| 2 | EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON HIGH-SPEED CHARACTERISTICS OF AUTOMOTIVE ENGINE OIL-PUMP CHAIN显示文摘The high-speed multi-cycle impact and speed, load fluctuant characteristics of a kind of narrow-width automotive engine oil-pump chain 06BN-1 are studied through engine assembly and road-drive tests to satisfy the light-weight demand of engine. The worn surface morphologies of rubbing area between pin, bush and roller are also analyzed based on scanning electron microscope. The results show that the main wear mechanism of automotive engine oil-pump chain is fatigue wear, and it's failure mechanism is the forming, extending and flaking of cracks on top layer of pin and bush. Pin and bush both occurred cycle-soften phenomenon, and roller occurred cycle-harden. Fretting wear is one of the most important 'fall to pieces' failure causes of automotive chain. | 3 | Design and Analysis of the Gemini Chain System in Dual Clutch Transmission of Automobile显示文摘Chain drive system is widely used in the conditions of high-speed, overload, variable speed and load. Many studies are focused on the meshing theory and wear characteristics of chain drive system, but system design, analysis, and noise characteristics of the chain drive system are weak. System design and noise characteristic are studied for a new type Gemini chain of dual-clutch automatic transmission. Based on the meshing theory of silent chain, the design parameters of the Gemini chain system are calculated and the mathematical models and dynamic analysis models of the Gemini chain system are established. Dynamic characteristics of the Gemini chain system is simulated and the contact force of plate and pin, plate and sprockets, the chain tension forces, the transmission error and the stress of plates and pins are analyzed. According to the simulation results of the Gemini chain system, the noise experiment about system is carried out. The noise values are tested at different speed and load and spectral characteristics are analyzed. The results of simulation and experimental show that the contact forces of plate and pin, plate and sprockets are smaller than the allowable stress values, the chain tension force is less than ultimate tension and transmission error is limited in 1.2%. The noise values can meet the requirements of industrial design, and it is proved that the design and analysis method of the Gemini chain system is scientific and feasible. The design and test system is built from analysis to test of Gemini chain system. | 4 | Safety of endovascular therapy for symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis:a national prospective registry显示文摘Introduction The safety outcomes of endovascular therapy for intracranial artery stenosis in a real-world stetting are largely unknown.The Clinical Registration Trial of Intracranial Stenting for Patients with Symptomatic Intracranial Artery Stenosis(CRTICAS)was a prospective,multicentre,real-world registry designed to assess these outcomes and the impact of centre experience.Methods 1140 severe,symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis(ICAS)patients treated with endovascular therapy were included from 26 centres,further divided into three groups according to the annual centre volume of intracranial angioplasty and stent placement procedures over 2 years:(1)high volume for≥25 cases/year;(2)moderate volume for 10–25 cases/year and(3)low volume for<10 cases/year.Results The rate of 30-day stroke,transient ischaemic attack or death was 9.7%(111),with 5.4%,21.1%and 9.7%in high-volume,moderate-volume and low-volume centres,respectively(p<0.05).Multivariable logistic regression confirmed high-volume centres had a significantly lower primary endpoint compared with moderate-volume centres(OR=0.187,95%CI:0.056 to 0.627;p≤0.0001),while moderate-volume and low-volume centres showed no significant difference(p=0.8456).Conclusion Compared with the preceding randomised controlled trials,this real-world,prospective,multicentre registry shows a lower complication rate of endovascular treatment for symptomatic ICAS.Non-uniform utilisation in endovascular technology,institutional experience and patient selection in different volumes of centres may have an impact on overall safety of this treatment. | Yabing Wang Tao Wang Adam Andrew Dmytriw Kun Yang Liqun Jiao Huaizhang Shi Jie Lu Tianxiao Li Yujie Huang Zhenwei Zhao Wei Wu Jieqing Wan Qinjian Sun Bo Hong Yongli Li Liyong Zhang Jianfeng Chu Qiong Cheng Yiling Cai Pengfei Wang Qi Luo Hua Yang Baijing Dong Yang Zhang Jun Zhao Zuoquan Chen Wei Li Xiaoxin Bai Weiwen He Xueli Cai Maimai Ti Osama O Zaidat | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,2: | 3 |
| 5 | Influences of various space current systems on the geomagnetic field in near-Earth space显示文摘Ground and space-based observations of the geomagnetic field are usually a superposition of different sources from the Earth’s core,lithosphere,ocean,ionosphere,and magnetosphere,and also from field-aligned currents coupling the ionosphere and magnetosphere—the meridional currents that connect the two hemispheres and the induced currents due to the variations of fields over time.The fluctuation of magnetic fields generated by these highly dynamic space currents greatly limits the accuracy of the geomagnetic models.In order to better accomplish the scientific objectives of Macao Science Satellite-1(MSS-1),and to improve existing geomagnetic field models,we present here for the first time a self-consistent coupling of solar wind,magnetosphere,and ionosphere,which represents the most developed numerical simulation method for space physics research so far,making it possible to quantify the contribution of different current systems to the total observed magnetic field(B).The results show that numerical simulation can capture main magnetic disturbance characteristics with significant precision.Partial ring current is a major contributor to the latitudinal magnetic perturbation near the equator.Magnetopause and magnetotail currents affect the radial magnetic perturbation around the mid-latitudes.Field-aligned and Pedersen currents produce significant longitudinal and latitudinal magnetic perturbations at high latitudes. | YaBing Wang Yi Zhang YuJie Wang PengFei Liu JianXia Cheng XiZhi Li Kai Tang LiGang Li XiaoWen Duan | 2023 | Earth and Planetary Physics2023,7,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Numerical simulation of the sensor output on Macao Science Satellite-1显示文摘Macao Science Satellite-1(MSS-1)will be launched at the early of 2023 into a near-circular orbit.The mission is designed to measure the Earth’s geomagnetic field with unpreceded accuracy through a new perspective.The most important component installed on the satellite,to ensure high accuracy,is the deployable boom(Optical Bench).A Vector Field Magnetometer(VFM),an Advanced Stellar Compass(ASC),and a Couple Dark State Magnetometers(CDSM)are deployed on the deployable boom.In order to maximize the mission’s scientific output,a numerical simulator on MSS-1’s deployable boom was required to evaluate the adaptability of all devices on the deployable boom and assist the satellite’s data pre-processing.This paper first briefly describes the synthesis of the Earth’s total magnetic field and then describes the method simulating the output of scalar and vector magnetometers.Finally,the calibration method is applied to the synthetic magnetometer data to analyze the possible noise/error of the relevant instruments.Our results show that the simulator can imitate the disturbance of different noise sources or errors in the measuring system,and is especially useful for the satellite’s data processing group. | XiZhi Li LiGang Li Kai Tang YaBing Wang JianXia Cheng Qing Yan Zhong Huang | 2023 | Earth and Planetary Physics2023,7,1: | 0 |
