1Rupture segmentation and slip partitioning of the mid-eastern part of the Kunlun Fault,north Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The Kunlun Fault,an active fault on the border between the Bayan Har and Kunlun-Qaidam blocks,is one of the major left lateral strike-slip faults in the Tibetan Plateau.Previous research has not reached a consensus on agreeable slip rates along much of its length and the slip rate gradient along the eastern part,both of which play critical roles in a range of models for the eastward extrusion and thickened crust of the Tibetan Plateau.New slip rates have been determined at sites along the eastern part of the Kunlun Fault by dating deposits and measuring atop displaced fluvial terrace risers.Field investigations and interpretation of satellite images reveal geometrical features of the fault and the late Quaternary offset,new earthquake ruptures and surface-rupturing segmentation,from which long-term slip rates and earthquake recurrence intervals on the fault are estimated.The tectonic geomorphology method has determined that the long-term horizontal slip rates on the Tuosuohu,Maqin and Maqu segments from west to east are 11.2±1,9.3±2,and 4.9±1.3 mm/a while their vertical slip rates are 1.2±0.2,0.7±0.1,and 0.3 mm/a in the late Quaternary.Results indicate that the slip rates regularly decrease along the eastern ~300 km of the fault from >10 to <5 mm/a.This is consistent with the decrease in the gradient such that at the slip rate break point is at the triple point intersection with the transverse fault,which in turn is transformed to the Awancang Fault.The vector decomposition for this tectonic transformation shows that the western and eastern branches of the Awancang Fault fit the slip-partitioning mode.The slip rate of the southwestern wall is 4.6 mm/a relative to the northeastern wall and the slip direction is 112.1°.The mid-eastern part of the Kunlun Fault can be divided into three independent segments by the A'nyêmaqên double restraining bend and the Xigongzhou intersection zone,which compose the surface rupture segmentation indicators for themselves as well as the ending point of the 1937 M7.5 Tuosuohu earthquake.The average recurrence interval of the characteristic earthquakes are estimated to be 500-1000 a,respectively.The latest earthquake ruptures occurred in AD 1937 on the western Tuosuohu segment,as compared to ~514-534 a BP on the Maqin segment,and ~1055 to 1524 a BP on the Maqu segment.This may indicate a unidirectional migration for surface rupturing earthquakes along the mid-eastern Kunlun Fault related to stress triggered between these segments.Meanwhile,the long-term slip rate is obtained through the single event offset and the recurrence interval,which turn out to be the same results as those determined by the offset tectonic geomorphology method,i.e.,the decreasing gradient corresponds to the geometrical bending and the fault's intersection with the transverse fault.Therefore,the falling slip rate gradient of the mid-eastern Kunlun Fault is mainly caused by eastward extension of the fault and its intersection with the transverse fault.LI ChenXia XU XiWei WEN XueZe ZHENG RongZhang CHEN GuiHua YANG Hu AN YanFen GAO Xiang 2011Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,11:33

4Co-Co304@carbon core-shells derived from metal-organic framework nanocrystals as efficient hydrogenevolution catalysts显示文摘Controllable pyrolysis of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) in confined spacesis a promising strategy for the design and development of advanced functionalmaterials. In this study, Co-C0304@carbon composites were synthesized viapyrolysis of a Co-MOFs@glucose polymer (Co-MOFs@GP) followed by partialoxidation of Co nanoparticles (NPs). The pyrolysis of Co-MOFs@GP generated acore-shell structure composed of carbon shells and Co NPs. The controlled partialoxidation of Co NPs formed Co-Co304 heterojunctions confined in carbon shells.Compared with Co-MOFs@GP and Co@carbon-n (Co@C-n), Co-C0304@carbon-n(Co-Co304@C-n) exhibited higher catalytic activity during NaBH4 hydrolysis.Co-C0304@C-II provided a maximum specific H2 generation rate of5,360 mL.min-l.gco-1 at room temperature due to synergistic interactionsbetween Co and C0304 NPs. 6Development and validation of a UPLC–MS/MS assay for the determination of gemcitabine and its L-carnitine ester derivative in rat plasma and its application in oral pharmacokinetics显示文摘A simple and rapid UPLC–MS/MS method to simultaneously determine gemcitabine and its L-carnitine ester derivative(2’-deoxy-2’, 2’-difluoro-N-((4-amino-4-oxobutanoyl) oxy)-4-(trimethyl amm-onio) butanoate-cytidine, JDR) in rat plasma was developed and validated.The conventional plasma sample preparation method of nucleoside analogues is solidphase extraction(SPE) which is time-consuming and cost-expensive. In this study, gradient elution with small particles size solid phase was applied to effectively separate gemcitabine and JDR, and protein precipitation pretreatment was adopted to remove plasma protein and extract the analytes with high recovery(>81%). Method validation was performed as per the FDA guidelines, and the standard curves were found to be linear in the range of 5–4000 ng/ml for JDR and 4–4000 ng/ml for gemcitabine, respectively. The lower limit of quantitation(LLOQ)of gemcitabine and JDR was 4 and 5 ng/ml, respectively. The intra-day and inter-day precision and accuracy results were within the acceptable limits. 13A first-principles study of reaction mechanism over carbon decorated oxygen-deficient TiO_(2) supported Pd catalyst in direct synthesis of H_(2)O_(2)显示文摘The choice of support is one of the most significant components in the direct synthesis of H_(2)O_(2).Aiming to improvement of activity and selectivity of H_(2)O_(2) on Pd/TiO_(2) surface,we systematically investigated the important elementary steps on Pd/TiO_(2)-Vo@C,Pd/TiO_(2)-Vo,Pd/TiO_(2)-2 Vo,Pd/TiO_(2),and Pd/C using the first-principles calculations.The Bader charge analysis and charge density difference of O_(2) adsorption elucidate the relationship between the electronic distribution and chemisorption energy.The effective barrier analysis further enables to quantitatively estimate the reactivity of H_(2)O_(2) and H2O.We demonstrate unambiguously that the selectivity of H2O formation is boosted as the oxygen vacancy concentration raised.Moreover,the introduction of C into a TiO_(2) with appropriate oxygen vacancies can slightly reduce the effective barrier for H_(2)O_(2) formation and increase the effective barrier for H2O formation leading to a higher activity and selectivity of H_(2)O_(2) formation.Our finding suggests that carbon-doped oxygen vacancy TiO_(2) supported Pd is potential alternative catalyst compared with the Pd/TiO_(2).Zihao Yao Jinyan Zhao Chenxia Zhao Shengwei Deng Guilin Zhuang Xing Zhong Zhongzhe Wei Yang Li Shibin Wang Jianguo Wang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,3:1

15Broadband cross-circular polarization carpet cloaking based on a phase change material metasurface in the mid-infrared region显示文摘In view of the fact that most invisibility devices focus on linear polarization cloaking and that the characteristics of mid-infrared cloaking are rarely studied,we propose a cross-circularly polarized invisibility carpet cloaking device in the mid-infrared band.Based on the Pancharatnam–Berry phase principle,the unit cells with the cross-circular polarization gradient phase were carefully designed and constructed into a metasurface.In order to achieve tunable cross-circular polarization carpet cloaks,a phase change material is introduced into the design of the unit structure.When the phase change material is in amorphous and crystalline states,the proposed metasurface unit cells can achieve highefficiency cross-polarization conversion,and reflection intensity can be tuned.According to the phase compensation principle of carpet cloaking,we construct a metasurface cloaking device with a phase gradient using the designed unit structure.From the near-and far-field distributions,the cross-circular polarization cloaking property is confirmed in the broadband wavelength range of 9.3–11.4μm.The proposed cloaking device can effectively resist detection of cross-circular polarization.Bo Fang Dantian Feng Peng Chen Lijiang Shi Jinhui Cai Jianmin Li Chenxia Li Zhi Hong Xufeng Jing 2022Frontiers of physics2022,17,5:1

17Classification of metabolic-associated fatty liver disease subtypes based on TCM clinical phenotype显示文摘Objective:To classify the subtypes of metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)and provide new insights into the heterogeneity of MAFLD.Methods:Electronic medical records(EMR)of MAFLD diagnosed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2016-2020 were included in the study.for physical annotation,and the data on each clinical phenotype was normalized according to corresponding aspirational standards.The MAFLD heterogeneous medical record network(HEMnet)was constructed using sex,age,disease diagnosis,symptoms,and Western medicine prescriptions as nodes and the co-occurrence times between phenotypes as edges.K-means clustering was used for disease classification.Relative risk(RR)was used to assess the specificity of each phenotype.Statistical methods were used to compare differences in laboratory indicators among subtypes.Results:A total of patients(12,626)with a mean age of 55.02(±14.21)years were included in the study.MAFLD can be divided into five subtypes:digestive diseases(C0),mental disorders and gynecological diseases(C1),chronic liver diseases and decompensated complications(C2),diabetes mellitus and its complications(C3),and immune joint system diseases(C4).Conclusions:Patients with MAFLD experience various symptoms and complications.The classification of MAFLD based on the HEMnet method is highly reliable.Chenxia Lu Hui Zhu Mingzhong Xiao Xiaodong Li 2023Gastroenterology & Hepatology Research2023,5,1:0
18Value of Apparent Diffusion Coefficient(ADC) of Diffusion eighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Common Renal Disease Diagnosis显示文摘Objective:To find the value of the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging of common renal diseases. Methods: There were 30 healthy subjects and 81 patients with renal lesions (56 cases of renal carcinoma, 18 lesions of 12 cases of renal angiomyolipoma, and 21 lesions of 13 cases of renal cysts). Conventional magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging were carried out. We measured the average ADC value of the renal lesions and normal kidneys. ADC maps from different b values were generated by a statistical package. Results: The ADC values of normal kidneys with three different motion-probing gradients(b=500, 800, 1000 sec/mm2) were 2.78±0.14×10-3mm2s-1, 2.45±0.13×10-3mm2s-1, 2.13±0.14×10-3mm2s- 1, respectively. The ADC values of renal cell carcinoma with three different motion-probing gradients(b=500, 800, 1000 sec/mm2) were 1.63±0.14×10-3mm2s-1, 1.31±0.18×10-3mm2s-1, 1.07±0.15×10-3mm2s-1, respectively. Among the renal cell carcinoma, the ADC value of clear cell type were 1.67±0.09×10-3mm2s-1, 1.36±0.13×10-3mm2s-1, 1.15±0.14×10-3mm2s-1,respectively; the ADC values of granular cell type were 1.59±0.19×10-3mm2s-1, 1.25±0.22×10-3mm2s-1, 0.97±0.12×10-3mm2s-1, respectively. The ADC values of renal angiomyolipoma with three different motion-probing gradients(b=500, 800, 1000 sec/mm2) were 0.88±0.08×10-3mm2s-1, 0.63±0.07× 10-3mm2s-1, 0.43±0.04×10-3mm2s-1, respectively. The ADC values of renal cystic lesions with three different motion-probing gradients (b=500, 800, 1000 sec/mm2) were 3.73±0.18×10-3mm2s-1, 3.44±0.13×10-3mm2s-1, 3.09±0.21×10-3mm2s-1, respectively. Statisti- cally significant differences exists between the ADC values of normal kidney, renal carcinomas, renal angiomyolipomas and renal cysts when the b value is the same. Among the different cell types of renal carcinomas, the ADC value of granular cell carcinoma is lower than that of clear cell carcinomas. Conclusion: It is of benefit in diagnosing and distinguishing between benign and malignant renal tumors to know the ADC values in diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging.
