| 1 | 新型强塑性变形—静液循环挤压压缩加工AZ91镁合金及其表征显示文摘通过静液循环挤压压缩(HCEC)强塑性变形法加工具有较大高径比的密排六方金属棒,并研究其性能。对AZ91镁合金进行两个连续循环加工,研究其显微组织演化、力学性能和腐蚀行为。结果表明,HCEC加工可成功制备超细晶镁合金长棒材,且可同时提高其强度和韧性。经二次循环加工后,样品的抗拉强度和伸长率分别为铸态样品的2.46倍和3.8倍,显微硬度分布更加均匀,其平均值增加了116%。对于加工后的样品,从极化曲线得到的电位较高,电流较低,从Nyquist曲线得到的电容弧直径更大。有限元分析表明,与传统的循环挤压压缩相比,HCEC载荷与长度无关。HCEC是一种特殊的强塑性变形方法,可以制备兼具良好力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的超细晶镁合金长棒材。 | Armin SIAHSARANI Ghader FARAJI | 2021 | Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,5: | 11 |
| 2 | Microstructure and mechanical properties of Al/Cu/Mg laminated composite sheets produced by the ARB proces显示文摘In the present study, an Al/Cu/Mg multi-layered composite was produced by accumulative roll bonding(ARB) through seven passes, and its microstructure and mechanical properties were evaluated. The microstructure investigations show that plastic instability occurred in both the copper and magnesium reinforcements in the primary sandwich. In addition, a composite with a perfectly uniform distribution of copper and magnesium reinforcing layers was produced during the last pass. By increasing the number of ARB cycles, the microhardness of the layers including aluminum, copper, and magnesium was significantly increased. The ultimate tensile strength of the sandwich was enhanced continually and reached a maximum value of 355.5 MPa. This strength value was about 3.2, 2, and 2.1 times higher than the initial strength values for the aluminum, copper, and magnesium sheets, respectively. | 3 | Extraction and determination of trace amounts of chlorpromazine in biological fluids using magnetic solid phase extraction followed by HPLC显示文摘A simple,rapid and sensitive method termed as magnetic solid phase extraction(MSPE)combined with high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector(HPLC-UV) has been proposed for the delcmiination of trace amounts of chlorproma/ine(CPZ) in water,urine and plasma samples.The separation and determination was performed on a CI8 column under the optimal chromatographic conditions.Several factors influencing the extraction efficiency of CPZ.such as pH.surfactant and adsorbent amounts,ionic strength,extraction time,sample volume and desorption conditions,were studied and optimized.Under the optimal MSPE conditions,the extraction percentage of CPZ was 74%.27%and 16%in water,urine and plasma samples,respectively.The limits of detection(LODs) of the proposed approach were 0.1.5.0 and 10ng/mL in water,urine and plasma samples,respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) based on five replicate determinations at K)ng/mL level of CPZ was 1.2%.Good linear behaviors over the investigated concentration ranges(0.25-300ng/mL) with good coefficient of determination,R^2>0.9998.were obtained.Good spike recoveries with relative errors less than 9.0%were obtained when applying the proposed method to water,urine and plasma samples. | Yadollah Yamini Mohammad Faraji | 2014 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2014,4,4: | 9 |

| 6 | Recrystallization and mechanical properties of WE43 magnesium alloy processed via cyclic expansion extrusion显示文摘In this study, cyclic expansion extrusion(CEE), as a relatively new severe plastic deformation(SPD) process, is applied to a rare earth(RE) containing Mg alloy WE43. The effects of the processing temperature and the number of passes are also investigated. The results showed that dynamic recrystallization(DRX) occurred after CEE processing at 400°C, and a bimodal structure with ultrafine DRXed grains surrounded the unrecrystallized grains. However, the DRX at 330°C was retarded because of the existence of RE elements. The tensile tests showed that a simultaneous increase in the strength and the ductility of WE43 is obtained after CEE processing at 400°C via two passes. Furthermore, the highest ultimate tensile strength of 440 MPa was achieved after the second pass of CEE at 330°C, and the highest ductility of 21% was attained after the second pass of CEE at 400°C. The microhardness measurements showed that the hardness increased from HV 80 to HV 114 and HV 98 after two passes of CEE processing at 330 and 400°C, respectively. In conclusion, increasing the processing passes could increase the mechanical properties and the volume fraction of the recrystallized grains. | 7 | Role of international criteria in the diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis显示文摘AIM: To study the clinical and laboratory characteristics of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), and compare them with International Autoimmune Hepatitis Group (IAHG) criteria. METHODS: Sixty consecutive patients with AIH attended the University Clinic at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Iran for a 12mo period and were assessed in a case series study. Serological and biochemical evaluations were carried out in all patients. Autoantibodies, such as antinuclear antibody (ANA), anti-smooth muscle antibody (ASMA), anti-liver-kidney microsomal antibody (ALKM-1) type 1, and perinuclear anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (P-ANCA) were evaluated in these patients. A liver biopsy was performed after diagnosis of the disease. Patients were evaluated in terms of their signs and symptoms, and laboratory results and the degree to which they corresponded with the diagnostic criteria of IAHG. In this study, both a comprehensive diagnostic scoring system and a simplified diagnostic scoring system were employed for AIH.RESULTS: Sixty patients, 2-0 male, 40 female, mean age 39.45 ± 17.50 years, participated in the study. Treatment began immediately after enrolment into the study. The percent distribution of the study population into definite and probable did not change after the treatment. The most common symptoms in descending order were fatigue (100%), icter (66.7%), abdominal discomfort (33.3%), abdominal distension (2-8.3%), dark urine (2-3.3%), edema (2-3.3%), hematemesis (2-0.0%), pruritus (2-0.0%), melena (11.7%) and pale stool (10.0%). At the physical examination, splenomegaly, ascites, hepatomegaly, epigastric tenderness and an abdominal mass were found in 50.0%, 16.7%, 13.3%, 5.0% and 3.3% of patients, respectively. Hypergammaglobulinemia was detected in 95.0% of cases. ALKM-1, P-ANCA, ANA and ASMA were positive in 71.4%, 66.7%, 42-.4% and 19.4% of cases, respectively. Portal hypertensive gastropathy (45.0%), esophageal varices (41.7%) and cirrhosis (40.0%) were the most prevalent complications of AIH, and there was no evidence of primary sclerosing cholangitis, ulcerative colitis and overlap syndrome in these patients. According to IAHG criteria, 80.0% of cases had a definite diagnosis, 15.0% had a probable diagnosis and 5.0% had no AIH. The percent distribution of the study population into definite, probable and no AIH did not change after using the simplified diagnostic scoring system for AIH. CONCLUSION: This research showed that the majority of cases in our study were appropriately diagnosed according to the IAHG criteria and simplified scoring system. | 9 | Processing of AM60 magnesium alloy by hydrostatic cyclic expansion extrusion at elevated temperature as a new severe plastic deformation method显示文摘Hydrostatic cyclic expansion extrusion(HCEE) process at elevated temperatures is proposed as a method for processing less deformable materials such as magnesium and for producing long ultrafine-grained rods. In the HCEE process at elevated temperatures, high-pressure molten linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE) was used as a fluid to eliminate frictional forces. To study the capability of the process,AM60 magnesium rods were processed and the properties were investigated. The mechanical properties were found to improve significantly after the HCEE process. The yield and ultimate strengths increased from initial values of 138 and 221 MPa to 212 and 317 MPa, respectively.Moreover, the elongation was enhanced due to the refined grains and the existence of high hydrostatic pressure. Furthermore, the microhardness was increased from HV 55.0 to HV 72.5. The microstructural analysis revealed that ultrafine-grained structure could be produced by the HCEE process. Moreover, the size of the particles decreased, and these particles thoroughly scattered between the grains. An analytical and engineering model for pyrolysis process of a single biomass particle has been presented. Using a two-stage semi global kinetic model which includes both primary and secondary reactions, the effects of parameters like shape and size of particle as well as porosity on the particle temperature profile and product yields have been investigated. Comparison of the obtained results with experimental data shows that our results are in a reasonable agreement with previous researchers' works. | 14 | Micro-organic dust combustion considering particles thermal resistance显示文摘Organic dust flames deal with a field of science in which many complicated phenomena like pyrolysis or devolatization of solid particles and combustion of volatile particles take place. One-dimensional flame propagation in cloud of fuel mixture is analyzed in which flame structure is divided into three zones. The first zone is preheat zone in which rate of the chemical reaction is small and transfer phenomena play significant role in temperature and mass distributions. In this model, it is assumed that particles pyrolyze first to yield a gaseous fuel mixture. The second zone is reaction zone where convection and vaporization rates of the particles are small. The third zone is convection zone where diffusive terms are negligible in comparison of other terms. Non-zero Biot number is used in order to study effect of particles thermal resistance on flame characteristics. Also, effect of particle size on combustion of micro organic dust is investigated.
