摘Developing stable but high active metal-nitrogen-carbon(M-N-C)-based hard carbon anode is a promising way to be the alternatives to graphene and blank hard carbon for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),requiring the precise tailoring of the electronic structure for optimizing the Na+intercalation behavior,yet is greatly challenging.Herein,Fe-N-C graphitic layer-encapsulating Fe3C species within hard carbon nanosheets(Fe-N-C/Fe3C@HCNs)are rationally engineered by pyrolysis of self-assembled polymer.Impressively,the Fe-N-C/Fe3C@HCNs exhibit outstanding rate capacity(242 mAh·g^(−1)at 2,000 mA·g^(−1)),which is 2.1 and 4.2 times higher than that of Fe-N-C and N-doped carbon(N-C),respectively,and prolonged cycling stability(176 mAh·g^(−1)at 2,000 mA·g^(−1)after 2,000 cycles).Theoretical calculations unveil that the Fe3C species enhance the electronic transfer from Na to Fe-N-C,resulting in the charge redistribution between the interfaces of Fe3C and Fe-N-C.Thus,the optimized adsorption behavior towards Na+reduces the thermodynamic energy barriers.The synergistic effect of Fe3C and Fe-N-C species maintains the structural integrity of electrode materials during the sodiation/desodiation process.The in-depth insight into the advanced Na+storage mechanisms of Fe3C@Fe-N-C offers precise guidance for the rational establishment of confinement heterostructures in SIBs. | Huicong Xia Pengfei Yuan Lingxing Zan Gan Qu Yunchuan Tu Kaixin Zhu Yifan Wei Zeyu WeiFangying Zheng Mo Zhang Yongfeng Hu Dehui Deng Jianan Zhang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,8: | 1 |
