| 1 | Flow Characteristics Diagnosis and Optimization for Dust Collectors Inflow Duct in Thermal Power Plants显示文摘火电厂烟风道用于输送烟气、冷风等介质,其设计优化水平不但影响火电厂烟风系统阻力的大小,而且影响与烟风道直接相连的各个设备的运行状态。某600MW机组除尘器前烟道设计不合理,存在磨损严重、进入除尘器烟气分配不均等问题,文中采用标准缸£模型,利用Fluent求解器对该部分烟道的流场进行数值计算,诊断分析其存在的主要问题,提出的3个改造方案均可使烟道阻力大幅度下降、烟道磨损减轻、进入除尘器烟气分配均匀。同时,研究了缓转半径及烟气流速对该段烟道阻力和烟气分配的影响情况,计算结果表明该段烟道缓转半径宜选在0.875以上,烟气流速对该段烟道的性能基本没有影响。 | LIU Ming MENG Guixiang YAN Junjie CHEN Weixiong LI Weidong CHONG Daotong LIU Jiping | 2013 | 中国电机工程学报2013,33,11: | 22 |
| 2 | Experimental study on pressure and temperature distributions for low mass flux steam jet in subcooled water显示文摘A low mass flux steam jet in subcooled water was experimentally investigated.The transition of flow pattern from stable jet to condensation oscillation was observed at relatively high water temperature.The axial total pressures,the axial and radial temperature distributions were measured in the jet region.The results indicated that the pressure and temperature distributions were mainly influenced by the water temperature.The correlations corrected with water temperature were given to predict the dimen-sionless axial pressure peak distance and axial temperature distributions in the jet region,the results showed a good agreement between the predictions and experiments.Moreover,the self-similarity property of the radial temperature was obtained,which agreed well with Gauss distribution.In present work,all the dimensionless properties were mainly dependent on the water temperature but weakly on the nozzle size under a certain steam mass flux. | JunJie Yan XinZhuang Wu DaoTong Chong | 2009 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,6: | 7 |
| 3 | Interface control for pure ultraviolet electroluminescence from nano-ZnO-based heterojunction devices显示文摘Realization of pure and stable ultraviolet electroluminescence(UV EL) of ZnO light-emitting diode(LED)is still a challenging issue, due to complicated defects of intrinsic ZnO and the corresponding device interfaces. In this paper, we demonstrated a simple & feasible method to fabricate n-ZnO/AlN/p-GaN heterojunctions light-emitting devices. First, the vertically aligned ZnO nanorods(NRs) have been prepared as high quality active layer, and the nanostructured heterojunction LED arrays were constructed by directly bonding ZnO NRs onto AlN-coated p-GaN wafer. By optimizing the AlN layer thickness to be 20 nm, a strong and pure ultraviolet emission located at 387 nm can be observed. The energy band alignment of n-ZnO/AlN(20 nm)/p-Ga N heterojunction LED has been studied by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), the valence band offset between AlN and GaN was calculated to be 0.34 eV. On the other side, the conduction band offset(as large as 3.28 eV) between Al N and ZnO can block the flow of electrons from ZnO top-GaN. Thus, electron-hole recombination takes place in the ZnO layer, and a pure UV EL could be observed. | 9 | Preliminary design of an SCO_(2) conversion system applied to the sodium cooled fast reactor显示文摘The supercritical carbon dioxide(SCO_(2))Brayton cycle has become an ideal power conversion system for sodium-cooled fast reactors(SFR)due to its high efficiency,compactness,and avoidance of sodiumwater reaction.In this paper,the 1200 MWe large pool SFR(CFR1200)is used as the heat source of the system,and the sodium circuit temperature and the heat load are the operating boundaries of the cycle system.The performance of different SCO_(2) Brayton cycle systems and changes in key equipment performance are compared.The study indicates that the inter-stage cooling and recompression cycle has the best match with the heat source characteristics of the SFR,and the cycle efficiency is the highest(40.7%).Then,based on the developed system transient analysis program(FR-Sdaso),a pool-type SFR power plant system analysis model based on the inter-stage cooling and recompression cycle is established.In addition,the matching between the inter-stage cooling recompression cycle and the SFR during the load cycle of the power plant is studied.The analysis shows that when the nuclear island adopts the flow-advanced operation strategy and the carbon dioxide flowrate in the SCO_(2) power conversion system is adjusted with the goal of maintaining the sodium-carbon dioxide heat exchanger sodium side outlet temperature unchanged,the inter-stage cooling recompression cycle can match the operation of the SFR very well. | Hongyi YANG Xiaoyan YANG Jun YANG Quanbin ZHAO Xiaokun WANG Daotong CHONG Chanjuan TANG Chengyuan JIANG | 2021 | Frontiers in Energy2021,15,4: | 1 |
