| 1 | Physical Mechanism and Performance Factors of Metal Oxide Based Resistive Switching Memory:A Review显示文摘This review summarizes the mechanism and performance of metal oxide based resistive switching memory The origin of resistive switching(RS) behavior can be roughly classified into the conducting filament type and the interface type. Here,we adopt the filament type to study the metal oxide based resistive switching memory,which considers the migration of metallic cations and oxygen vacancies,as well as discuss two main mechanisms including the electrochemical metallization effect(ECM) and valence change memory effect(VCM). At the light of the influence of the electrode materials and switching layers on the RS characteristics,an overview has also been given on the performance parameters including the uniformity endurance,the retention,and the multi-layer storage. Especially,we mentioned ITO(indium tin oxide electrode and discussed the novel RS characteristics related with ITO. | 5 | Dorsomorphin induces cancer cell apoptosis and sensitizes cancer cells to HSP90 and proteasome inhibitors by reducing nuclear heat shock factor 1 levels显示文摘Objective: Heat shock factor 1(HSF1), a transcriptional regulator of heat shock proteins(HSPs), is an attractive therapeutic target for cancer. However, only a few HSF1 inhibitors have been identified so far.Methods: The mRNA and protein levels of HSF1, HSPs, cleaved PARP, and phosphorylated HSF1 were examined by real-time PCR and Western blot. Forced expression, RNA interference, and immunofluorescence assay were used for mechanistic studies.Cell viability and apoptosis were measured by WST-8 assay and flow cytometry, respectively. Xenograft studies were performed in nude mice to evaluate the effect of dorsomorphin and an HSP90 inhibitor on tumor growth.Results: Dorsomorphin suppressed multiple stimuli-induced and constitutive HSPs expression in cancer cells. Mechanistic studies revealed that dorsomorphin reduced heat-induced HSP expression independent of adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase. Dorsomorphin reduced heat-stimulated HSF1 Ser320 phosphorylation and nuclear translocation, as well as resting nuclear HSF1 levels in cancer cells. Dorsomorphin induced cancer cell apoptosis by inhibiting HSF1 expression. A structure-activity study revealed that the 4-pyridyl at the 3-site of the pyrazolo [1, 5-a]pyrimidine ring is critical for the anti-HSF1 activities of dorsomorphin. Dorsomorphin sensitized cancer cells to HSP90 and proteasome inhibitors and inhibited HSP70 expression induced by these inhibitors in vitro. In tumor-bearing nude mice, dorsomorphin enhanced HSP90 inhibitor-induced cancer cell apoptosis, tumor growth inhibition, and HSP70 expression.Conclusions: Dorsomorphin is an HSF1 inhibitor. | 9 | Human endoderm stem cells reverse inflammation-related acute liver failure through cystatin SN-mediated inhibition of interferon signaling显示文摘Acute liver failure(ALF)is a life-threatening disease that occurs secondary to drug toxicity,infection or a devastating immune response.Orthotopic liver transplantation is an effective treatment but limited by the shortage of donor organs,the requirement for life-long immune suppression and surgical challenges.Stem cell transplantation is a promising alternative therapy for fulminant liver failure owing to the immunomodulatory abilities of stem cells.Here,we report that when transplanted into the liver,human endoderm stem cells(hEnSCs)that are germ layer-specific and nontumorigenic cells derived from pluripotent stem cells are able to effectively ameliorate hepatic injury in multiple rodent and swine drug-induced ALF models.We demonstrate that hEnSCs tune the local immune microenvironment by skewing macrophages/Kupffer cells towards an anti-inflammatory state and by reducing the infiltrating monocytes/macrophages and inflammatory T helper cells.Single-cell transcriptomic analyses of infiltrating and resident monocytes/macrophages isolated from animal livers revealed dramatic changes,including changes in gene expression that correlated with the change of activation states,and dynamic population heterogeneity among these cells after hEnSC transplantation.We further demonstrate that hEnSCs modulate the activation state of macrophages/Kupffer cells via cystatin SN(CST1)-mediated inhibition of interferon signaling and therefore highlight CST1 as a candidate therapeutic agent for diseases that involve over-activation of interferons.We propose that hEnSC transplantation represents a novel and powerful cell therapeutic treatment for ALF. | Yilin Xu Jinglin Wang Haozhen Ren Hao Dai Ying Zhou Xiongzhao Ren Yang Wang Sisi Feng Xiaogang Deng Jiaying Wu Tianlong Fu Tengfei Nie Haifeng He Tongkun Wei Bing Zhu Lijian Hui Bin Li Jing Wang Hongyan Wang Luonan Chen Xiaolei Shi Xin Cheng | 2023 | Cell Research2023,33,2: | 0 |
| 10 | Effects of Adsorption of Albumin and Gamma-Globulin on the Tribological Performance of a Diamond-Like Carbon Film显示文摘The effects of surface adsorption of bovine serum albumin(BSA) and human gamma-globulin(HGG) on the tribological performance of a DLC film were investigated using a quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation(QCM-D), a ball-on-disk reciprocating tribometer, and a three-electrode electrochemical cell. The results showed that the wear depth in the BSA solution was higher than that in the HGG solution. In the HGG solution, the HGG-adsorbed layer could act as a lubricating layer and protect the DLC film from wear. The wear volume of DLC film in BSA and HGG mixture solution was higher than that in single HGG solution. | 11 | 3D Free-Standing Carbon Nanofibers Modified by Lithiophilic Metals Enabling Dendrite-Free Anodes for Li Metal Batteries显示文摘Li metal with high-energy density is considered as the most promising anode for the next-generation rechargeable Li metal batteries;however,the growth of Li dendrites seriously hinders its practical application.Herein,3D free-standing carbon nanofibers modified by lithiophilic metal particles(CNF/Me,Me=Sn,Fe,Co)are obtained in situ by the electrospinning method.Benefiting from the lithophilicity,the CNF/Me composite may effectively prevent the formation of Li dendrites in the Li metal batteries.The optimized CNF/Sn–Li composite electrode exhibits a stable cycle life of over 2350 h during Li plating/stripping.When matched with typical commercial LiFePO_(4)(LFP)cathode,the LFP//CNF/Sn–Li full cell presents a high initial discharge specific capacity of 139 mAh g^(−1)at 1 C,which remains at 146 mAh g^(−1)after 400 cycles.When another state-of-the-art commercial LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM(811))cathode is used,the assembled NCM//CNF/Sn–Li full cell shows a large initial specific discharge capacity of 206 mAh g^(−1)at substantially enhanced 10 C,which keeps at the good capacity of 99 mAh g^(−1)after 300 cycles.These results are greatly superior to the counterparts with Li as the anodes,indicating the great potential for practical utilization of the advanced CNF/Sn–Li electrode. | Huifeng Zhuang Tengfei Zhang Hong Xiao Xiao Liang Fanchao Zhang Jianlin Deng Qiuming Gao | 2023 | Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,3: | 0 |

| 14 | ICMPTend: Internet Control Message Protocol Covert Tunnel Attack Intent Detector显示文摘The Internet Control Message Protocol(ICMP)covert tunnel refers to a network attack that encapsulates malicious data in the data part of the ICMP protocol for transmission.Its concealment is stronger and it is not easy to be discovered.Most detection methods are detecting the existence of channels instead of clarifying specific attack intentions.In this paper,we propose an ICMP covert tunnel attack intent detection framework ICMPTend,which includes five steps:data collection,feature dictionary construction,data preprocessing,model construction,and attack intent prediction.ICMPTend can detect a variety of attack intentions,such as shell attacks,sensitive directory access,communication protocol traffic theft,filling tunnel reserved words,and other common network attacks.We extract features from five types of attack intent found in ICMP channels.We build a multi-dimensional dictionary of malicious features,including shell attacks,sensitive directory access,communication protocol traffic theft,filling tunnel reserved words,and other common network attack keywords.For the high-dimensional and independent characteristics of ICMP traffic,we use a support vector machine(SVM)as a multi-class classifier.The experimental results show that the average accuracy of ICMPTend is 92%,training ICMPTend only takes 55 s,and the prediction time is only 2 s,which can effectively identify the attack intention of ICMP. | Tengfei Tu Wei Yin Hua Zhang Xingyu Zeng Xiaoxiang Deng Yuchen Zhou Xu Liu | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,5: | 0 |
