3Simulating the Effect of Hydrate Dissociation on Wellhead Stability During Oil and Gas Development in Deepwater显示文摘It is well known that methane hydrate has been identified as an alternative resource due to its massive reserves and clean property. However, hydrate dissociation during oil and gas development(OGD) process in deep water can affect the stability of subsea equipment and formation. Currently, there is a serious lack of studies over quantitative assessment on the effects of hydrate dissociation on wellhead stability. In order to solve this problem, ABAQUS finite element software was used to develop a model and to evaluate the behavior of wellhead caused by hydrate dissociation. The factors that affect the wellhead stability include dissociation range, depth of hydrate formation and mechanical properties of dissociated hydrate region. Based on these, series of simulations were carried out to determine the wellhead displacement. The results revealed that, continuous dissociation of hydrate in homogeneous and isotropic formations can causes the non-linear increment in vertical displacement of wellhead. The displacement of wellhead showed good agreement with the settlement of overlying formations under the same conditions. In addition, the shallower and thicker hydrate formation can aggravate the influence of hydrate dissociation on the wellhead stability. Further, it was observed that with the declining elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio, the wellhead displacement increases. 4Single-port transperitoneal robotic-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (spRALP): Initial experience显示文摘Objective:To assess the feasibility of single-port transperitoneal robotic-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(spRALP)and discuss its surgical technique.Methods:A 60-year-old male was admitted with an elevated prostate-specific antigen(PSA)level of 13.89 ng/mL and confirmed with prostate cancer on biopsy showing three of 22 positive cores with a Gleason score of 3þ4=7.Multiparametric magnetic resonance(MR)and bone scintigraphy showed organ-confined disease.spRALP was performed using da Vinci Si HD surgical system,with access of a quadri-channel laparoscopic port placed supraumbilically.Two drainage tubes were placed before wound closure.The surgical procedure was largely in consistence with a conventional robotic-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Results:The surgery was successfully carried out with a duration of 152 min and an estimated blood loss of 100 mL.The patient was discharged on postoperative Day 4 after removal of both pelvic drainage tubes.Foley catheter was removed on postoperative Day 14.No major complications were encountered.Postoperative pathology showed a Gleason score of 3þ4=7 with no extraprostatic extension and negative surgical margins.Conclusion:Single-port robotic prostatectomy is feasible using the currently available robotic instruments in most Chinese robotic urological centers.Meticulous preoperative planning and careful patient selection are mandatory.Further studies concerning perioperative complications and pentafecta outcome compared with the conventional multi-port robotic prostatectomy is required.Yifan Chang Xiaojun Lu Qingliang Zhu Chuanliang Xu Yinghao Sun Shancheng Ren 2019Asian Journal of Urology2019,6,3:9
5Percent free prostate-specific antigen for prostate cancer diagnosis in Chinese men with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng/mL:Results from the Chinese Prostate Cancer Consortium显示文摘Objective:To test the diagnostic performance of percent free prostate-specific antigen(%fPSA)in predicting any prostate cancer(PCa)and high-grade prostate cancer(HGPCa)in a retrospective multi-center biopsy cohort with a PSA level of 4.0e10.0 ng/mL in China.Methods:Consecutive patients with a PSA of 4.0-10.0 ng/mL who underwent transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy were enrolled at 16 Chinese medical centers from January 1st,2010 to December 31st,2013.Total and free serum PSA determinations were performed using three types of electro-chemiluminescence immunoassays recalibrated to the World Health Organization(WHO)standard.The diagnostic accuracy of PSA,%fPSA,and %fPSA in combination with PSA(%fPSA t PSA)was determined using the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC).Results:A total of 2310 consecutive men with PSA levels between 4.0 and 10.0 ng/mL were included,and the detection rate of PCa was 25.1%.The AUC of%fPSA and %fPSA t PSA in predicting any PCa was superior to PSA alone in men aged≥60 years(0.623 vs.0.534,p<0.0001)but not in men aged 40e59 years(0.517 vs.0.518,p=0.939).Similar result was yield in predicting HGPCa.Conclusion:In a clinical setting of Chinese men with 4.0e10.0 ng/mL PSA undergoing initial prostate biopsy,adding %fPSA to PSA can moderately improve the diagnostic accuracy for any PCa and HGPCa compared with PSA alone in patients≥60 but not in patients aged 40-59 years.Rui Chen Liping Xie Xiaobing Cai Yiran Huang Liqun Zhou Lulin Ma Xu Gao Chuanliang Xu Shancheng Ren Pengfei Shao Danfeng Xu Kexin Xu Zhangqun Ye Chunxiao Liu Dingwei Ye Li Lu Qiang Fu Jianquan Hou Jianlin Yuan Dalin He Tie Zhou Fubo Wang Biming He Yinghao Sun 2015Asian Journal of Urology2015,2,2:8
6Numerical Analysis of Wellbore Instability in Gas Hydrate Formation During Deep-Water Drilling显示文摘Gas hydrate formation may be encountered during deep-water drilling because of the large amount and wide distribution of gas hydrates under the shallow seabed of the South China Sea. Hydrates are extremely sensitive to temperature and pressure changes, and drilling through gas hydrate formation may cause dissociation of hydrates, accompanied by changes in wellbore temperatures, pore pressures, and stress states, thereby leading to wellbore plastic yield and wellbore instability. Considering the coupling effect of seepage of drilling fluid into gas hydrate formation, heat conduction between drilling fluid and formation, hydrate dissociation, and transformation of the formation framework, this study established a multi-field coupling mathematical model of the wellbore in the hydrate formation. Furthermore, the influences of drilling fluid temperatures, densities, and soaking time on the instability of hydrate formation were calculated and analyzed. Results show that the greater the temperature difference between the drilling fluid and hydrate formation is, the faster the hydrate dissociates, the wider the plastic dissociation range is, and the greater the failure width becomes. When the temperature difference is greater than 7℃, the maximum rate of plastic deformation around the wellbore is more than 10%, which is along the direction of the minimum horizontal in-situ stress and associated with instability and damage on the surrounding rock. The hydrate dissociation is insensitive to the variation of drilling fluid density, thereby implying that the change of the density of drilling fluids has a minimal effect on the hydrate dissociation. Drilling fluids that are absorbed into the hydrate formation result in fast dissociation at the initial stage. As time elapses, the hydrate dissociation slows down, but the risk of wellbore instability is aggravated due to the prolonged submersion in drilling fluids. For the sake of the stability of the wellbore in deep-water drilling through hydrate formation, the drilling fluid with low temperatures should be given priority. 7Three-dimensional printing technique assisted cognitive fusion in targeted prostate biopsy显示文摘Objective:To explore the effect of 3-dimensional(3D)printing-assisted cognitive fusion on improvement of the positive rate in prostate biopsy.Methods:From August to December 2014,16 patients with suspected prostatic lesions detected by multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)were included.Targeted prostate biopsy was performed with the use of prostate 3D reconstruction modeling,computersimulated biopsy,3D printing,and cognitive fusion biopsy.All patients had received 3.0 T multiparametric MRI before biopsy.The DICOM MRI files were imported to medical imaging processing software for 3D reconstruction modeling to generate a printable.stl file for 3D printing with use of transparent resin as raw material.We further performed a targeted 2-to 3-core biopsy at suspected lesions spotted on MRI.Results:For the 16 patients in the present study,3D modeling with cognitive fusion-based targeted biopsy was successfully performed.For a single patient,1e2 lesions(average:1.1 lesions)were discovered,followed by 2-6 cores(average:2.4 cores)added as targeted biopsy.Systematic biopsies accounted for 192 cores in total,with a positive rate of 22.4%;targeted biopsies accounted for 39 cores in total,with a positive rate of 46.2%.Among these cases,10 patients(62.5%)were diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma,in which seven were discovered by both systematic and targeted biopsy,one was diagnosed by systematic biopsy only,and two were diagnosed by targeted biopsy only.For systematic biopsy,Gleason score ranged from 6 to 8(average:7),while that for targeted biopsy ranged from 6 to 9(average:7.67).Among the seven patients that were diagnosed by both systematic and targeted biopsy,three(42.8%)were reported with a higher Gleason score in targeted therapy than in systematic biopsy.Conclusion:3D printing-assisted cognitive fusion technique markedly promoted positive rate in prostate biopsy,and reduced missed detection in high-risk prostate cancer.Yan Wang Xu Gao Qingsong Yang Haifeng Wang Ting Shi Yifan Chang Chuanliang Xu Yinghao Sun 2015Asian Journal of Urology2015,2,4:6

9Flexible and stable 3D lithium metal anodes based on self-standing MXene/COF frameworks for high-performance lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium metal(Li)is believed to be the ultimate anode for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)owing to the advantages of high theoretical capacity,the lowest electrochemical potential,and light weight.Nevertheless,issues such as uncontrollable growth of Li dendrites,large volume changes,high chemical reactivity,and unstable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)hinder its rapid development and practical application.Herein a stable and dendrite-free Li-metal anode is obtained by designing a flexible and freestanding MXene/COF framework for metallic Li.COF-LZU1 microspheres are distributed among the MXene film framework.Lithiophilic COF-LZU1 microspheres as nucleation seeds can promote uniform Li nucleation by homogenizing the Li^(+)flux and lowering the nucleation barrier,finally resulting in dense and dendrite-free Li deposition.Under the regulation of the COF-LZU1 seeds,the Coulombic efficiency of the MXene/COF-LZU1 framework and electrochemical stability of corresponding symmetric cells are obviously enhanced.Li-S full cells with the modified Li-metal anode and sulfurized polyacrylonitrile(S@PAN)cathode also exhibited a superior electrochemical performance.Chuanliang Wei Yusheng Wang Yuchan Zhang Liwen Tan Yi Qian Yuan Tao Shenglin Xiong Jinkui Feng 2021Nano Research2021,14,10:5

11Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery in urology: The Chinese experience显示文摘Objective:To describe the Chinese experience of natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES)in urology.Methods:From December 2008 to May 2017,35 animal experiments and 305 clinical surgeries of NOTES or natural orifices specimen extractions(NOSE)were performed in China.The animal experiments included five kidney biopsies,24 nephrectomies and six partial nephrectomies.The clinical surgeries included 12 transvaginal NOSE(TV-NOSE),266 hybrid transvaginal NOTES(TV-NOTES)and 27 pure TV-NOTES.The TV-NOSE procedure was performed in five transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site(U-LESS)nephrectomies,four suprapubic-assisted laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(SA-LESS)nephroureterectomies,and three laparoscopic radical cystectomies.The hybrid TV-NOTES procedure included 210 nephrectomies,31 adrenalectomies,eight nephroureterectomies,13 partial nephrectomies,and four heminephrectomies.The pure TV-NOTES procedure included five renal cyst decortications and 22 nephrectomies.Results:A total of 29 animal experiments were successfully performed.One partial nephrectomy was converted to standard laparoscopic surgery.Two kidney biopsies and two nephrectomies were unsuccessful.A total of 297 clinical surgeries were successfully performed.Six patients who underwent hybrid TV-NOTES were converted to open surgery.Two patients who underwent pure TV-NOTES were converted to SA-LESS.There were 22 major complications,16 occurred intraoperatively and six postoperatively.The mean visual analog score(VAS)of 48 h after the operation was 2.5 points in TV-NOSE,2.3 points in hybrid TV-NOTES and 1.7 points in pure TV-NOTES.The mean follow-up of 50.6(3.0-87.0)months showed that all patients were in good condition.The umbilicus scars were nearly invisible in TV-NOSE and hybrid TV-NOTES.The vaginal incision healed well.Conclusions:TV-NOSE and TV-NOTES are feasible,safe,and effective with little injury,low pain,fast recovery,and good cosmetic outcomes in properly selected patients.They are worth consideration for urological clinical practice.Xiaofeng Zou Guoxi Zhang Tianpeng Xie Yuanhu Yuan Rihai Xiao Gengqing Wu Xiaoning Wang Hui Xu Folin Liu Yuting Wu Yunfeng Liao Quanliang Liu Yinghao Sun Bo Yang Linhui Wang Chuanliang Xu Xiaofeng Gao 2020Asian Journal of Urology2020,7,1:5

13Self-assembled, highly-lithiophilic and well-aligned biomass engineered MXene paper enables dendrite-free lithium metal anode in carbonate-based electrolyte显示文摘Lithium metal anode is the ideal candidate for high-energy–density rechargeable batteries.However,uncontrolled dendrite growth hampers its commercialization.Herein,a dendrite-free composite Li metal anode is realized by a flexible,freestanding,well-aligned and highly-lithiophilic MXene paper designed by a facile electrostatic self-assembly of the exfoliated MXene nanosheets and natural polysaccharidechitosan (MX@CS).The MX@CS paper gets a well-aligned layered-3D structure with a micro-crumpled surface that can effectively decrease the local current density,guide even Li plating and suppress dendritic Li growth.More importantly,surface-adsorbed chitosan endows enhanced lithiophilicity for MXene substrate and thus reduces the Li nucleation overpotential,which is confirmed by the density functional theory calculations.Abundant lithiophilic groups on MX@CS surface provide highconcentration Li^(+)anchoring site promoting Li nucleation and laterally inducing uniform Li deposition,which effectively avoids the formation of dendritic Li.As a result,the MX@CS-Li anode with a dendrite-free Li morphology shows a significantly improved cycling life in commercial carbonatebased electrolyte.When coupled with LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)cathode,the full cell exhibits a low capacity decay and steady ultrahigh Coulombic efficiency of 99.6%at a current density of 5C.These findings develop a new approach for designing high-performance metal-based rechargeable batteries.Liwen Tan Chuanliang Wei Yuchan Zhang Shenglin Xiong Hui Li Jinkui Feng 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:4
14Comparative transcriptome study provides insights into acquisition of embryogenic ability in upland cotton during somatic embryogenesis显示文摘Background: The conversion from non-embryogenic callus(NEC) to embryogenic callus(EC) is the key bottleneck step in regeneration of upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum), and hinders the transgenic breeding of upland cotton.To investigate molecular mechanisms underlying acquisition of embryogenic potential during this process, comparation analysis of transcriptome dynamics between two upland cotton cultivars with different somatic embryogenesis abilities was conducted.Results: Differentially expressed genes involved in the transformation from NEC to EC were detected in the two different cultivars. Principal component analysis based on DEGs showed that the NEC tissues of the two cultivars were highly heterogeneous, whereas the derived EC tissues were similar, which suggested the homogeneousness of EC between different lines. In the highly embryogenic cultivar CCRI 24, more of these genes were down-regulated, whereas,in the recalcitrant cultivar CCRI 12, more were up-regulated. Bioinformatics analysis on these DEGs showed that the vast majority of differentially expressed genes were enriched in metabolism and secondary metabolites biosynthesis pathways. Flavonoid biosynthesis and phenylpropanoid biosynthesis pathways were enriched in both cultivars,and the associated genes were down-regulated more in CCRI 24 than in CCRI 12. We deduced that vigorous secondary metabolism in CCRI 12 may hinder primary metabolism, resulting in tardiness of cell differentiation.Interestingly, genes involved in the plant hormone signal transduction pathway were enriched in the recalcitrant cultivar CCRI 12 but not in CCRI 24, suggesting more radical regulation of hormone signal transduction in the recalcitrant cultivar. Signal transduction rather than biosynthesis of plant hormones is more likely to be the determining factor triggering NEC to EC transition in recalcitrant cotton lines. Transcription factor encoding genes showed differential regulation between two cultivars.Conclusions: Our study provides valuable information about the molecular mechanism of conversion from NEC to EC in cotton and allows for identification of novel genes involved. 15The rice Raf-like MAPKKK OsILA1 confers broad-spectrum resistance to bacterial blight by suppressing the OsMAPKK4-OsMAPK6 cascade显示文摘Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase(MAPKKK)are the first components of MAPK cascades,which play pivotal roles in signaling during plant development and physiological processes.The genome of rice encodes 75 MAPKKKs,of which 43 are Raf-like MAPKKKs.The functions and action modes of most of the Raf-like MAPKKKs,whether they function as bona fide MAPKKKs and which are their downstream MAPKKs,are largely unknown.Here,we identified the osmapkkk43 mutant,which conferred broad-spectrum resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo),the destructive bacterial pathogen of rice.Oryza sativa(Os)MAPKKK43 encoding a Raf-like MAPKKK was previously known as Increased Leaf Angle 1(OsILA1).Genetic analysis indicated that OsILA1 functioned as a negative regulator and acted upstream of the OsMAPKK4-OsMAPK6 cascade in rice-Xoo interactions.Unlike classical MAPKKKs,OsILA1 mainly phosphorylated the threonine 34 site at the N-terminal domain of OsMAPKK4,which possibly influenced the stability of OsMAPKK4.The N-terminal domain of OsILA1 is required for its homodimer formation and its full phosphorylation capacity.Taken together,our findings reveal that OsILA1 acts as a negative regulator of the OsMAPKK4-OsMAPK6 cascade and is involved in rice-Xoo interactions.Jie Chen Lihan Wang Zeyu Yang Hongbo Liu Chuanliang Chu Zhenzhen Zhang Qinglu Zhang Xianghua Li Jinghua Xiao Shiping Wang Meng Yuan 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,10:3

18SINAT E3 ligases regulate the stability of the ESCRT component FREE1 in response to iron deficiency in plants显示文摘The endosomal sorting complex required for transport (ESCRT) machinery is an ancient, evolutionarily conserved membrane remodeling complex that is es-sential for multivesicular body (MVB) biogenesis in eu-karyotes. FYVE DOMAIN PROTEIN REQUIRED FOR EN-DOSOMAL SORTING 1 (FREE1), which was previously identified as a plant-specific ESCRT component, modu-lates MVB-mediated endosomal sorting and autophagic degradation. Although the basic cellular functions of FREE1 as an ESCRT component have been described, the regulators that control FREE1 turnover remain unknown. Here, we analyzed how FREE1 homeostasis is mediated by the RING-finger E3 ubiquitin ligases, SINA of Arabi-dopsis thaliana (SINATs), in response to iron deficiency. Under iron-deficient growth conditions, SINAT1-4 were induced and ubiquitinated FREE1, thereby promoting its degradation and relieving the repressive effect of FREE1 on iron absorption. By contrast, SINAT5, another SINAT member that lacks ubiquitin ligase activity due to the absence of the RING domain, functions as a protector protein which stabilizes FREE1. 19Property Preservation of Petri Synthesis Net Based Representation for Embedded Systems显示文摘Embedded systems have numerous applications in everyday life.Petri-net-based representation for embedded systems(PRES+)is an important methodology for the modeling and analysis of these embedded systems.For a large complex embedded system,the state space explosion is a difficult problem for PRES+to model and analyze.The Petri net synthesis method allows one to bypass the state space explosion issue.To solve this problem,as well as model and analyze large complex systems,two synthesis methods for PRES+are presented in this paper.First,the property preservation of the synthesis shared transition set method is investigated.The property preservation of the synthesis shared transition subnet set method is then studied.An abstraction-synthesis-refinement representation method is proposed.Through this representation method,the synthesis shared transition set approach is used to investigate the property preservation of the synthesis shared transition subnet set operation.Under certain conditions,several important properties of these synthetic nets are preserved,namely reachability,timing,functionality,and liveness.An embedded control system model is used as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of these synthesis methods for PRES+.Chuanliang Xia Chengdong Li 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,4:2
20[2+2]Photocycloaddition Reaction Regulated the Stability and Morphology of Hydrogels显示文摘Photoresponsive supramolecular gels as intelligent non-invasive responsive materials can undergo changes in color,state,morphology and electronic properties upon photo irradiation,making them attractive for a variety of applications.Herein,a novel supramolecular hydrogelator DBE with 1,4-divinylbenzene as the central core,connected via amide linkage to l-phenylalanine and peripheral hydrophilic groups,was designed to evaluate the effect of[2+2]photocycloaddition reaction on supramolecular hydrogels.UV irradiation decreases the solubility of the hydrogelator DBE and hence,causes the destruction of the gel.SEM images clearly show that irradiation with UV light could induce disintegration of the right-handed helical nanofibers entangled network,which turns into nanoparticles and eventually massive crystals.Circular dichroism and vibrational circular dichroism data also indicate the formation of right-handed helical nanofibers in DBE gel.FTIR and MALDI-TOF-MS spectrum confirm that the variation of stability and aggregated morphology of DBE gel after UV irradiation is attributed to[2+2]cycloaddition reaction of vinyl units.This study presents a wonderful model for regulating the stability and aggregated morphology of supramolecular hydrogels via photo irradiation,as well as offers new ideas for designing novel photo responsive materials.Ting Peng Auphedeous Yinme Dang-i Jinying Liu Chuanliang Feng 2019Advanced Fiber Materials2019,1,3:2
