| 1 | Electrochemical synthesis of ammonia using a cell with a Nafion membrane and SmFe_(0.7)Cu_(0.3-x)Ni_xO_3(x=0―0.3) cathode at atmospheric pressure and lower temperature显示文摘Samaria-doped ceria Ce0.8Sm0.2O2-δ(SDC) and SmFe0.7Cu0.3-xNixO3 have been synthesized by the sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The electrochemical synthesis of ammonia was investigated at atmospheric pressure and low temperature,using the SFCN materials as the cathode,a Nafion membrane as the electrolyte,nickel-doped SDC(Ni-SDC) as the anode and silver-platinum paste as the current collector.Ammonia was synthesized from 25 to 100℃ when the SFCN materials were used as cathode,with SmFe0.7Cu0.1Ni0.2O3 giving the highest rates of ammonia formation.The maximum rate of evolution of ammonia was 1.13 × 10-8 mol·cm-2·s-1 at 80℃,and the current efficiency reached as high as 90.4%. | XU GaoChao,LIU RuiQuan & WANG Jin College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Xinjiang University,Urumqi 830046,China | 2009 | Science China Chemistry2009,52,8: | 11 |
| 2 | 考虑喷口烧蚀影响的高压断路器电弧仿真(英文)显示文摘In order to investigate the influence of nozzle ablation to arc,a 2-D axisymmetric magneto-hydro-dynamics arc model is developed to simulate the arc behavior during the whole interruption process in a puffer-type high voltage circuit breaker,considering the nozzle ablating and the mixing process of Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) vapor with SF6.The results show that the arc radius firstly increases and then decreases as arc current varies according to its sinusoida waveform.At 3.5 ms after arc initiation the nozzle ablation starts,and 2.5 ms later the current nearly reaches its peak value and nozzle ablation develops intensely.Meanwhile the nozzle is blocked by arc at this time and consequently the vapor concentration in nozzle reaches the highest.Then while the current decreasing and open distance increaseing the vapor concentration gradually decreases.Before current zero the extinction peak of arc voltage occurs.It indicates that the PTFE vapor enhances pressure rise in arc quenching chamber and strengthens the arc blocking effect on nozzle;the arc radius is wider and arc temperature is lower when nozzle ablation is considered. | JIANG Xu ZHONG Jianying ZHANG Youpeng ZHANG Gaochao LI Xingwen JIA Shenli | 2013 | 高电压技术2013,39,4: | 11 |

| 4 | Mammalian ALKBH1 serves as an N^6-mA demethylase of unpairing DNA显示文摘N^6-methyladenine(N^6-mA)of DNA is an emerging epigenetic mark in mammalian genome.Levels of N^6-mA undergo drastic fluctuation during early embryogenesis,indicative of active regulation.Here we show that the 2-oxoglutarate-dependent oxygenase ALKBH1 functions as a nuclear eraser of N^6-mA in unpairing regions(e.g.,SIDD,Stress-Induced DNA Double Helix Destabilization regions)of mammalian genomes.Enzymatic profiling studies revealed that ALKBH1 prefers bubbled or bulged DNAs as substrate,instead of single-stranded(ss-)or double-stranded(ds-)DNAs.Structural studies of ALKBH1 revealed an unexpected“stretch-out”conformation of its“Flip1”motif,a conserved element that usually bends over catalytic center to facilitate substrate base flipping in other DNA demethylases.Thus,lack of a bending“Flip1”explains the observed preference of ALKBH1 for unpairing substrates,in which the flipped N^6-mA is primed for catalysis.Co-crystal structural studies of ALKBH1 bound to a 21-mer bulged DNA explained the need of both flanking duplexes and a flipped base for recognition and catalysis.Key elements(e.g.,an ALKBH1-specificα1 helix)as well as residues contributing to structural integrity and catalytic activity were validated by structurebased mutagenesis studies.Furthermore,ssDNA-seq and DIP-seq analyses revealed significant co-occurrence of base unpairing regions with N^6-mA in mouse genome.Collectively,our biochemical,structural and genomic studies suggest that ALKBH1 is an important DNA demethylase that regulates genome N^6-mA turnover of unpairing regions associated with dynamic chromosome regulation. | Min Zhang Shumin Yang Raman Nelakanti Wentao Zhao Gaochao Liu Zheng Li Xiaohui Liu Tao Wu Andrew Xiao Haitao Li | 2020 | Cell Research2020,30,3: | 6 |

| 6 | CAUSES AND COUNTERMEASURES FOR CHAOHU LAKESHORE COLLAPSE显示文摘By interpreting the remote sensing data of aerial photos and satellite images in different time, combining with field investigation, landform and water level observation, collecting data of weather, hydrology in Chaohu Lake, Anhui Province from 1957 to 2003, the reasons for collapse of Chaohu lakeshore were analyzed. The results are as follows: 1) The collapse of the Chaohu lakeshore is controlled macroscopically by two sets of north-east and the north-west faults, and the degree of collapse is determined microcosmically by lithology. 2) The constant change of water level, resulting from precipitation, wind speed and its direction, is one of the main reasons for intermittence collapse. 3) The soil and water loss or mud and sand filling up, resulting from artificial factors, such as inconsequence control of Chaohu sluice or irrational agricultural and industrial activities, etc., can uplift the lake′s bed and drive water level up. The high water level also results in the collapse. Judging from the above mentioned reasons for the collapse, we have proposed some countermeasures: 1) Putting the lakeshore slope protection project such as stone and cement mortar into practice, and upstream slope should be 1∶2.5 or 1∶3, some parts of them should be 1∶4, if they were not stable. The back slope, which is from Gui Mountain to Zhongmiao Temple, should be 1∶1.5-1∶3. 2) Constructing a greenbelt for the lakeshore, planting some vegetation such as osier, bulrush and poplar, to resist waves between the high and the low water level. 3) Controlling Chaohu Lake water level scientifically. | 12 | A Novel Routing Method for Social Delay-Tolerant Networks显示文摘The lack of continuous connectivity and a complete path from source to destination makes node communication quite difficult in Delay-Tolerant Networks(DTNs). Most studies focus on routing problems in idealized network environments without considering social properties. Communication devices are carried by individuals in many DTNs; therefore, DTNs are unique social networks to some extent. To design efficient routing protocols for DTNs, it is important to analyze their social properties. In this paper, a more accurate and comprehensive metric for detecting the quality of the relationships between nodes is proposed, by considering the contact time, contact frequency, and contact regularity. An overlapping hierarchical community detection method is designed based on this new metric, and a tree structure is built. | 13 | Aliphatic Hyperbranched Poly(amido amine)s (PAMAMs): Preparation and Modification显示文摘A series of water soluble aliphatic hyperbranched poly(amido amine)s(PAMAMs) with the same or similar chemical structure of poly(amido amine) dendrimer was successfully synthesized from commercially available AB and C_n types of monomers by one-pot polymerization via the couple-monomer methodology(CMM). The AB type monomer used in this paper was methyl acrylate, and C_n monomers were multi-amino compounds such as ethylenediamine(EDA), diethylenetriamine(DETA), triethylenetetraamine(TETA), tetraethylenepentaamine(TEPA) and pentaethylenehexamine(PEHA). The reaction mechanism was investigated by means of the mass spectra of the reaction intermediates. Adjusting the feed ratio of AB to C_n, hyperbranched polymers with different terminal groups and properties were obtained. FTIR, NMR, DSC, and TGA were used to characterize the polymers. It was found that the polymers′ properties such as solubility, thermal behaviour and encapsulation capability varied with changing the feed ratio of AB to C_n. Benzoyl and palmitoyl groups were introduced into these macromolecules by acidylation to form amphiphilic hyperbranched polymers which have a high capability to encapsulate water soluble dyes such as Congo red.
