1A review:Synthesis,modification and photocatalytic applications of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)显示文摘Solar energy is an ideal energy source for solving energy shortages and serious environmental problems.In the past few decades,photocatalytic technology which uses solar energy to deal with the above problems has caused great interest.ZnIn_(2)S_(4),as a layered ternary metal chalcogenide compound,has a series of advantages such as the wide light absorption range and adjustable bandgap.It has been applied in the different fields of photocatalysis in recent years.This review introduced the crystal structures and growth mechanism of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)and summarized the preparation methods of ZnIn_(2)S_(4).Also,the promoted strategies of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)based photocatalytic system and their applications in the pollutant removal,hydrogen evolution,reduction of CO_(2),nitrogen fixation,and chemical synthesis was summarized.Furthermore,the challenges and development directions of the current ZnIn_(2)S_(4)based photocatalytic system were proposed.It is hoped that this review will help researchers design a better ZnIn_(2)S_(4)based photocatalytic system.Jie Wang Sijia Sun Run Zhou Yangzi Li Zetian He Hao Ding Daimei Chen Weihua Ao 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,19:6

17Improving hole transfer of boron nitride quantum dots modified PDI for efficient photodegradation显示文摘In recent years,organic photocatalyst under visible-light absorption has shown significant potential for solving environmental problems.However,it is still a great challenge for constructing a highly active organic photocatalyst due to the low separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers.Herein,an effective and robust photocatalyst perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic diamide/boron nitride quantum dots(PDI/BNQDs),consisting of selfassemble PDI withπ–πstacking structure and BNQDs,has been constructed and researched under visible light irradiation.The PDI/BNQDs composite gradually increases organic pollutant photodegradation with the loading amount of BNQDs.With 10 mL of BNQDs solution added(PDI/BNQDs-10),the organic pollutant photodegradation performance reaches a maximum,about 6.16 times higher with methylene blue and 1.68 times higher with ciprofloxacin than that of pure PDI supramolecular.The enhancement is attributed to improved separation of photogenerated carriers from self-assembled PDI by BNQDs due to their preeminent ability to extract holes.This work is significant for the supplement of PDI supramolecular composite materials.We believe that this photocatalytic design is capable of expanding organic semiconductors’potential for their applications in photocatalysis.Shiqing Ma Chundong Peng Zeyu Jia Yanmei Feng Kai Chen Hao Ding Daimei Chen Zhong-Yong Yuan 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,11:0
18Construction of SiO2-TiO2/g-C3N4 composite photocatalyst for hydrogen production and pollutant degradation: Insight into the effect of SiO2显示文摘Using low-cost precipitated silica(SiO2) as the carrier,a ternary SiO2-TiO2/g-C3N4 composite photocatalyst was prepared via the sol-gel method associated with a wet-grinding process.The asprepared composite exhibits photocatalytic hydrogen production and pollutant degradation performance under solar-like irradiation.The effect of SiO2 carrier on the properties of the heterostructure between TiO2 and g-C3N4(CN) was systematically studied.It is found that SiO2 has important effects on promoting the interaction between TiO2 and CN.The particle size of TiO2 and CN was obviously reduced during the calcination process due to the effects of SiO2.Especially,the TiO2 particles exhibit monodispersed state with particle size below 10 nm(quantum dots),resulting in the improvement of the contact area and the interaction betweenTiO2 and CN,and leading to the formation of efficient TiO2/CN Zscheme heterostructure in SiO2-TiO2/CN.Besides,the introduction of SiO2 can increase the specific surface area and light absorption of SiO2-TiO2/CN,further promoting the photocatalytic reaction.As expected,the optimum SiO2-TiO2/CN composite exhibits 12.3,3.1 and 2.9 times higher photocatalytic hydrogen production rate than that of SiO2-TiO2,CN and TiO2/CN under solar-like irradiation,while the photocatalytic active component in SiO2-TiO2/CN is only about 60 wt%.Moreover,the rhodamine B degradation rate of SiO2-TiO2/CN is also higher than that of SiO2-TiO2,CN and TiO2/CN.Sijia Sun Hao Ding Lefu Mei Ying Chen Qiang Hao Wanting Chen Zhuoqun Xu Daimei Chen 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,9:0
19Photoreduction adjusted surface oxygen vacancy of Bi_(2)MoO_(6) for boosting photocatalytic redox performance显示文摘In this study, Bi_(2)MoO_(6) with adjustable rich oxygen vacancies was prepared by a novel and simple solvothermal-photoreduction method which might be suitable for a large-scale production. The experiment results show that Bi_(2)MoO_(6) with rich oxygen vacancies is an excellent photocatalyst. The photocatalytic ability of BMO-10 is 0.3 and 3.5 times higher than that of the pristine Bi_(2)MoO_(6) for Rhodamine B degradation and Cr(VI) reduction, respectively. The results display that the band energy of the samples with oxygen vacancies was narrowed and the light absorption was broadened. Meanwhile, the efficiency of photogenerated electron-holes was increased and the separation and transfer speed of photogenerated carriers were improved.
