| 1 | 基于PMU的输电线路参数识别在南方电网的实时应用(英文)显示文摘传统的线路阻抗参数计算方法实质上是一种近似方法,只是估计了线路的长度和弧垂,但忽略了气温变化对线路参数的影响。近年来相量测量单元技术的发展使得利用PMU更精确地计算线路阻抗参数成为可能。随着电网系统中安装了越来越多的PMU,南方电网开发并实施了一套基于相量测量单元的电力线路阻抗参数在线计算系统TPIS,用以更新能量管理系统数据库中的线路阻抗参数。TPIS创新性地提出了一种利用PMU进行电力线路参数在线计算的方法。该方法对现有方法进行了改进,在利用EMS中线路参数时考虑了参数误差,同时增加了物理性约束条件,从而使得该方法能够应对目前实际系统不同运行状态下PMU数据精度的不确定性,解决了对高精度PMU数据的依赖。此外,TPIS通过对在线获取的PMU数据进行多次重复采样,并对多次采样的计算结果进行统计学分析,提出了一种可以用来评估计算结果可信度的指标。 | 赵旋宇 周华锋 史迪 赵化时 荆朝阳 Chris Jones | 2015 | 南方电网技术2015，9，6： | 12 |
