1Comprehensive analysis of NAC transcription factors and their expression during fruit spine development in cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)显示文摘The cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)is an important vegetable crop worldwide,and fruit trichomes or spines are an important trait for external fruit quality.The mechanisms underlying spine formation are not well understood,but the plant-specific NAC family of transcription factors may play important roles in fruit spine initiation and development.In this study,we conducted a genome-wide survey and identified 91 NAC gene homologs in the cucumber genome.Clustering analysis classified these genes into six subfamilies;each contained a varying number of NAC family members with a similar intron–exon structure and conserved motifs.Quantitative real-time PCR analysis revealed tissue-specific expression patterns of these genes,including 10 and 12 that exhibited preferential expression in the stem and fruit,respectively.Thirteen of the 91 NAC genes showed higher expression in the wild-type plant than in its near-isogenic trichome mutant,suggesting their important roles in fruit spine development.Exogenous application of four plant hormones promoted spine formation and increased spine density on the cucumber fruits;several NAC genes showed differential expression over time in response to phytohormone treatments on cucumber fruit,implying their essential roles in fruit-trichome development.Among the NAC genes identified,12 were found to be targets of 13 known cucumber micro-RNAs.Collectively,these findings provide a useful resource for further analysis of the interactions between NAC genes and genes underlying trichome organogenesis and development during fruit spine development in cucumber.Xingwang Liu Ting wang Ezra Bartholomew Kezia Black Mingming Dong Yaqi Zhang Sen Yang Yanling Cai Shudan Xue Yiqun Weng Huazhong Ren 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:10

3LSTM Based Reserve Prediction for Bank Outlets显示文摘Reserve allocation is a significant problem faced by commercial banking businesses every day. To satisfy the cash requirement of customers and abate the vault cash pressure, commercial banks need to appropriately allocate reserves for each bank outlet. Excessive reserve would impact the revenue of bank outlets. Low reserves cannot guarantee the successful operation of bank outlets. Considering the reserve requirement is effected by the past cash balance, we deal the reserve allocation problem as a time series prediction problem, and the Long Short Time Memory(LSTM) network is adapted to solve it. In addition, the proposed LSTM prediction model regards date property, which can affect the cash balance, as a primary factor. 4Satellite proximate interception vector guidance based on differential games显示文摘This paper studies the proximate satellite interception guidance strategies where both the interceptor and target can perform orbital maneuvers with magnitude limited thrusts. This problem is regarded as a pursuit-evasion game since satellites in both sides will try their best to capture or escape. In this game, the distance of these two players is small enough so that the highly nonlinear earth-centered gravitational dynamics can be reduced to the linear Clohessy-Wiltshire(CW) equations. The system is then simplified by introducing the zero effort miss variables. Saddle solution is formulated for the pursuit-evasion game and time-to-go is estimated similarly as that for the exoatmospheric interception. Then a vector guidance is derived to ensure that the interception can be achieved in the optimal time. 5Replication Kinetics of Coxsackievirus A16 in Human Rhabdomyosarcoma Cells显示文摘Coxsackievirus A16(CVA16),together with enterovirus type 71(EV71),is responsible for most cases of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD) worldwide.Recent findings suggest that the recombination between CVA16 and EV71,and the co-circulation of these two viruses may have contributed to the increase of HFMD cases in China over the past few years.It is therefore important to further understand the virology,epidemiology,virus-host interactions and host pathogenesis of CVA16.In this study,we describe the viral kinetics of CVA16 in human rhabdomyosarcoma(RD) cells by analyzing the cytopathic effect(CPE),viral RNA replication,viral protein expression,viral RNA package and viral particle secretion in RD cells.We show that CVA16 appears to first attach,uncoat and enter into the host cell after adsorption for 1 h.Later on,CVA16 undergoes rapid replication from 3 to 6 h at MOI 1 and until 9 h at MOI 0.1.At MOI 0.1,CVA16 initiates a secondary infection as the virions were secreted before 9 h p.i.CPE was observed after 12 h p.i.,and viral antigen was first detected at 6 h p.i.at MOI 1 and at 9 h p.i.at MOI 0.1.Thus,our study provides important information for further investigation of CVA16 in order to better understand and ultimately control infections with this virus.Jun Jin Mingming Han Lin Xu Dong An Wei Kong Chunlai Jiang 2012Virologica Sinica2012,27,4:3
6An ultrahigh strength steel produced through deformation-induced ferrite transformation and Q&P process显示文摘In this work,DIFT technology and Q&P process were combined in order to introduce ultrafine-grained ferrite into the matrix of martensite and retained austenite to develop a new kind of advanced high strength steel,and two kinds of steels were investigated by this novel combined process.The newly designed process resulted in a sophisticated microstructure of a large amount of ferrite(about 5 m in diameter),martensite and a considerable amount of retained austenite for TRIP 780 steel.The ultimate tensile strength can reach about 1200 MPa with elongation above 16% for TRIP 780,that is much higher than the one solely treated by Q&P process.Tensile tests showed that both steels with the novel combined process achieved a good combination of strength and ductility,indicating that the new process is promising for the new generation of advanced high strength steels.CHEN MingMing WU RiMing LIU HePing WANG Li SHI Jie DONG Han JIN XueJun 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7:3

10Stoichiometric effect on electrical and near-infrared photodetection properties of full-composition-range GaAs1−xSbx nanowires显示文摘As one of the most important narrow bandgap ternary semiconductors, GaAs1−xSbx nanowires (NWs) have attracted extensive attention recently, due to the superior hole mobility and the tunable bandgap, which covers the whole near-infrared (NIR) region, for technological applications in next-generation high-performance electronics and NIR photodetection. However, it is still a challenge to the synthesis of high-quality GaAs1−xSbx NWs across the entire range of composition, resulting in the lack of correlation investigation among stoichiometry, microstructure, electronics, and NIR photodetection. Here, we demonstrate the success growth of high-quality GaAs1−xSbx NWs with full composition range by adopting a simple and low-cost surfactant-assisted solid source chemical vapor deposition method. All of the as-prepared NWs are uniform, smooth, and straight, without any phase segregation in all stoichiometric compositions. The lattice constants of each NW composition have been well correlated with the chemical stoichiometry and confirmed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Raman spectrum. Moreover, with the increase of Sb concentration, the hole mobility of the as-fabricated field-effect-transistors and the responsivity and detectivity of the as-fabricated NIR photodetectors increase accordingly. 13Preparation, characterization, and in vitro/vivo evaluation of polymer-assisting formulation of atorvastatin calcium based on solid dispersion technique显示文摘Due to low solubility and bioavailability, atorvastatin calcium is confronted with challenge in conceiving appropriate formulation. Solid dispersion of atorvastatin calcium was prepared through the solvent evaporation method, with Poloxamer 188 as hydrophilic carriers. This formulation was then characterized by scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, powder X-ray diffraction and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Moreover, all these studies suggested the conversion of crystalline atorvastatin calcium. In addition, the drug solubility studies as well as dissolution rates compared with bulk drug and market tablets Lipitor were also examined. Furthermore, the study investigated the pharmacokinetics after oral administration of Lipitor and solid dispersion. And the AUC 0–8 h and C max increased after taking ATC-P188 solid dispersion orally compared with that of Lipitor. 15Statistical Linearization on 2 DOFs Hydropneumatic Suspension with Asymmetric Non-linear Stiffness显示文摘Most references on hydropneumatic suspension analysis regard it as harden Duffing spring and take the white noise as the system input, which is quite different from real physical model. It will introduce considerable errors to the analytical result compared with the numerical simulation which makes it impossible to give a good depiction of the hydropneumatic suspension dynamics. In this paper, the dynamic response of the hydropneumatic suspension is worked out using statistical linearization based on 2 DOFs nonlinear suspension model. The damping of the suspension and the tire stiffness are both regarded as linear components and the real road roughness spectrum is used to work out the system input. The explicit analytical equivalent stiffness, dynamic mean value offset from statistic equilibrium position and the sprung acceleration varied with parameters of hydropneumatic spring, road roughness and vehicle velocity are worked out by substituting the nonlinear stiffness of hydropneumatic spring with its first three terms Tyler series at the static equilibrium position using James formula. The comparison of the numerical simulation and analytical result both on statistical parameters and distribution shows the validity of the analysis. 16The SACT Template:A Human Brain Diffusion Tensor Template for School-age Children显示文摘School-age children are in a specific development stage corresponding to juvenility,when the white matter of the brain experiences ongoing maturation.Dffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(DWI),especially diffusion tensor imaging(DTI),is extensively used to characterize the maturation by assessing white matter properties in vivo.In the analysis of DWI data,spatial normalization is crucial for conducting inter-subject analyses or linking the individual space with the reference space.Using tensor-based registration with an appropriate diffusion tensor template presents high accuracy regarding spatial normalization.However,there is a lack of a standardized diffusion tensor template dedicated to school-age children with ongoing brain development.Here,we established the school-age children diffusion tensor(SACT)template by optimizing tensor reorientation on high-quality DTI data from a large sample of cognitively normal participants aged 6-12 years.With an age-balanced design,the SACT template represented the entire age range well by showing high similarity to the age-specific templates.Compared with the tensor template of adults,the SACT template revealed significantly higher spatial normalization accuracy and inter-subject coherence upon evaluation of subjects in two different datasets of schoolage children.A practical application regarding the age associations with the normalized DTI-derived data was conducted to further compare the SACT template and the adult template.Although similar spatial patterns were found,the SACT template showed significant effects on the distributions of the statistical results,which may be related to the performance of spatial normalization.Looking forward,the SACT template could contribute to future studies of white matter development in both healthy and clinical populations.The SACT template is publicly available now(tp://igshare com/aricles/dataseu'SACT_.template/14071283).Congying Chu Haoran Guan Sangma Xie Yanpei Wang Jie Luo Gai Zhao Zhiying Pan Mingming Hu Weiwei Men Shuping Tan Jia-Hong Gao Shaozheng Qin Yong He Lingzhong Fan Qi Dong Sha Tao 2022Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,6:1

18The Phototropism of Jurassic Petrified Wood in North China Plate显示文摘Trees on the side directly exposed to sunlight generally grow faster than on the opposite side,a phenomenon termed plant phototropism.There are in situ vertical trunks of silicified wood in the Xiadelongwan area of Yanqing County,north Beijing,where the first National Geologic Park of Petrified Wood of China has been built since 2002.A few trunks have well-preserved growth rings.One petrified stump from the formation shows a positive phototropism direction of SW23O0.As compared with the modern normal growth stumps in Beijing plain area,which have a positive phototropism direction of SW210 °± 5°,the evidence of wood phototropism supports the conclusion of previous palaeomagnetic studies that the North China Plate has rotated clockwise since the Late Jurassic.The known petrified wood stumps in the Yanshan-Liaoning area are mainly found from the strata of 165-136 Ma,which corresponds to the main stage of the Yanshanian Movement.JIANG Zikun LIU Benper HUANG Min DENG Shenghui LU Yuanzheng LIU Lu LI Mingming DONG Shuxin WANG Yongdong 2014Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2014,88,5:1
19Off-hour effect is not significant in endovascular treatment for anterior circulation large vessel occlusion in a multicentre registry显示文摘Background and purpose Whether the off-hour effect has an impact on workflow and outcomes of endovascular treatment(EVT)for anterior circulation large vessel occlusion(AC-LVO)remains uncertain.This study aimed to compare the characteristics and outcomes of patients who presented or were treated during off-hour versus on-hour in a multi-center registry.Methods AC-LVO patients from 21 centres were categorised into the off-hour group and the on-hour group.Off-hour(weekends,holidays,and 18:00-7:59 on weekdays)and on-hour(8:00-17:59 on weekdays except for holidays)were defined according to arrival and groin-puncture time points,respectively.Subgroup comparisons between patients both arrived and treated during off-hour(true off-hour)and on-hour(true on-hour)were performed.The primary outcome was the 90-day modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score.Secondary outcomes included favourable outcome(mRS 0-2 at 90 days),EVT-related time metrics,and other clinical outcomes.Ordinary and binary logistic regression and linear regression were taken to adjust for confounding factors.Results Of all 698 patients enrolled,435(62.3%)and 456(65.3%)patients were categorised into the off-hour arrival and off-hour puncture group,respectively.Shorter onset to door time(adjustedßcoefficient:−21.56;95%CI−39.96 to−3.16;p=0.022)was noted in the off-hour arrival group.Ordinal and dichotomous mRS scores at 90 days were comparable between the off-hour group and the on-hour group regardless of off-hour definitions.Other time metrics and outcomes were comparable between the two groups.Of 595 patients both presented and were treated during off-hour or on-hour,394 patients were categorised into the true off-hour group and 201 into the true on-hour group.Time metrics and clinical outcomes were similar between the true off-hour and the true on-hour group.Conclusions The off-hour effect was not significant regarding clinical outcomes and in-hospital workflow in AC-LVO patients receiving EVT in this Chinese multicentre registry.Mingming Zha Qingwen Yang Shuo Liu Kangmo Huang Xiaohao Zhang Min Wu Haodi Cai Qiushi Lv Rui Liu Dong Yang Xinfeng Liu 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,4:1
20Evaluation of micelles incorporated into thermosensitive hydrogels for intratumoral delivery and controlled release of docetaxel:A dual approach for in situ treatment of tumors显示文摘The in situ gelling hybrid hydrogel system has been reported to effectively concentratechemotherapeutic drugs at the tumor site and sustain their release for a long period. DTX-micelles(docetaxel-loaded mixed micelles) are able to increase the solubility of DTX inwater, and then a high drug loading rate of hydrogels can be achieved by encapsulatingthe docetaxel-loaded mixed micelles into the hydrogels. The thermosensitive nature ofDTX-MM-hydrogels(thermosensitive hydrogels incorporated with docetaxel-loaded mixedmicelles) can accelerate the formation of a depot of this drug-loaded system at the siteof administration. Therefore, the hydrogels provide a much slower release compared withDTX-micelles and DTX-injection. An in vivo retention study has demonstrated that the DTX-MM-hydrogels can prolong the drug retention time and in viv o trials have shown that theDTX-MM-hydrogels have a higher antitumor efficacy and systemic safety.
