1Green and efficient dry gel conversion synthesis of SAPO-34 catalyst with plate-like morphology显示文摘SAPO-34 catalyst with plate-like morphology was designed and synthesized for the first time, by the dry gel conversion method using cheap triethylamine as a structure-directing agent assisted with seed suspension containing nanosheet-like SAPO-34 seed. The latter played an important role in formation of SAPO-34(CHA-type)with plate-like morphology. In addition, the yield of the product in the synthesis system containing seed suspension reached 97%, 15% higher than that obtained in the corresponding synthesis system without the seed suspension.Meanwhile, the plate-like SAPO-34 catalysts synthesized by this method exhibited higher selectivity to light olefins and longer lifetime in methanol-to-olefins(MTO) reaction than the traditional cubic SAPO-34 catalyst. 2Diversity of Sex Types and Seasonal Sexual Plasticity in a Cucumber Germplasm Collection显示文摘The sex type of a cucumber plant is determined by the proportion of male, female and hermaphrodite flowers that it bears and is an important factor that affects fruit yield. In this paper, the sex types and seasonal sexual stabilities of 322 accessions of cucumber germplasm were identified. This germplasm collection displayed a great variety of sex types. We used an updated 10-type sex classification system based on the flower types present and the proportion of nodes with pistillate flowers(PNPF). The PNPF ranges of all the accessions were 2.12%–100% in spring and 0–100% in autumn. A total of 81.37% of the accessions had PNPFs of 10%–50% in spring, but most(84.78%) accessions were reduced to 0–20% PNPF in autumn. The range of reduction of PNPF from spring to autumn was 0–67.91%. In other words, most of the germplasm was normal monoecious(31.68%) or subandroecious(62.73%) in spring, but 94.10% of the accessions were subandroecious in autumn. According to the statistical evaluation of the difference in PNPFs between the two seasons, each accession could be classified into one of three groups: seasonally stable, seasonally sensitive and highly seasonally sensitive, accounting for 10.56%, 20.50% and 68.94% of the accessions, respectively. With a few exceptions, the seasonal PNPF differences were positively correlated with the PNPFs in a given season for most accessions. 3Identification of novel molecular markers of mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus using gene expression profiling in two consecutive generations of Chinese Holstein dairy cattle显示文摘Background: Mastitis in dairy cows caused by Staphylococcus aureus is a major problem hindering economic growth in dairy farms worldwide. It is difficult to prevent or eliminate due to its asymptomatic nature and long persistence of infection. Although transcriptomic responses of bovine mammary gland cells to pathogens that cause mastitis have been studied, the common responses of peripheral blood leukocytes to S. aureus infection across two consecutive generations of dairy cattle have not been investigated.Methods: In the current study, RNA-Seq was used to profile the transcriptomes of peripheral blood leukocytes sampled from S. aureus-infected mothers and their S. aureus-infected daughters, and also healthy non-infected mothers and their healthy daughters. Differential gene expression was evaluated as follows: 1) S. aureus-infected cows versus healthy non-infected cows(S vs. H, which include all the mothers and daughters), 2) S. aureus-infected mothers versus healthy non-infected mothers(SM vs. HM), and 3) S. aureus-infected daughters versus healthy noninfected daughters(SMD vs. HMD).Results: Analysis of all identified expressed genes in the four groups(SM, SMD, HM, and HMD) showed that EPOR,IL9, IFNL3, CCL26, IL26 were exclusively expressed in both the HM and HMD groups, and that they were significantly(P < 0.05) enriched for the cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathway. A total of 17, 13 and 10 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)(FDR Padj. < 0.1 and |FC| > 1.2) were detected in the three comparisons, respectively. DEGs with P < 0.05 and |FC| > 2 were used for functional enrichment analyses. For the S vs. H comparison, DEGs detected included CCL20, IL13 and MMP3, which are associated with the IL-17 signaling pathway. In the SM vs. HM and SMD vs. HMD comparisons, five(BLA-DQB, C1 R, C2, FCGR1 A, and KRT10) and six(BLA-DQB, C3 AR1, CFI, FCAR, FCGR3 A, and LOC10498484) genes, respectively, were involved in the S. aureus infection pathway.Conclusions: Our study provides insights into the transcriptomic responses of bovine peripheral blood leukocytes across two generations of cattle naturally infected with S. aureus. 4A novel phenotype with splicing mutation identified in a Chinese family with desminopathy显示文摘Background:Desminopathy, a hereditary myofibrillar myopathy, mainly results from the desmin gene (DES) mutations.Desminopathy involves various phenotypes, mainly including different cardiomyopathies, skeletal myopathy, and arrhythmia.Combined with genotype, it helps us precisely diagnose and treat for desminopathy.Methods:Sanger sequencing was used to characterize DES variation, and then a minigene assay was used to verify the effect of splice-site mutation on pre-mRNA splicing.Phenotypes were analyzed based on clinical characteristics associated with desminopathy.Results:A splicing mutation (c.735+1G>T) in DES was detected in the proband.A minigene assay revealed skipping of the whole exon 3 and transcription of abnormal pre-mRNA lacking 32 codons.Another affected family member who carried the identical mutation, was identified with a novel phenotype of desminopathy, non-compaction of ventricular myocardium.There were 2 different phenotypes varied in cardiomyopathy and skeletal myopathy among the 2 patients, but no significant correlation between genotype and phenotype was identified.Conclusions:We reported a novel phenotype with a splicing mutation in DES, enlarging the spectrum of phenotype in desminopathy.Molecular studies of desminopathy should promote our understanding of its pathogenesis and provide a precise molecular diagnosis of this disorder, facilitating clinical prevention and treatment at an early stage.Peng Fan Chao-Xia Lu Xue-Qi Dong Di Zhu Kun-Qi Yang Ke-Qiang Liu Di Zhang Ying Zhang Xu Meng Hui-Qiong Tan Li-Tian YU Ke-Fei DOU Ya-Xin Liu Xue Zhang Xian-Liang Zhou 2019Chinese Medical Journal2019,,2:2

11Efficacy and safety of Guipi Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen:a meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Guipi Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods:English databases(PubMed,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,EMBASE)and Chinese databases(CNKI,Wanfang database,China Biomedical Literature Service System,VIP database)were searched by computer.Randomized controlled trials of Guipi Decoction on insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen were searched from the database construction to November 2021.After the first and second authors independently screened the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies,meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software.Results:A total of 9 RCTS were included after screening,including 914 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that:Total effective rate[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.16,1.30),P<0.00001],total PSQI score[MD=-3.05,95%CI(-3.96,-2.14),P=0.008],number of night awakening times[[MD=-1.18,95%CI(-1.42,-0.94),P<0.00001],adverse reaction rate[RR=0.32,95%CI(0.21,0.51),P<0.00001]were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The current evidence shows that,compared with pure using conventional western medicine,belongs to the spleen decoction combined western medicine therapy,cases both deficiency type of insomnia in the total effective rate,reducing the total PSQI score(improve sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime function,etc.),reducing frequency of nighttime awakening,security,have more advantages.However,due to the limitation of the quality and quantity of articles included in the study,more randomized,double-blind,large-sample clinical studies are needed to confirm the above conclusions.Huixin Chen Zhogqing Dou Sirui Liu Hongchen Dong Di Zhang Shenjun Wang 2022Asian Toxicology Tesearch2022,4,1:1

13Therapeutic targeting miR130b counteracts diffuse large B-cell lymphoma progression via OX40/OX40L-mediated interaction with Th17 cells显示文摘MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are involved in lymphoma progression by regulating the tumor microenvironment.Serum miR130b is overexpressed in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL),inducing Th17 cell alterations.To further illustrate its biological significance and therapeutic rationale,miR130b was detected by quantitative real-time PCR in the serum samples of 532 newly diagnosed DLBCL patients.The mechanism of miR130b on lymphoma progression and the tumor microenvironment was investigated both in vitro and in vivo.Therapeutic targeting miR130b was also evaluated,including OX40 agonistic antibody and lipid nanoparticles(LNPs)-miR130b antagomir.The results showed that serum miR130b significantly correlated with tumor miR130b and serum interleukin-17,indicating lymphoma relapse and inferior survival of DLBCL patients.MiR130b overexpression altered tumor microenvironment signaling pathways and increased Th17 cell activity.As mechanism of action,miR130b downregulated tumor OX40L expression by directly targeting IFNAR1/p-STAT1 axis,recruiting Th17 cells via OX40/OX40L interaction,thereby promoting immunosuppressive function of Th17 cells.In co-culture systems of B-lymphoma cells with immune cells,miR130b inhibited lymphoma cell autophagy,which could be counteracted by OX40 agonistic antibody and LNPs-miR130b antagomir.In murine xenograft model established with subcutaneous injection of A20 cells,both OX40 agonistic antibody and LNPs-miR130b antagomir remarkably inhibited Th17 cells and retarded miR130b-overexpressing tumor growth.In conclusion,as an oncogenic biomarker of DLBCL,miR130b was related to lymphoma progression through modulating OX40/OX40L-mediated lymphoma cell interaction with Th17 cells,attributing to B-cell lymphoma sensitivity towards OX40 agonistic antibody.Targeting miR130b using LNPs-miR130b antagomir could also be a potential immunotherapeutic strategy in treating OX40-altered lymphoid malignancies.Rui Sun Pei-Pei Zhang Xiang-Qin Weng Xiao-Dong Gao Chuan-Xin Huang Li Wang Xiao-Xia Hu Peng-Peng Xu Lin Cheng Lu Jiang Di Fu Bin Qu Yan Zhao Yan Feng Hong-Jing Dou Zhong Zheng Wei-Li Zhao 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4:1

15Novel self-assembled two-dimensional layered oxide structure incorporated with Au nanoinclusions towards multifunctionalities显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)layered oxides have recently attracted wide attention owing to the strong coupling among charges,spins,lattice,and strain,which allows great flexibility and opportunities in structure designs as well as multifunctionality exploration.In parallel,plasmonic hybrid nanostructures exhibit exotic localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)providing a broad range of applications in nanophotonic devices and sensors.A hybrid material platform combining the unique multifunctional 2D layered oxides and plasmonic nanostructures brings optical tuning into the new level.In this work,a novel self-assembled Bi2MoO6(BMO)2D layered oxide incorporated with plasmonic Au nanoinclusions has been demonstrated via one-step pulsed laser deposition(PLD)technique.Comprehensive microstructural characterizations,including scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM),differential phase contrast imaging(DPC),and STEM tomography,have demonstrated the high epitaxial quality and particle-in-matrix morphology of the BMO-Au nanocomposite film.DPC-STEM imaging clarifies the magnetic domain structures of BMO matrix.Three different BMO structures including layered supercell(LSC)and superlattices have been revealed which is attributed to the variable strain states throughout the BMO-Au film.Owing to the combination of plasmonic Au and layered structure of BMO,the nanocomposite film exhibits a typical LSPR in visible wavelength region and strong anisotropy in terms of its optical and ferromagnetic properties.This study opens a new avenue for developing novel 2D layered complex oxides incorporated with plasmonic metal or semiconductor phases showing great potential for applications in multifunctional nanoelectronics devices.Di Zhang Xingyao Gao Juanjuan Lu Ping Lu Julia Deitz Jianan Shen Hongyi Dou Zihao He Zhongxia Shang C.Austin Wade Xinghang Zhang Aiping Chen Haiyan Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:0

17RuO_(2)-PdO nanowire networks with rich interfaces and defects supported on carbon toward the efficient alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction显示文摘Interfacial engineering is a promising approach for enhancing electrochemical performance,but rich and efficient interfacial active sites remain a challenge in fabrication.Herein,RuO_(2)-PdO heterostructure nanowire networks(NWs) with rich interfaces and defects supported on carbon(RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C) for alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR) was formed by a seed induction-oriented attachment-thermal treatment method for the first time.As expected,the RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C(72.8% Ru atomic content in metal) exhibits an excellent activity in alkaline HOR with a mass specific exchange current density(jo,m) of 1061 A gRuPd-1,which is 3.1 times of commercial Pt/C and better than most of the reported nonPt noble metal HOR electrocatalysts.Even at the high potential(~0.5 V vs.RHE) or the presence of CO(5 vol%),the RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C still effectively catalyzes the alkaline HOR.Structure/electrochemical analysis and theoretical calculations reveal that the interfaces between RuO_(2) and PdO act as the active sites.The electronic interactions between the two species and the rich defects for the interfacial active sites weaken the adsorption of Had,also strengthen the adsorption of OHad,and accelerate the alkaline HOR process.Moreover,OHadon RuO_(2) can spillover to the interfaces,keeping the RuO_(2)-PdO NWs/C with the stable current density at higher potential and high resistance to CO poisoning.Yuanyuan Cong Fanchao Meng Haibin Wang Di Dou Qiuping Zhao Chunlei Li Ningshuang Zhang Junying Tian 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,8:0

19Design and Manufacture of Bionic Porous Titanium Alloy Spinal Implant Based on Selective Laser Melting(SLM)显示文摘In order to meet the clinical requirements of spine surgery,this paper proposed the exploratory research of computer-aided design and selective laser melting(SLM)fabrication of a bionic porous titanium spine implant.The structural design of the spinal implant is based on CT scanning data to ensure correct matching,and the mechanical properties of the implant are verified by simulation analysis and laser selective melting experiment.The surface roughness of the spinal implant manufactured by SLM without post-processing is Ra 15μm,and the implant is precisely jointed with the photosensitive resin model of the upper and lower spine.The surface micro-hardness of the implant is HV 373,tensile strengthσ_(b)=1238.7 MPa,yield strengthσ_(0.2)=1043.9 MPa,the elongation is 6.43%,and the compressive strength of porous structure under 84.60%porosity is 184.09 MPa,which can meet the requirements of the reconstruction of stable spines.Compared with the traditional implant and intervertebral fusion cage,the bionic porous spinal implant has the advantages of accurate fit,porous bionic structure and recovery of patients,and the ion release experiment proved that implants manufactured by SLM are more suitable for clinical application after certain treatments.The elastic modulus of the sample is improved after heat treatment,mainly because the microstructure of the sample changes fromα’phase toα+βdual-phase after heat treatment.In addition,the design of high-quality bionic porous spinal implants still needs to be optimized for the actual needs of doctors.Xiaojun Chen Di Wang Wenhao Dou Yimeng Wang Yongqiang Yang Jianhua Wang Jie Chen 2020Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,9:0
20A Hybrid Method for False Data Injection Attack Detection in Smart Grid Based on Variational Mode Decomposition and OS-ELM显示文摘Accurate state estimation is critical to wide-area situational awareness of smart grid.However,recent research found that power system state estimators are vulnerable to a new type of cyber-attack,called false data injection attack(FDIA).In order to ensure the security of power system operation and control,a hybrid FDIA detection mechanism utilizing temporal correlation is proposed.The proposed mechanism combines Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)technology and machine learning.For the purpose of identifying the features of FDIA,VMD is used to decompose the system state time series into an ensemble of components with different frequencies.Furthermore,due to the lack of online model updating ability in a traditional extreme learning machine,an OS-extreme learning machine(OSELM)which has sequential learning ability is used as a detector for identifying FDIA.The proposed detection mechanism is evaluated on the IEEE-14 bus system using real load data from an independent system operator in New York.Apart from detection accuracy,the impact of attack intensity and environment noise on the performance of the proposed method are tested.The simulation results demonstrate the efficiency and robustness of our method.Chunxia Dou Di Wu Dong Yue Bao Jin Shiyun Xu 2022CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,6:0
