| 1 | Late Cretaceous-Cenozoic exhumation history of Tiantangzhai region of Dabieshan Orogen: Constraints from (U-Th)/He and fission track analysis显示文摘Integrated fission track and (U-Th)/He analysis is carried out on 6 apatite and 6 zircon samples from a near vertical section in The Tiantangzhai region at the core of the present Dabieshan orogen. The result shows that the region experienced cooling/exhumation during the Late Cretaceous and Early Tertiary period. Age-elevation relationships for different dating systems and different minerals suggest a pulse of rapid exhumation at ~110 Ma before present, preserved in the structurally highest samples. At lower elevations, ages begin to decrease with decreasing elevation, suggesting lower exhumation rates since 90 Ma. Two periods of different exhumation rates are identified since 90 Ma. | 2 | Stress field modeling of northwestern South China Sea since 5.3 Ma and its tectonic significance显示文摘Tectonically,the northwestern South China Sea(SCS)is located at the junction between three micro-plates,i.e.,the Indochina,South China and Zhongsha-Xisha micro-plates,and involves three basins,i.e.,the Yinggehai Basin,the Qiongdongnan Basin and Xisha Trough in the east,and the Zhongjiannan Basin in the south.Since the Pliocene(5.3 Ma),the Yinggehai Basin has experienced repeated accelerating subsidence,high thermal fluid,and widely developing mud-rich overpressure chambers,abundant mud diapers and crust-mantle mixed CO2.While a large central canyon was developed in the Qiongdongnan Basin,new rift occurred in the Xisha Trough.These characteristics demonstrate a single tectonic unit for the northwestern SCS,for which we have undertaken stress field modeling to understand its plate deformations and sedimentary responses.Our results demonstrate that an extension tectonic event occurred after 5.3 Ma in the Yinggehai-Qiongdongnan-Xisha trough area,which is characterized by thinner crust(<16 000 m),half-graben or graben structural style and thicker sedimentary sequences(>3 500 m).A new rift system subsequently was developed in this area;this event was mainly driven by the combined effects of different movement velocity and direction of the three micro-plates,and the far-field effect of the continental collision between the Indian Plate and the Tibetan Plateau,and subduction of the Pacific Plate underneath the Eurasian Plate. | YANG Fengli ZHOU Zuyi ZHANG Na LIU Ning NI Bin | 2013 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2013,32,12: | 5 |
| 3 | Scalar-matrix-structured ghost imaging显示文摘The features of the characteristic matrix used in linear intensity correlation reconstruction methods are directly related to the quality of ghost imaging. In order to suppress the noise caused by the off-diagonal elements in the characteristic matrix, we propose a reconstruction method for ghost imaging called scalar-matrix-structured ghost imaging(SMGI). The characteristic matrix is made to approximate a scalar matrix by modifying the measurement matrix. | 6 | Artificial intelligence-assisted automatic and index-based microbial single-cell sorting system for One-Cell-One-Tube显示文摘Identification,sorting,and sequencing of individual cells directly from in situ samples have great potential for in-depth analysis of the structure and function of microbiomes.In this work,based on an artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted object detection model for cell phenotype screening and a cross-interface contact method for single-cell exporting,we developed an automatic and index-based system called EasySort AUTO,where individual microbial cells are sorted and then packaged in a microdroplet and automatically exported in a precisely indexed,“One-Cell-One-Tube”manner.The target cell is automatically identified based on an AI-assisted object detection model and then mobilized via an optical tweezer for sorting.Then,a crossinterface contact microfluidic printing method that we developed enables the automated transfer of cells from the chip to the tube,which leads to coupling with subsequent single-cell culture or sequencing.The efficiency of the system for single-cell printing is>93%.The throughput of the system for single-cell printing is~120 cells/h.Moreover,>80%of single cells of both yeast and Escherichia coli are culturable,suggesting the superior preservation of cell viability during sorting.Finally,AI-assisted object detection supports automated sorting of target cells with high accuracy from mixed yeast samples,which was validated by downstream single-cell proliferation assays.The automation,index maintenance,and vitality preservation of EasySort AUTO suggest its excellent application potential for single-cell sorting. | Zhidian Diao Lingyan Kan Yilong Zhao Jingyun Song Chen Wang Yang Liu Fengli Zhang Teng Xu Rongze Chen Xixian Wang Xiaoyan Jing Jian Xu Yuandong Li Bo Ma | 2022 | mLife2022,1,4: | 2 |

| 8 | Effect of Anterior Stomach Disease on Rumen Function of Beef Cattle显示文摘[Objective] To explore the effect of anterior stomach disease on the rumen function of beef cattle. [Method]The ruminal contraction function of beef cattle was recorded by multi-channel physiological recorder,the frequency of rumination and belching was observed to detect their effects on the motor function of rumen. Changes of ciliates in the rumen and the intensity of fermentation were determined to detect their influences on digestive function. [Results] The ruminal tension and systolic frequency significantly decreased and the rumination frequency decreased or even stopped under the condition of impactio ruminis,and the belching frequency also decreased. Ciliate numbers of atonia proventriculorum,rumen impaction and rumen expansion cattle were significantly lower than that of normal cattle( P < 0. 01),and the viability of ciliates also significantly decreased.
