3Identification of Q-Markers from Hedan Tablet by employing “spiderweb”mode and taking compounds'hepatotoxicity into account显示文摘Objective Due to the complicated compounds and the synergistic effect of multi-compounds,the quality control and assessment of Chinese materia medica(CMM)encounters a great challenge about how to identify the key compounds,which are directly correlated with its efficacy and safety.On the guidance of study on quality marker(Q-Marker),identification of Q-Markers was performed from Hedan Tablet(HDT)by the aid of the“spider-web”mode and hepatotoxicity evaluation derived from our previous researches and literatures.Methods By the established ultra performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detector(UPLC-PDA)method,online UPLC-DPPH·and offline antioxidant assay,21 candidate compounds of HDT were systematically investigated and comprehensively evaluated by the“spider-web”mode for them properties of Q-Marker based on“content-stability-activity”.In addition,the Q-Markers related with hepatotoxicity based on our previous researches and literatures were identified.Results Salvianolic acid B(SaB),quercetin-3-O-glucuronide(Qug),isoquercitrin(IQ)and hyperoside(Hyp)were adopted as the preferable Q-Markers of HDT according to the shaded area(A)of tested compounds in“spider-web”mode.Psoralen(Ps),isopsoralen(IP),psoralenoside(PO)and isopsoralenoside(IPO)were also strongly recommended as Q-Markers closely related with safety by considering hepatotoxicity of the accumulated Ps and IP and conversion between glycoside(PO and IPO)and aglycone(Ps and IP).Conclusion This study provided scientific evidence for quality control and assessment of HDT,and also provided a meaningful reference for application of Q-Markers in CMM.Danni Wang Jiamin Ding Xiafei Feng Xin Chai Jing Yang Chunlei Liu Yingzi Zeng Wanhui Zhou Yuefei Wang 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,4:1
4Graphene enhancedα-MnO_(2) for photothermal catalytic decomposition of carcinogen formaldehyde显示文摘Formaldehyde(HCHO)causes increasing concerns due to its ubiquitously found in indoor air and being irritative and carcinogenic to humans.Photothermal-catalysis developed in recent years has been considered as a significant strategy for enhancing catalytic activity.Manganese oxides,compared with its strong thermocatalytic activity,generally suffer from much lower photocatalytic activity make its photochemical properties less concerned.Herein,α-MnO_(2)nanowires were composited with the graphene oxide(GO)via mechanical grinding and co-precipitating method,respectively.α-MnO_(2)/GO nanohybrids prepared by co-precipitating method exhibits excellent activity,achieving 100%decomposition of HCHO with the solar-light irradiation at ambient temperature.It is found that,besides the photo-driven thermocatalysis,the photocatalysis mechanism made a major contribution to the decomposition of HCHO.The incorporation of GO,on the one hand,is beneficial to improve the optical absorption capacity and photothermal conversion efficiency;on the other hand,is conductive to electron transfer and effective separation of electrons and holes.These synergistic effects significantly improve the catalytic activity ofα-MnO_(2)/GO nanohybrids.This work proposes a new approach for the utilization of solar energy by combining manganese oxides,and also develops an efficient photothermal-catalyst to control HCHO pollution in indoor air.Xiaoshan Zeng Chuanjia Shan Mingdi Sun Danni Ding Shaopeng Rong 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,11:1
5Research progress on supramolecular structures of asphalt显示文摘The properties of asphalt binder play an essential role in the design life of asphalt pavement.Analysis of asphalt mechanical behaviors based on the chemical structures provides the theoretical basis for the improvement of asphalt performance in service life.Intermolecular interactions have a significant impact on the macroscopic properties of asphalt,a colloidal material,resulting in the parameters characterizing asphalt molecular structures fail to directly connect with mechanical properties of asphalt.This paper introduces the supramolecular theory,presents a brief review of existing supramolecular models and research methods of asphalt,aiming to explore a new methodology for the investigation between asphalt microstructures and macroscopic properties.Results showed the supramolecular theory focuses on the intermolecular interactions,providing more accurate indicators for the investigation on the asphalt supramolecules.Supramolecular analysis of asphalt has proposed feasible methods and established favorable connections with asphalt properties,giving a new view of understanding asphalt microstructure and a new approach to capture mechanical behaviors of asphalt.Yongjie Ding Yuan Xi Yanghui Wang Rui Zhang Danni Li 2023Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2023,10,2:0
6Study on the influence of skid resistance on traffic safety of highway with a high ratio of bridges and tunnels显示文摘The safety of highways with a high ratio of bridges and tunnels is related to multiple factors,for example,the skid resistance of the pavement surface.In this study,the distribution of accidents under different conditions was calculated to investigate the relationship between the road skid resistance and the incidence of traffic accidents based on the traffic accident data of the Yuxiang highway.Statistical results show that weather conditions and road alignment may affect traffic accidents.The correlation analysis method was used to study the relationship between three factors and traffic accidents.The results show that road alignment,weather conditions and road skid resistance are related to the incidence of traffic accidents.The traffic accident prediction models were established based on back propagation neural network to verify the correlation analysis results.It is confirmed that road alignment,weather conditions and road skid resistance are the factors that affect traffic accidents.Yongjie Ding Danni Li Mingxuan Huang Xuejuan Cao Boming Tang 2021Transportation Safety and Environment2021,3,4:0
