1A Combination of N2 and CO2 Adsorption to Characterize Nanopore Structure of Organic-Rich Lower Silurian Shale in the Upper Yangtze Platform, South China: Implications for Shale Gas Sorption Capacity显示文摘The pores in shales are mainly of nanometer-scale,and their pore size distribution is very important for the preservation and exploitation of shale gas.This study focused on the organic-rich Lower Silurian black shale from four wells in the Upper Yangtze Platform,and their TOC,mineralogical composition and pore characterization were investigated.Low pressure N_2 and CO_2 adsorption were conducted at 77.35 K and 273.15 K,respectively,and the pore structures were characterized by modified Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),Dubinin-Radushkevich(DR),t-plot,BarrettJoyner-Halenda(BJH) and density functional theory(DFT) methods and then the relationship between pore structure and shale gas sorption capacity was discussed.The results indicate that(1) The Lower Silurian shale has high TOC content of 0.92%-4.96%,high quartz content of 30.6%-69.5%,and high clays content of 24.1%-51.2%.The total specific surface area varies from 7.56 m^2/g to 25.86 m^2/g.Both the total specific surface area and quartz content are positively associated with the TOC content.(2)Shale samples with higher TOC content have more micropores,which results in more complex nanopore structure.Micropore volumes/surface areas and non-micropore surface areas all increase with the increasing TOC content.(3) A combination of N_2 and CO_2 adsorption provides the most suitable detection range(~0.3-60 nm) and has high reliability and accuracy for nanopore structure characterization.(4) The TOC content is the key factor to control the gas sorption capacity of the Lower Silurian shale in the Upper Yangtze Platform.CHEN Lei JIANG Zhenxue LIU Keyu GAO Fenglin WANG Pengfei 2017Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,4:21
2Anatomical variation of infra-pyloric artery origination: A prospective multicenter observational study (IPA-Origin)显示文摘Objective: Infra-pyloric artery(IPA) is an important anatomical landmark in treatment of gastric cancer and is the key vessel for pylorus-preserving gastrectomy and subgroup of infra-pyloric lymph nodes. However, its anatomical variation is not thoroughly understood. Our study aimed to clarify the origination of the IPA.Methods: We did this prospective, multicenter, open-label, observational study at gastric surgery departments of34 hospitals in China. Gastric cancer patients aged 18 years or older and scheduled to undergo elective total or distal gastrectomy were assigned. During the surgery, IPA dissecting and exposing the origination point with photographs or video clips were required. The primary outcome was the origination of the IPA. Analysis of variance, χ~2 tests and Fisher's tests were used to analyze the differences between groups. The study is registered at Clinicaltrials.gov(No. NCT03071237).Results: Between May 8 and July 31, 2017, 429 patients were assigned for the study, and 419(97.7%) patients had the IPA dissected and recorded through photograph or video and were included in the primary outcome analysis. The median age was 62 years old, and 73.7% were male. Among the patients, 78.5% received laparoscopic surgery. Single IPA origination was identified in 398(95.0%) patients, including gastroduodenal artery(GDA) in154(36.8%) patients, anterior superior pancreaticoduodenal artery(ASPDA) in 130(31.0%) patients, and right gastroepiploic artery(RGEA) in 114(27.2%) patients. Fifteen(3.6%) patients were identified with multiple IPA and 6(1.4%) patients were identified as IPA absence. The differences in the distribution of surgical approach(P=0.003) and geographic area(P=0.030) were statistically significant. 9Micron-to nano-pore characteristics in the shale of Longmaxi Formation,southeast Sichuan Basin显示文摘For shale of Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in Chongqing,southeast Sichuan Basin,characteristics of micro-nano pores in marine shale reservoirs were well studies by means of Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscope and Low-temperature Low-pressure Adsorption Experiment of CO_(2)and N_(2).Results showed that six types of pore were developed in the shale of Longmaxi Formation,i.e.,organic pores,intergranular pores,intragranular pores,intercrystalline pores,dissolution pores and microfractures,among which the organic pores and intragranular pores in interlayers of clay minerals were most developed,and a plenty of dissolution pores were also well developed because of high thermal evolution degree.BET specific surface area of the shale in Longmaxi Formation ranged from 3.5 to 18.1 m^(2)/g,BJH total pore volume was from 0.00234 to 0.01338 cm^(3)/g,DA specific surface area of micropores vaired from 1.3 to 7.3 m^(2)/g,and DA pore volume ranged from 0.00052 to 0.00273 cm^(3)/g.The specific surface area of micropores in the shale accounted for 23.1%-80.2%of total specific surface area with an average of 50.3%,and the pore volume of micropores accounted for 12.1%-48.5%of total pore volume with an average of 32.3%.Micropore was the main storage space in shale reservoir for methane adsorption,that because capacities of specific surface area provided by micropores were considerably greater than those provided by mesopores and macropores.Pore size distribution of the shale was complex,and multiple different peaks occurred in the pore size curves,showing two or three peaks in the range from 0 to 100 nm and four peaks occasionally.TOC had a good linear relationship with pore structure parameters of micropores,mesopores t macropores and total pores in the shale,indicating that TOC was the most important control factor for micron-to nano-pore structure in the shale.After normalization of pore structure parameters to TOC,the pore structure parameters of total pores and mesopores t macropores,had positive linear relationships with content of clay minerals but negative linear relationships with content of brittle minerals,indicating that clay minerals and brittle minerals mainly controlled development of mesopores and macropores in the shale.Wenming Ji Yan Song Zhenxue Jiang Mianmo Meng Qingxin Liu Fenglin Gao 2017Petroleum Research2017,2,2:1
10Tauroursodeoxycholic acid(TUDCA)improves intestinal barrier function associated with TGR5-MLCK pathway and the alteration of serum metabolites and gut bacteria in weaned piglets显示文摘Background:Tauroursodeoxycholic acid(TUDCA),a hydrophilic bile acid,is the main medicinal component of bear bile and is commonly used to treat a variety of hepatobiliary diseases.Meanwhile,TUDCA has been shown to modulate the intestinal barrier function and alleviate DSS-induced colitis in mice.However,the effect of TUDCA on the intestinal barrier of weaned piglets remains largely unclear.Methods:The weaned piglets and porcine IPEC-J2 intestinal epithelial cells were used to investigate the effects of TUDCA on intestinal barrier function in weaned piglets and explore the possible underlying mechanisms.In vivo,72 healthy weaned piglets were randomly allocated into 2 groups according to their gender and body weight,and piglets were fed the basal diet with 0(control,CON)and 200 mg/kg TUDCA for 30 d,respectively.Three female and three male piglets reflecting the average bodyweight were slaughtered in each group and samples were collected.In vitro,IPEC-J2 cells were subjected to 100μmol/L TUDCA to explore the possible underlying mechanisms.Results:Our results demonstrated that dietary TUDCA supplementation significantly reduced the diarrhea incidence of weaned piglets,possibly attributing to the TUDCA-enhanced intestinal barrier function and immunity.In addition,TUDCA supplementation altered serum metabolites and the relative abundance of certain gut bacteria,which might contribute to the improved intestinal barrier function.Furthermore,the in-vitro results showed that TUDCA improved the E.coli-induced epithelial barrier impairment of IPEC-J2 cells and increased Takeda G-coupled protein receptor 5(TGR5)protein expression.However,knockdown of TGR5 and inhibition of myosin light chain kinase(MLCK)pathway abolished the TUDCA-improved epithelial barrier impairment in E.coli-treated IPEC-J2 cells,indicating the involvement of TGR5-MLCK in this process.Conclusions:These findings showed that TUDCA improved intestinal barrier function associated with TGR5-MLCK pathway and the alteration of serum metabolites and gut bacteria in weaned piglets,suggesting the potential application of TUDCA in improving gut health in piglet production.Min Song Fenglin Zhang Yiming Fu Xin Yi Shengchun Feng Zhichang Liu Dun Deng Qiang Yang Miao Yu Canjun Zhu Xiaotong Zhu Lina Wang Ping Gao Gang Shu Xianyong Ma Qingyan Jiang Songbo Wang 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,6:1

18Drilling-based measuring method for the c-φ parameter of rock and its field application显示文摘The technology of drilling tests makes it possible to obtain the strength parameter of rock accurately in situ. In this paper, a new rock cutting analysis model that considers the influence of the rock crushing zone(RCZ) is built. The formula for an ultimate cutting force is established based on the limit equilibrium principle. The relationship between digital drilling parameters(DDP) and the c-φ parameter(DDP-cφ formula, where c refers to the cohesion and φ refers to the internal friction angle) is derived, and the response of drilling parameters and cutting ratio to the strength parameters is analyzed. The drillingbased measuring method for the c-φ parameter of rock is constructed. The laboratory verification test is then completed, and the difference in results between the drilling test and the compression test is less than 6%. On this basis, in-situ rock drilling tests in a traffic tunnel and a coal mine roadway are carried out, and the strength parameters of the surrounding rock are effectively tested. The average difference ratio of the results is less than 11%, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method for obtaining the strength parameters based on digital drilling.
