3Powder Quartz/Nano-TiO2 Composite: Mechanochemical Preparation and Photocatalytic Degradation of Formaldehyde显示文摘Powder quartz(PQ)/nano-TiO_2 composite was prepared by a mechanochemical method. Based on as-prepared PQ/nano-TiO_2 composite, we prepared interior paints and investigated the degradation efficiency of formaldehyde(DEF). Scanning electron microscopy showed that nano-TiO_2 got well dispersed by the adding of PQ. Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the mass ratio of 4:1 was a relatively good proportion for the most production of PQ/nano-TiO_2 composite. Fourier transform-infrared spectrometry showed that the peak position of Ti-O-Si bond varied with the milling time. At the early stage, no characteristic peak of Ti-O-Si bond was observed, while at the later stage, new peaks at 902 cm^(-1) and 937 cm^(-1) appeared. Meanwhile, PQ/nano-TiO_2 composite-based interior paint exhibited significant DEF of 96.3% compared to that consisting of sole nanoTiO_2 of 92.0% under visible light illumination. 7Cerium and carbon-sulfur codoped mesoporous TiO_(2)nanocomposites for boosting visible light photocatalytic activity显示文摘Ce and C-S codoped mesoporous TiO_(2)nanocomposites were synthesized via a sol-gel method integrated with an evaporation-induced self-assembly approach.The basic physicochemical characteristics of the synthetic samples were analyzed via a series of characterization techniques.The results reveal that C-S and Ce codoping on mesoporous TiO_(2)enhances the photocatalytic activity owing to the synergistic effect caused by narrowing the band gap,enhancing adsorption,trapping and transferring the excited e^(-)/h^(+)pairs and suppressing the recombination of e^(-)/h^(+)pairs.Furthermore,the obtained C,S-TiO_(2)/CeO_(2)materials exhibit large specific surface areas and numerous pores which not only effectively improve the adsorption-enrichment capability,but also supply multi-dimensional mass and electron transfer channels.The photodegradation efficiency of RhB by C,S-TiO_(2)/CeO_(2)within 40 min is nearly 100%,and its degradation efficiency is 6.63 times that of undoped TiO_(2).Recycling experiments show that mesoporous C,S-TiO_(2)/CeO_(2)shows excellent recoverability and stability.Furthermore,by trapping experiments,·O_(2)e^(-)/h^(+)and·OH are the predominant active species and a possible reaction mechanism is proposed.Fei Zheng Faqin Dong Lin Zhou Jieyu Yu Xijie Luo Xingyu Zhang Zhenzhen Lv Luman Jiang Yuheng Chen Mengqing Liu 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,4:1

14Phase relations,microstructure,and valence transition studies on CaZr1-xCexTi2O7(0.0≤x≤1.0)system显示文摘In this study, Ce-doped zirconolite was synthesized through high-temperature solid-state reaction at 1250 ℃ in air for 96 h. The crystal phase.microstructure and valence transition were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Phase relations of CaZr_(1-x)Ce_xTi_2O_7 systems were determined by XRD analyses and Rietveld refinements.Four different phases are identified, namely zirconolite, perovskite, pyrochlore, and cerianite. The phase transformation(2M-zirconolite → 4M-zirconolite → Ce-pyrochlore) is caused by cations rearrangement as cerium content increases. The solubility limit of cerium ions in CaZr_(1-x)Ce_xTi_2O_7 system is estimated to be approximately 0.80. Under sintering air atmosphere, partial reduction of Ce^(4+) in Ce^(3+) is detected in Ce 3d XPS spectra, and the ratio of Ce^(3+) and Ce^(4+) significantly decreases as cerium content increases.Weimin Li Faqin Dong Liang Bian Hao Zou Mianxin Song 2018Journal of Rare Earths2018,36,11:1
15Phase and Structure in the System Gd_(2-x)Eu_xZr_2O_7 (0.0≤x≤2.0)显示文摘Pyrochlore Gd2Zr2O7 are considered as an excellent candidate for treatment of radioactive waste forms, because of its superior physical, chemical and anti-irradiation properties. To investigate the phase and structure of pyrochlore Gd2Zr2O7 used for immobilizing Pu(Ⅲ), trivalent europium was used as the simulacrum for plutonium with trivalence. The compounds of stoichiometry Gd2-xEuxZr2O7(0.0x2.0) synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction method, were analyzed with the help of XRD and Rietveld structural refinement method. The results indicated that the phases of compounds continuously kept the phase of pyrochlore under our experimental condition. 17Phase and Rietveld Refinement of Pyrochlore Gd_2Zr_2O_7 Used for Immobilization of Pu(Ⅳ)显示文摘The phase of pyrochlore Gd2Zr2O7 used for immobilization of Pu(Ⅳ) was investigated, tetravalent cerium was used as the simulacrum for plutonium with tetravalence, and the compounds in the system Gd2Zr2-x Ce x O7(0.0 x 2.0) were synthesized via a high temperature solid reaction method with Gd2O3 and ZrO2 powders being used as the starting materials. Based on the collected XRD data of the gained samples, the phase and microstructural change of compounds were calculated by means of rietveld structural refinement method. The experimental results indicated that the phases of compounds were changed from pyrochlore to fluorite-type phase with the increasing x. 20Composition Characteristic and Surface Charge Simulation of Atmospheric Dust Fall in Tianshui City显示文摘In order to know the particle size distribution and mineral compositions of dust in Maiji town, Tianshui City, Gansu Province, size distribution and physical compositions of atmosphere natural dropping dust have been analyzed. Based on the natural dropping dust ζ potential and the mass percentage of main mineral compositions in dust fall, we present two models (calculation method and hybrid method) for the zeta potential of atmospheric dust fall in pure water. The results illustrated that the natural dropping dust in Maiji town belongs to inhalable particles. The main mineral compositions and contents of the dust are quartz (57.08%), calcite (27.79%), albite (10.29%), muscovite (4.84%). Atmospheric dust fall in pure water is electronegativity and ζ potential decreased with increasing pH. There are some differences exist in the two modeling ways, but have a similar tendency.
