1A Distributed Intrusion Detection Model via Nondestructive Partitioning and Balanced Allocation for Big Data显示文摘There are two key issues in distributed intrusion detection system,that is,maintaining load balance of system and protecting data integrity.To address these issues,this paper proposes a new distributed intrusion detection model for big data based on nondestructive partitioning and balanced allocation.A data allocation strategy based on capacity and workload is introduced to achieve local load balance,and a dynamic load adjustment strategy is adopted to maintain global load balance of cluster.Moreover,data integrity is protected by using session reassemble and session partitioning.The simulation results show that the new model enjoys favorable advantages such as good load balance,higher detection rate and detection efficiency.Xiaonian Wu Chuyun Zhang Runlian Zhang Yujue Wang Jinhua Cui 2018Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,7:4
2Enormous enhancement in electrical performance of few-layered MoTe2 due to Schottky barrier reduction induced by ultraviolet ozone treatment显示文摘Doping can improve the band alignment at the metal-semiconductor interface to modify the corresponding Schottky barrier,which is crucial for the realization of high-performance logic components.Here,we systematically investigated a convenient and effective method,ultraviolet ozone treatment,for p-type doping of MoTe2 field-effect transistors to enormously enhance the corresponding electrical performance.The resulted hole concentration and mobility are near 100 times enhanced to be〜1.0×10^13 cm^-2 and 101.4 cm^2/(V·s),respectively,and the conductivity is improved by 5 orders of magnitude.These values are comparable to the highest ones ever obtained via annealing doping or non-lithographic fabrication methods at room temperature.Compared with the pristine one,the photoresponsivity(522 mA/W)is enhanced approximately 100 times.Such excellent performances can be attributed to the sharply reduced Schottky barrier because of the surface charge transfer from MoTe2 to MoOx(x<3),as proved by photoemission spectroscopy.Additionally,the p-doped devices exhibit excellent stability in ambient air.Our findings show significant potential in future nanoelectronic and optoelectronic applications.Xiaoming Zheng Xueao Zhang Yuehua Wei Jinxin Liu Hang Yang Xiangzhe Zhang Shitan Wang Haipeng Xie Chuyun Deng Yongli Gao Han Huang 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:3

5Physicochemical properties and volatile components of hempseed oils in Bama region显示文摘A comparison study has been performed in hempseed oils (HSO) extracted from different cultivars in Bama region. Squeezing properties, chemical compositions, thermal stability and flavor profile of pressed HSO were determined in this study. Results indicated that there were no significant differences in crude fat, protein, fiber of different hempseeds and fatty acid composition in HSOs. Hempseeds with small size and dark-colored peel have lower squeezing oil yield than big ones. Average content of total phytosterol, tocopherol and phenol in HSO from small seeds were 872.0 mg/100 g, 124.1 mg/100 g and 15.5 mg SA/100 g respectively. Thermal oxidation by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) revealed three step oxidation of HSO with mean onset and oxidation temperature at 124oC and 135-315oC. Oxidation temperature of HSO from small seeds was higher than that from big seeds (big size and light-colored peel). Main volatile ingredients in HSO contained 11 kinds of monoterpene and 7 kinds of sesquiterpene. Volatile terpene content in HSO from small seeds was nearly 30% higher than that of big seeds. Quality of HSO with different peel feature has significant difference in squeezing yield, thermal stability and volatile flavors. 6Anisotropic in-plane thermal conductivity for multi-layer WTe_(2)显示文摘Improving thermal transport between substrate and transistors has become a vital solution to the thermal challenge in nanoelectronics.Recently 2D WTe_(2) has sparked extensive interest because of heavy atomic mass and low Debye temperature.Here,the thermal transport of supported WTe_(2) was studied via Raman thermometry with electrical heating.The supported 30 nm WTe2 encased with 70 nm Al_(2)O_(3) delivered 4.8 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)in-plane thermal conductivity along zigzag direction at room temperature,which was almost 1.6 times larger than that along armchair direction(3.0 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)).Interestingly,the superior and inferior directions for thermal transport are just opposite of those for electrical transport.Hence,a heat manipulation model in WTe_(2) FET device was proposed.Within the designed configuration,waste heat in WTe_(2) would be mostly dissipated to metal contacts located along zigzag,relieving the local temperature discrepancy in the channel effectively and preventing degradation or breakdown.Our study provides new insight into thermal transport of anisotropic 2D materials,which might inspire energy-efficient nanodevices in the future.Yuehua Wei Chuyun Deng Xiaoming Zheng Yangbo Chen Xiangzhe Zhang Wei Luo Yi Zhang Gang Peng Jinxin Liu Han Huang Weiwei Cai Qi Ge Renyan Zhang Xueao Zhang Shiqiao Qin 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:1
7Highly in-plane anisotropy of thermal transport in suspended ternary chalcogenide Ta_(2)NiS_(5)显示文摘Energy dissipation has always been an attention-getting issue in modern electronics and the emerging low-symmetry two-dimensional(2D)materials are considered to have broad prospects in solving the energy dissipation problem.Herein the thermal transport of a typical 2D ternary chalcogenide Ta_(2)NiS_(5) is investigated.For the first time we have observed strongly anisotropic in-plane thermal conductivity towards armchair and zigzag axes of suspended few-layer Ta_(2)NiS_(5) flakes through Raman thermometry.For 7-nm-thick Ta_(2)NiS_(5) flakes,theκz i g z a g is 4.76 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) andκa r m c h a i r is 7.79 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1),with a large anisotropic ratio(κa r m c h a i r/κz i g z a g)of 1.64 mainly ascribed to different phonon mean-free-paths along armchair and zigzag axes.Moreover,the thickness dependence of thermal anisotropy is also discussed.As the flake thickness increases,theκa r m c h a i r/κz i g z a g reduces sharply from 1.64 to 1.07.This could be attributed to the diversity in phonon boundary scattering,which decreases faster in zigzag direction than in armchair direction.Such anisotropic property enables heat flow manipulation in Ta_(2)NiS_(5) based devices to improve thermal management and device performance.Our work helps reveal the anisotropy physics of ternary transition metal chalcogenides,along with significant guidance to develop energy-efficient next generation nanodevices.Yue Su Chuyun Deng Jinxin Liu Xiaoming Zheng Yuehua Wei Yangbo Chen Wei Yu Xiao Guo Weiwei Cai Gang Peng Han Huang Xueao Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:1

11Highly anisotropic thermal conductivity of few-layer CrOCl for efficient heat dissipation in graphene device显示文摘With the packing density growing continuously in integrated electronic devices,sufficient heat dissipation becomes a serious challenge.Recently,dielectric materials with high thermal conductivity have brought insight into effective dissipation of waste heat in electronic devices to prevent them from overheating and guarantee the performance stability.Layered CrOCl,an antiferromagnetic insulator with low-symmetry crystal structure and atomic level flatness,might be a promising solution to the thermal challenge.Herein,we have systematically studied the thermal transport of suspended few-layer CrOCl flakes by microRaman thermometry.The CrOCl flakes exhibit high thermal conductivities along zigzag direction,from~392±33 to~1,017±46 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) with flake thickness from 2 to 50 nm.Besides,pronounced thickness-dependent thermal conductivity ratio(/from~2.8±0.24 to~4.3±0.25)has been observed in the CrOCl flakes,attributed to the discrepancy of phonon dispersion and phonon surface scattering.As a demonstration to the heat sink application of layered CrOCl,we then investigate the energy dissipation in graphene devices on CrOCl,SiO_(2) and hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)substrates,respectively.The graphene device temperature rise on CrOCl is only 15.4%of that on SiO_(2) and 30%on h-BN upon the same electric power density,indicating the efficient heat dissipation of graphene device on CrOCl.Our study provides new insights into two-dimentional(2D)dielectric material with high thermal conductivity and strong anisotropy for the application of thermal management in electronic devices.Xiaoming Zheng Yuehua Wei Zhenhua Wei Wei Luo Xiao Guo Xiangzhe Zhang Jinxin Liu Yangbo Chen Gang Peng Weiwei Cai Shiqiao Qin Han Huang Chuyun Deng Xueao Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:1

13Effects of microwave pretreatment on oxidation of pressed rapeseed oil during accelerated storage显示文摘To investigate advantages of microwave pretreatment for oil storage, oxidative stability of pressed rapeseed oil with microwave pretreatment (M-RO) was evaluated, while pressed rapeseed oil (RO) and RO with 200 ppm tertiary butylhydroquinone added (T-RO) were used for comparison. Oil samples were collected after accelerated storage at 60oC in dark for 0-32 d. A total of 37 oxidized volatile compounds were identified and 9 typical key compounds were quantified by solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC/MS). Correlation analysis showed that lipid oxidation parameters and induction time (IP) had significant association with typical indicators of volatile oxidized compounds. Hexanal and (E,E)-2,4-heptadienal were most suitable for differentiating RO sample at different storage times while 1-hexanol, 1-heptanal and (E)-2-octenal were suitable for T-RO sample. To M-RO sample, 5 substances described above together can provide a guide for monitoring lipid oxidation. M-RO has better oxidation resistance than RO, with advantage of 4 d in accelerated conditions both in sensory evaluation and PCA analysis. However, it still produces more volatile oxidized compounds and has higher peroxide value (PV) and p-anisidine value (p-AV) than T-RO sample at any sampling point. Anti-oxidation efficiency of rapeseed oil can be promoted via microwave pretreatment. 14One-step method to simultaneously synthesize separable Te and GeTe nanosheets显示文摘The chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method has been widely used to synthesize high-quality two-dimensional(2D)materials.However,just one type of product can be synthesized by general CVD at one time.Here,we demonstrate a one-step CVD method to simultaneously grow two types of products.Importantly,the products can be completely separated by selecting the deposition region.In detail,the controllable and completely separable growth forα-GeTe and Te nanosheets was realized by using one precursor-GeTe powder through the atmospheric pressure CVD(APCVD)approach.High crystal quality of the as-grownα-GeTe nansosheets and Te nanosheets have been proved by the high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)characterization.Further,the field-effect-transistor(FET)based onα-GeTe nanosheet manifests that the as-grownαGeTe nanosheet is a degenerate semiconductor due to the intrinsic Ge vacancies.Additionally,Te-based FET devices indicate that the good electrical performance of the as-grown Te nanosheet,such as high mobility of 900 cm2·V^(−1)·s^(−1)(at room temperature),high on/off ratio of>106(at 77 K),and good air-stability.The developed one-step CVD method shows the huge potentials for high-efficiency and high-quality material growth.Yuyu Yao Xueying Zhan Chuyun Ding Feng Wang Yanrong Wang Jia Yang Zhenxing Wang Jun He 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0

17Extraction of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum deciduous leaves essential oil using solvent-free microwave extraction: Process optimization and quality evaluation显示文摘The optimal process conditions for solvent-free microwave extraction(SFME)of essential oils from Cinnamomum longepaniculatum deciduous leaves after moisture conditioning were established by response surface methodology(RSM).A Box-Behnken design(BBD)was applied to evaluate the effects of three independent variables:moisture content(A:54%–74%),microwave power(B:300–500 W)and microwave time(C:20–40 min),on the extraction yield of essential oil.The compounds of the essential oils obtained by SFME,hydro-distillation and microwaveassisted hydro-distillation(MADE)were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the total lipids of C.longepaniculatum fresh leaves and deciduous leaves were analyzed.The correlation analysis of the response regression model indicated that quadratic polynomial model could be employed to optimize the extraction of essential oil.The optimal extraction condition was A:58%,B:400 W and C:28 min.In the optimal condition,the maximum extraction yield was 4.475 mL/100 g dw and higher than that by MADE.The main compound of the essential oil was eucalyptol(63.54%),and total oxygenated compounds was 78.95%,mainly caused by SFME and the metabolism of endophytic bacteria with decreasing content of phospholipids and fatty acids.Analysis of variance under the extraction condition illustrated high fitness of the model and the success of RSM for optimizing and reflecting the expected process condition.SFME combined with moisture regulation was an effective method for extracting essential oil from C.longepaniculatum deciduous leaves.Chunlei Wei Chuyun Wan Fenghong Huang Tingting Guo 2023Oil Crop Science2023,8,1:0
18Preparation and bioactivity evaluation of low salt peptide from sunf lower seed meal显示文摘Sunflower seed meal peptide as one sort of bioactive peptide has intensively application prospects. However, preparation of low salt peptide from sunflower seed meal with high efficiency remains a challenge. In this study, single and compound proteases were optimized to hydrolyze protein. Results showed that hydrolysis at pH 7.0 by proteases resulted in ash content in the range of 5.66%-7.37% and small peptides. Among all hydrolysis processes, sequential hydrolysis of Alcalase with Flavourzyme and Alcalase with Protamex showed higher nitrogen recovery ratio (67.66% and 66.49%, respectively). Furthermore, biological activities of peptides were investigated by testing their ABTS (2,2-azinobis (3-ethylben-zothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) diammonium salt) radical scavenging activity, DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazil) radical scavenging activity and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity. Peptide hydrolyzed by Alcalase with Papain presented the highest antioxidant activity, followed by Alcalase with Protamex, with ABTS scavenging rate as 63.01% and 31.75%, and DPPH scavenging rate as 56.04% and 28.06%, respectively. Synchronously, peptide hydrolyzed by Alcalase with Protamex and Alcalase with Alcalase had the highest ACE inhibitory activity (56.74%, 56.76%). In conclusion, hydrolysis by proteases Alcalase with Protamex at pH 7.0 was the most effective method for the preparation of low salt peptide from sunflower seed meal, which could be an alternative for anti-oxidants and anti-vasoconstrictor.Tingting Guo Chuyun Wan Fenghong Huang 2019Oil Crop Science2019,4,2:0
