1Effect of vegetation of transgenic Bt rice lines and their straw amendment on soil enzymes, respiration, functional diversity and community structure of soil microorganisms under field conditions显示文摘With the development of transgenic crops, there is an increasing concern about the possible adverse effects of their vegetation and residues on soil environmental quality. This study was carried out to evaluate the possible effects of the vegetation of transgenic Bt rice lines Huachi B6 (HC) and TT51 (TT) followed by the return of their straw to the soil on soil enzymes (catalase, urease, neutral phosphatase and invertase), anaerobic respiration activity, microbial utilization of carbon substrates and community structure, under field conditions. The results indicated that the vegetation of the two transgenic rice lines (HC and TT) and return of their straw had few adverse effects on soil enzymes and anaerobic respiration activity compared to their parent and distant parent, although some transient differences were observed. The vegetation and subsequent straw amendment of Bt rice HC and TT did not appear to have a harmful effect on the richness, evenness and community structure of soil microorganisms. No different pattern of impact due to plant species was found between HC and TT. 2Science and Prediction of Heavy Rainfall over China:Research Progress since the Reform and Opening-Up of New China显示文摘This paper reviews the major progress on development of the science and prediction of heavy rainfall over China since the beginning of the reform and opening-up of new China(roughly between 1980 and 2019).The progress of research on the physical mechanisms of heavy rainfall over China is summarized from three perspectives:1)the relevant synoptic weather systems,2)heavy rainfall in major sub-regions of China,and 3)heavy rainfall induced by typhoons.The development and application of forecasting techniques for heavy rainfall are summarized in terms of numerical weather prediction techniques and objective forecasting methods.Greatly aided by the rapid progress in meteorological observing technology and substantial improvement in electronic computing,studies of heavy rainfall in China have advanced to investigating the evolution of heavy-rain-producing storms and observational analysis of the cloud microphysical features.A deeper and more systematic understanding of the synoptic systems of importance to the production of heavy rainfall has also been developed.Operational forecast of heavy rainfall in China has changed from subjective weather event forecasts to a combination of both subjective and objective quantitative precipitation forecasts,and is now advancing toward probabilistic quantitative precipitation forecasts with the provision of forecast uncertainty information.Yali LUO Jisong SUN Ying LI Rudi XIA Yu DU Shuai YANG Yuanchun ZHANG Jing CHEN Kan DAI Xueshun SHEN Haoming CHEN Feifan ZHOU Yimin LIU Shenming FU Mengwen WU Tiangui XIAO Yangruixue CHEN Huiqi LI Mingxin LI 2020Journal of Meteorological Research2020,34,3:10
3Combined remediation of DDT congeners and cadmium in soil by Sphingobacterium sp.D-6 and Sedum alfredii Hance显示文摘Combined pollution of 1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-bis (4-chlorophenyl) ethane (DDT) and cadmium (Cd) in agricultural soils is of great concern because they present serious risk to food security and human health.In order to develop a cost-effective and safe method for the removal of DDTs and Cd in soil,combined remediation of DDTs and Cd in soil by Sphingobacterium sp.D-6 and the hyperaccumulator,Sedum alfredii Hance was investigated.After treatment for 210 days,the degradation half-lives of DDTs in soils treated by strain D-6 decreased by 8.1% to 68.0% compared with those in the controls.The inoculation of strain D-6 into soil decreased the uptake of DDTs by pak choi and S.alfredii.The shoots/roots ratios of S.alfredii for the Cd accumulation ranged from 12.32 to 21.75.The Cd concentration in soil decreased to 65.8%-71.8% for S.alfredii treatment and 14.1%-58.2% for S.alfredii and strain D-6 combined treatment,respectively,compared with that in the control.The population size of the DDTs-degrading strain,Simpson index (1/D) and soil respiratory rate decreased in the early stage of treatment and then gradually increased,ultimately recovering to or exceeding the initial level.The results indicated that synchronous incorporation of strain D-6 and S.alfredii into soil was found to significantly (p 0.05) enhance the degradation of DDTs in soil and the hyperaccumulation of Cd in S.alfredii.It was concluded that strain D-6 and S.alfredii could be used successfully to control DDTs and Cd in contaminated soil.Hua Fang Wei Zhou Zhengya Cao Feifan Tang Dandan Wang Kailin Liu Xiangwei Wu Xiao'e Yang Yongge Sun Yunlong Yu 2012Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,6:5
4Flexible photodetector based on large-area few-layer MoS_2显示文摘Developing flexible photodetectors is crucial for both military and civil fields. Large-area MoS_2 films from several to dozens of layers are controllably synthesized via a facile atmospheric-pressure sulfurization route of predeposited Mo films and transferred onto other substrates(e.g. SiO_2/Si wafers, quartz slides, polymers). The flexible photodetectors were fabricated by transferring as-synthesized MoS_2 films onto interdigital electrodes patterned on polyethylene terephthalate(PET) substrates. No additional complex lithography positioning techniques were needed during the device fabrication process due to the large area of as-grown atomic thin MoS_2 films. As-obtained flexible photodetectors showed responsibilities of ~ 20 mA/W and response time of several seconds. 5Determination of 20(S)-protopanaxadiol in human plasma by HPLC–MS/MS:application to a pharmacokinetic study显示文摘A rapid,specific and sensitive HPLC-MS/MS method was developed and validated for the determination of 20(S)-protopanaxadiol(PPD)in human plasma.PPD and the internal standard PD were extracted from plasma by liquid-liquid extraction with cyclohexane-methylene dichloride(2:1,v/v).The separation was performed on a HyPURIYTY C18 column using methanol-5 mM ammonium formate(90:10,v/v)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.35 mL/min.Mass spectrometric detection was carried out by electrospray ionization(ESI)in the positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).The monitored transitions were m/z 425.4-217.2 for PPD and at m/z 461.4-425.5 for PD.The method was linear over the range 0.512-100 ng/mL with a lower limit of quantification(LLOQ)of 0.512 ng/mL.The mean extraction recovery of PPD was greater than 78.2%and no significant matrix effect was detected.The intra-and inter-day precisions were less than 10%and the biases below 4%for PPD.The validated method was applied to a three-level single-dose clinical pharmacokinetics study of 12 healthy Chinese volunteers and the main pharmacokinetic parameters of PPD were obtained.Feifan Xie Sanwang Li Zeneng Cheng Xingling Liu Hong Zhang Peijiong Li Zhi Liu Xin Guo Peng Yu 2013Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2013,3,6:3
6Salt-washing Improvement of the Electrochemical Properties of Zeolite-sulfur Cathode for Lithium-sulfur Batteries显示文摘We displayed that the low-cost natural zeolite with molecular sieve structure can be used as the carrier of sulfur in lithium-sulfur batteries.Meanwhile,a simple salt-washing method was implemented on zeolite for dredging the internal microchannel to improve the ability of adsorption,ion exchange and sulfur loading.The experimental results show that the first specific discharge capacities of zeolite/S and salt-washed zeolite/S cathode under 0.2 C current density are 950.7 and1116.8 mAh/g,respectively,and corresponding discharge capacities remain at 350.6 and 604.2 mAh/g after 300 cycles.The first specific discharge capacity of salt-washed zeolite/S composite is 17.5%higher than that sample without salt-washing,and the corresponding ionic conductivity is improved.何妍佳 杜子博 SU Yong YU Junxi CHEN Feifan 谢淑红 潘俊安 2020Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,4:2
7Triangulation of red sprites observed above a mesoscale convective system in North China显示文摘The triangulation of red sprites was obtained, based on concurrent observations over a mesoscale convective system(MCS) in North China from two stations separated by about 450 km. In addition, broadband sferics from the sprite-producing lightning were measured at five ground stations, making it possible to locate and identify the individual causative lightning discharges for different elements in this dancing sprite event. The results of our analyses indicate that the sprites were produced above the trailing stratiform region of the MCS, and their parent strokes were located mainly in the peripheral area of the stratiform. The lateral offset between sprites and causative strokes ranges from a few km to more than 50 km. 8New techniques of on-line biological sample processing and their application in the field of biopharmaceutical analysis显示文摘Biological sample pretreatment is an important step in biological sample analysis. Due to the diversity of biological matrices, the analysis of target substances in these samples presents significant challenges to sample processing. To meet these emerging demands on biopharmaceutical analysis, this paper summarizes several new techniques of on-line biological sample processing: solid phase extraction, solid phase micro-extraction, column switching, limited intake filler, molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction,tubular column, and micro-dialysis. 11Antagonistic Effects of Sphingomonas and Pseudomonas aeruginosa on 4 Kinds of Pathogenic Bacteria of Ginseng显示文摘[Objectives]To explore effective biocontrol methods for diseases in the process of ginseng cultivation,and develop an efficient and environmentally friendly biocontrol agent.[Methods]In this study,2 strains were isolated from biogas slurry,and Cylindrocarpon destructans(XF),Fusarium solani(GF),Botrytis cinerea Pers(HM)and Alternaria panax Whetz(HB)were used as test materials.The strains were isolated and identified by dilution plate method,16S rDNA sequence identification method,confrontation culture method,filter paper method and ultraviolet spectrophotometer method,and the bacteriostatic activity and bacteriostatic rate were tested.[Results]Strain 15(Sphingomonas)and strain 19(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)were screened out through identification and analysis,and they grew stably within 8-10 d.The bacteriostatic rates of strain 15 against A.panax and B.cinerea were 47.37%and 43.40%,respectively,and the bacteriostatic rates of strain 19 against A.panax and B.cinerea were 62.30%and 63.27%,respectively.The bacteriostatic activity of the extract of strain 19 increased with the increase of OD_(600) value,and the bacteriostatic effect was optimal when the OD_(600) value was in the range of 0.8-1.0,up to 70%,so it had a strong biocontrol potential.[Conclusions]This experiment provides convenience for more effective inoculation,establishes a fast,simple and accurate method for the determination of the best bacteriostatic rate of P.aeruginosa culture solution to HM,and lays a foundation for large-scale culture of P.aeruginosa culture solution.Besides,it is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient control of ginseng B.cinerea in field production,use it for the prevention and control of ginseng shoot diseases,and provide a reference for the efficient and diverse development of biocontrol agents for ginseng shoot diseases.Hairu YU Feifan YAN Yunlong WANG Xinying TONG Di CHEN Qiang YE Renzhe PIAO Hongyan ZHAO 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,5:1
12Nanoscale all-optical logic devices显示文摘Commercial computers based on electronic logic devices have brought great changes to the world. However, traditional electronic devices are suffering from numerous technical challenges in their attempts to continue to satisfy Moore's law. Alloptical logic devices, as promising successors to their electronic counterparts, have become a major focus of optics research. In this paper, we provide a review of current all-optical logic devices. The logic gates in these devices, which are described in the first part of the review, are divided into five categories based on the different principles used in their realization. Complex optical devices with various functions and reconfigurable devices are summarized in the next section. In the final part of this paper, we discuss some of the previous works on all-optical integrated chips with specific functions. 13Intracellular pharmacokinetic study of zidovudine and its phosphorylated metabolites显示文摘Zidovudine(AZT), the first drug approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection, is metabolized in the host cells to 5′-AZT triphosphate(AZT-TP) which inhibits HIV reverse transcriptase. As the pharmacokinetics of AZT and its phosphorylated metabolites in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(h PBMCs) is limited, the aim of this study was to determine the pharmacokinetic parameters of AZT and its phosphorylated metabolites in h PBMCs from 12 healthy Chinese male subjects after a single oral dose of 600 mg of AZT. Blood samples were collected prior to drug administration, then at 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 h after drug administration. Mononuclear cells collected by Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient centrifugation were used for determination of AZT and metabolites [AZT monophosphate(AZT-MP), AZT diphosphate(AZT-DP) and AZT-TP] and the plasma was used to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of AZT. Plasma concentration of AZT peaked within 0.583 h and intracellular concentrations of AZT, AZT-MP, AZT-DP and AZT-TP peaked within 1.083, 1.500, 1.417 and 1.583 h, respectively. AZT in plasma was eliminated rapidly with t1/2of 2.022 h, and AZT-MP, AZT-DP and AZT-TP were eliminated with t1/2of 13.428,8.285 and 4.240 h, respectively. 14Classification and Spatial Pattern of Rural Multifunction from the Diversify of Construction Land Use:Taking Tongshan District of Jiangsu Province as a Case Study显示文摘The development of rural area in suburban(RAS)is comprehensively influenced by the mixed processes of non-farming,local urbanization and rural industrialization and has distinctive multifunctional features on the socioeconomic and resource utilization.Multifunctional reconstruction in the RAS is mainly manifested by changes in the quantity and structure of the construction land use(CLU).We took Tongshan District of Jiangsu Province as the study case.Following the logic of identifying,clustering,and diagnosing,we assessed the functional features of CLU and analyzed the differentiation of the scale and structure of CLU in RAS,with the aim of identifying the types and characteristics of multifunctional development in these regions.This study found that:1)typical RAS were experiencing multifunctional space reconstruction,and their multifunctional value was emerging and highlighted.The CLU was rapidly expanding,and the types of CLU were evolving from single to multiple uses;2)based on the dominant function of diverse rural CLU,we classified RAS into five types,dominated by the following functions,respectively:commercial services,industrial production,residential living,basic support and public service;3)according to the dominant function and spatial pattern,the development types of RAS were classified into agricultural service,comprehensive services,and integrated industries service,showing a circular spatial pattern from the suburbs to distant suburbs.The results can provide policy implication by creating new development impetus from rural multifunction perspective to promote the RAS revitalization.MA Xiaodong SUN Xinzhe ZHEN Yu JIAO Feifan LI Xin 2023Chinese Geographical Science2023,33,5:0
