1The intracellular mechanism of alpha-fetoprotein promoting the proliferation of NIH 3T3 cells显示文摘AIM The existence and properties of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) receptor on the surface of NIH 3T3 cells and the effects of AFP on cellular signal transduction pathway were investigated. METHODS The effect of AFP on the proliferation of NIH 3T3 cells was measured by incorporation of 3H-TdR. Receptor-binding assay of 125I-AFP was performed to detect the properties of AFP receptor in NIH 3T3 cells. The influences of AFP on the [cAMP]i and the activities of protein kinase A (PKA) were determined. Western blot was used to detect the change of K-ras P21 protein expression. RESULTS The proliferation of NIH 3T3 cells treated with 0-80 mg/L of AFP was significantly enhanced. The Scatchard analysis indicated that there were two classes of binding sites with KD of 2.722×10-9M (Bmax=12810 sites per cell) and 8.931× 10-SM (Bmax=l19700 sites per cell) respectively. In the presence of AFP (20 mg/L), the content of cAMP and activities of PKA were significantly elevated . The level of K-ras P21 protein was upregulated by AFP at the concentration of 20 mg/L. The monoclonal antibody against AFP could reverse the effects of AFP on the cAMP content, PKA activity and the expression of K-ras p21 gene. 2Sedimentary Characteristics of the Cretaceous in the Songliao Basin显示文摘The rupture of the lithosphere in Late Jurassic brought about the eruption of basaltic magma in the Songliao Basin. The evolution of the basin in Cretaceous progressed through six stages: pre-rift doming, extensional fracturing, fault subsidence, fault downwarping, downwarping and shringkage, resulting in the deposition of terrstrial facies nearly 10,000 m thick. There are different depositional sequences in these stages: the depositional period of the Early Cretaceous Shahezi and Yincheng Formations is the development stage of the down-faulted basin, forming a volcanic rock-alluvial fan-fan delta-lacustrine (intercalated with episodic turbidites)-swamp facies sequences; the period of the Early Cretaceous Dengluku Formation is the transformation stage of fault subsidence into fault downwarping of the basin, forming a sequence mainly of alluvial plain-lacustrine facies; the depositional period of the Early Cretaceous Quantou Formation-Late Cretaceous Nenjiang Formation is the downwarping stage of the basin, forming an alluvial plain-delta-lacustrine facies sequence; the period of the Late Cretaceous Sifangtai Formation-Mingshui Formation is the shringkage stage of the basin, forming again a sequence mainly of alluvial plain-alluvial fan and small relict lacustrine facies. These vertical depositional sequences fully display the sedimentary characteristics of a failed continental rift basin. 4Effects of TiC on the microstructure and formation of acicular ferrite in ferritic stainless steel显示文摘The formation mechanism of acicular ferrite and its microstructural characteristics in 430 ferrite stainless steel with TiC additions were studied by theory and experiment.Using an'edge?to?edge matching'model,a 5.25 mismatch between TiC(FCC structure)and ferritic stainless steel(BCC structure)was identified,which met the mismatch requirement for the heterogeneous nucleation of 430 ferritic stainless steel.TiC was found to be an effective nucleation site for the formation of acicular ferrite in a smelting experiment,as analyzed by metallographic examination,Image-Pro Plus 6.0 analysis software,and SEM–EDS.Furthermore,small inclusions in the size of 2–4?m increased the probability of acicular ferrite nucleation,and the secondary acicular ferrite would grow sympathetically from the initial acicular ferrite to produce multi-dimensional acicular ferrites.Moreover,the addition of Ti C can increase the average microstrain and dislocation density of 430 ferrite stainless steel,as calculated by Williamson-Hall(WH)method,which could play some role in strengthening the dislocation.Yang Li Peng-fei Du Zhou-hua Jiang Cong-lin Yao Lu Bai Qi Wang Guang Xu Chang-yong Chen Lei Zhang Hua-bing Li 2019International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2019,26,11:4

6Interactions between dislocations and twins in deformed titanium aluminide crystals显示文摘Using scanning, transmission electron microscopy and aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy, we have studied the interactions between dislocations and twins in impact deformed polysynthetic twinned TiAl crystal. The 1/3 < 111] and 1/6 < 211] step dislocations on coherent twin boundaries reveal the interactions of glissile 1/2 < 101> dislocations with the coherent twin boundaries.An abnormal stacking fault was found adjacent to the coherent twin boundary. 9S6B-2 Matrine Inhibits Itching by Lowering the Activity of Calcium Channel显示文摘Sophorae Flavescentis Radix(SFR)is a medicinal herb with many functions that are involved in anti-inflammation,antinociception,and anticancer.SFR is also used to treat a variety of itching diseases.Matrine(MT)is one of the main constituents in SFR and also has the effect of relieving itching,but the antipruritic mechanism is still unclear.Here,we investigated the effect of MT on antipruritus.In acute and chronic itch models,MT significantly inhibited the scratching behavior not only in acute itching induced by histamine(His),chloroquine(CQ)and compound 48/80 with a dose-depended manner,but also in the chronic pruritus models of Atopic dermatitis(AD)and Acetone-ether-water(AEW)in mice.Furthermore,MT can be detected in the blood after intraperitoneal injection(i.p.)and subcutaneous injection(s.c.).Finally,electrophysiological and calcium image results show that MT inhibits the excitatory synaptic transmission from dorsal root ganglion(DRG)to the dorsal horn of the spinal cord by suppressing presynaptic N-type calcium channels.Taken together,we believe that MT is a novel drug candidate in treating pruritus diseases,especially for histamine-independent and chronic pruritus,which might be attributed to inhibition of presynaptic N-type calcium channels.GENG Xiao SHI Hao YE Fan DU Han QIAN Lin-nan GU Le-ying WU Guan-yi ZHU Chan YANG Yan WANG Chang-ming ZHOU Yuan YU Guang LIU Qin DONG Xin-zhong YU Lei 唐宗湘 2018神经药理学报2018,8,4:2

12Comparison of Ethylation at External Surface and Internal Cavity of H-MCM-22 Zeolite from Theoretical Calculations显示文摘Summaryof main observation and conclusion Understanding and optimizing structure of active sites is of significance in zeolite catalysis.Benzene ethylation is an industrially important process catalyzed by H-MCM-22 zeolite;while the active sites still remain elusive.In this work,density functional theory(DFT)calculations were employed to investigate the benzene ethylation at two different types of Br?nsted acid sites(BAS)in H-MCM-22 zeolite,namely the internal cavity(IC)acid site and the external surface(ES)acid site.Both the stepwise and concerted pathways were addressed.The compari-son of the calculated energetics of two pathways indicates that the benzene ethylation reaction primarily proceeds via the concerted pathway at both the IC and ES acid sites of H-MCM-22.The calculated overall Gibbs free energies at reaction condition(473 K and 3.5 MPa)on the IC and ES acid sites are 90 and 86 kJ/mol,with the rate constants of 1.20×10^3and 2.92×10^3s^-1,respectively.It indicates that benzene ethylation could occur both on the IC and ES acid sites,with the catalytic activity of IC acid site being slightly lower than that of ES acid site.Furthermore,we theoretically reveal that the acid strength at the ES site is slightly weaker than that at the IC site via the frequency shift after the adsorption of CO.The differences in dispersion interaction between ES and IC sites are also quantified by the adsorption of base molecules with different sizes.The calculated results in this work demonstrate that the acid sites at the external surface of H-MCM-22 zeolites are suitable for benzene ethylation to produce ethylbenzene,providing theoretical implications for tailoring the distribution of active sites in H-MCM-22 zeolite.Yu-Jue Du Chuan-Ming Wang Guang Yang Wei-Min Yang 2020Chinese Journal of Chemistry2020,38,1:1

20Significant contribution of carbonyls to atmospheric oxidation capacity(AOC)during the winter haze pollution over North China Plain显示文摘Atmospheric carbonyl compounds play significant roles in the cycling of radicals and have exhibited surprisingly high levels in winter that were well correlated to particulate matter,for which the reason have not been clearly elucidated.Here we measured carbonyl compounds and other trace gasses together with PM_(2.5)over urban Jinan in North China Plain during the winter.Markedly higher carbonyl concentrations(average:14.63±4.21 ppbv)were found during wintertime haze pollution,about one to three-times relative to those on nonhaze days,with slight difference in chemical composition except formaldehyde(HCHO).HCHO(3.68 ppbv),acetone(3.17 ppbv),and acetaldehyde(CH_3CHO)(2.83 ppbv)were the three most abundant species,accounting for~75% of the total carbonylson both haze and non-haze days.Results from observational-based model(OBM)with atmospheric oxidation capacity(AOC)indicated that AOC significantly increased with the increasing carbonyls during the winter haze events.Carbonyl photolysis have supplied key oxidants such as RO_(2) and HO_(2),and thereby enhancing the formation of fine particles and secondary organic aerosols,elucidating the observed haze-carbonyls inter-correlation.Diurnal variation with carbonyls exhibiting peak values at early-noon and night highlighted the combined contribution of both secondary formation and primary diesel-fuel sources.1-butene was further confirmed to be the major precursor for HCHO.This study confirms the great contribution of carbonyls to AOC,and also suggests that reducing the emissions of carbonyls would be an effective way to mitigate haze pollution in urban area of the NCP region.Xue Yang Gen Zhang Guang Pan Guolan Fan Houyong Zhang Xuan Ge Mingyue Du 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,5:0
