1Lignin Interaction with Cellulase during Enzymatic Hydrolysis显示文摘The conversion of lignocellulosic biomass into biofuels or biochemicals typically involves a pretreatment process followed by the enzyme-catalyzed hydrolysis of cellulose and hemicellulose components to fermentable sugars.Many factors can contribute to the recalcitrance of biomass,e.g.,the lignin content and structure,crystallinity of cellulose,degree of fiber polymerization,and hemicellulose content,among others.However,nonproductive binding between cellulase and lignin is the factor with the greatest impact on enzymatic hydrolysis.To reduce the nonproductive adsorption of enzymes on lignin and improve the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis,this review comprehensively summarized the progress that has been made in understanding the interactions between lignin and enzymes.Firstly,the effects of pretreatment techniques on lignin content and enzymatic hydrolysis were reviewed.The effects of lignin content and functional groups on enzymatic hydrolysis were then summarized.Methods for the preparation and characterization of lignin films were assessed.Finally,the methods applied to characterize the interactions between lignin and cellulase were reviewed,and methods for decreasing the nonproductive binding of enzymes to lignin were discussed.This review provides an overview of the current understanding of how lignin hinders the enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass,and provides a theoretical basis for the development of more economical and effective methods and additives to reduce the interaction of lignin and enzymes to improve the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis.Mingfu Li Qingtong Zhang Changzhou Chen Shuangfei Wang Douyong Min 2019Paper And Biomaterials2019,4,4:12
2Spatial heterogeneity and source apportionment of soil metal(loid)s in an abandoned lead/zinc smelter显示文摘Metal smelting have brought severe metal(loid)s contamination to the soil.Spatial distribution and pollution source analysis for soil metal(loid)s in an abandoned lead/zinc smelter were studied.The results showed that soil was contaminated heavily withmetal(loid)s.The mean of lead(Pb),arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),mercury(Hg)and antimony(Sb)content in topsoil is 9.7,8.2,5.0,2.3,and 1.2 times higher than the risk screening value for soil contamination of development land of China(GB36600-2018),respectively.Cd ismainly enriched in the 0–6mdepth of site soil while As and Pbmainly deposited in the 0–4mlayer.The spatial distribution of soil metal(loid)s is significantly correlated with the pollution source in the different functional areas of smelter.As,Hg,Sb,Pb and copper(Cu)were mainly distributed in pyrometallurgical area,while Cd,thallium(Tl)and zinc(Zn)was mainly existed in both hydrometallurgical area and raw material storage area.Soil metal(loid)s pollution sources in the abandoned smelter are mainly contributed to the anthropogenic sources,accounting for 84.5%.Specifically,Pb,Tl,As,Hg,Sb and Cumainly from atmospheric deposition(55.9%),Cd and Zn mainly from surface runoff(28.6%),While nickel(Ni)mainly comes from parent material(15.5%).The results clarified the spatial distribution and their sources in different functional areas of the smelter,providing a new thought for the risk prevention and control of metal(loid)s in polluted site soil.Yunxia Zhang Tianshuang Li Zhaohui Guo Huimin Xie Zhihao Hu Hongzhen Ran Changzhou Li Zhichao Jiang 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,5:5
3Laser irradiation construction of nanomaterials toward electrochemical energy storage and conversion:Ongoing progresses and challenges显示文摘The emerging use of laser irradiation in synthesis smartly bridges“nanotech-nology”and“light”,and has attracted enormous attention as an efficient syn-thetic methodology for versatile nanomaterials toward electrochemical energy storage and conversion devices(ESCDs).In this review,recent contributions and progress regarding the laser-induced nanomaterials for ESCDs are com-prehensively summarized,with a special focus on their practical utilization in rechargeable batteries,supercapacitors and electrocatalysis.The laser-induced synthesis strategies and corresponding mechanisms involved in nano-architecture generation/regulation,including pulsed laser deposition and laser irradiation in liquid,are also discussed in detail.With the in-depth insights into the mechanisms and revolutionary advancements of laser irradiation tech-nology,the comprehensive performances of ESCDs have been strikingly opti-mized.Finally,the existing challenges and future directions in this booming research field are outlined.This review will exert the significant guidance for future design and purposeful fabrication of advanced laser-induced nano-materials with appealing properties for advanced ESCDs and beyond.Li Li Jinyang Zhang Yuyan Wang Fakhr Uz Zaman Yaming Zhang Linrui Hou Changzhou Yuan 2021InfoMat2021,3,12:2
4Overview on Resonance Characteristics and Resonance Suppression Strategy of Multi-Parallel Photovoltaic Inverters显示文摘Photovoltaic(PV)inverters have been widely used in large-scale PV power generation systems to reduce the system mismatch and increase the output power.With the increasing installed capacity of PV power stations,the number of string PV inverters increases,which brings about risk of inverter resonance and influences the quality and stability of multi-parallel inverters grid-connected system.Thus,the problems of multi-parallel inverters resonance have become a hot research topic.This paper is focused on the case of grid-connected string PV inverter systems,and the grid-connected PV inverter resonance where resonance suppression strategy will be analyzed and discussed.Firstly,the structure of string PV inverter and multi-parallel inverters system are presented.Secondly,discussions are made about the model of multi-parallel inverters system and its resonance characteristics based on the multi-input-multi-output(MIMO)system,Norton equivalent circuit and carrier synchronization.Thirdly,two strategies of^inverter level'and'system level'are provided to summarize the multi-parallel inverters resonance suppression strategy.Finally,the development tendency of resonance suppression strategy and conclusions are prospected.Xing Zhang Changzhou Yu Fang Liu Fei Li Haizhen Xu 2016Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2016,2,1:2

8Age and geochemistry of Early Ordovician A-type granites in the Northeastern Songnen Block,NE China显示文摘Early Ordovician A-type granites in the northeastern(NE) Songnen Block NE China were studied to better understand the geodynamic settings in this region.This research presents new zircon U–Pb ages and wholerock geochemical data for the Early Ordovician granites in the NE Songnen Block. Zircon U–Pb dating indicates that the granite in the Cuibei, Hongxing, and Meixi areas in the NE Songnen Block formed in the Early Ordovician with ages of 471–479 Ma. The granites show geochemical characteristics of high SiO2 and K2 O compositions and low FeOT, MgO, CaO, and P2 O5 compositions. They belong to a high K calc-alkaline series and display a weak peraluminous featurPe with A/CNK values of 0.98–1.14. The rocks have aREE composition of 249.98–423.94 ppm,and are enriched in LREE with(La/Yb)Nvalues of2.87–9.87, and display obvious Eu anomalies(d Eu =0.01–0.29). Trace elements of the studied granites are characterized by enrichment in Rb, Th, U, Pb, Hf, and Sm,and depletion of Ba, Nb, Ta, and Sr. They display geochemical features of high Zr +Y + Nb+Ce values(324–795 ppm) and Ga/Al ratios consistent with A-type granites. Based on particular geochemical features, such as high Rb/Nb(7.98–24.19) and Y/Nb(1.07–3.43), the studied A-type granites can be further classified as an A2-type subgroup. This research indicates that the Early Ordovician A-type granites were formed by the partial melting of ancient crust in an extensional setting. Lower Sr/Y and(Ho/Yb)Nratios indicate that plagioclase and amphibole are residual in the source, and garnet is absent, implying that the magma was generated at low levels of pressure. By contrast, the contemporaneous granites in the SE Xing'an Block suggest a subduction-related tectonic setting, and its adakitic property indicates a thickened continental crust.We suggest that the Paleo-Asian Ocean plate between the Xing'an and Songnen blocks subducted northward during the Early Ordovician. 16Interconnected N/P co-doped carbon nanocage as high capacitance electrode material for energy storage devices显示文摘Heteroatom doping carbon materials exhibit a huge application potential for energy storage devices(ESDs).Herein,interconnected N/P co-doped carbon nanocage(NP-CNC)was synthesized from pyrene molecules by using nano-MgO as template and melamine-phytic acid supramolecular aggregate as dopant coupled with KOH activation.The as-prepared NP-CNC possesses interconnected nanocages for electron transportation and abundant micropores for ion adsorption.Moreover,co-doped N/P species in NP-CNC provide active sites and additional pseudocapacitance.Consequently,NP-CNC as electrode material for symmetric supercapacitor exhibits a high gravimetric capacitance of 435 F·g^(-1) at 0.05 A·g^(-1),high volumetric capacitance of 274 F·cm^(-3) at 0.032 A·cm^(-3),and long cycle lifespan with 96.1%capacitance retention after 50,000 cycles.Furthermore,NP-CNC as cathode for zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitor delivers satisfactory energy and power densities of 130.6 Wh·kg^(-1)(82.3 Wh·L^(-1))and 14.4 kW·kg^(-1)(9.1 kWL^(-1)).This work paves a promising approach to the preparation of high capacitance NP-CNC for ESDs.Lei Yang Xiaojun He Yuchen Wei Honghui Bi Feng Wei Hongqiang Li Changzhou Yuan Jieshan Qiu 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:1
17A proteomic analysis of allograft rejection in rats after liver transplantation显示文摘In order to understand the allograft rejection in orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT), an allograft re- jection rat model was established and studied by proteomic approach. The protein expression profiles of liver tissues were acquired by fluorescence two-dimensional difference gel electrophoresis (2D DIGE) that incorporated a pooled internal standard and reverse fluorescent labeling method. The expression levels of 27 protein spots showed significant changes in acute rejection rats. Among these spots, 19 were identified with peptide mass fingerprinting using matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) after tryptic in-gel digestion.
