| 1 | Spatial distribution patterns of Symplocos congeners in a subtropical evergreen broad-leaf forest of southern China显示文摘Studies on spatial distribution of congeneric species can supplement our understanding of species ecological processes. We analyzed population structure, spatial distribution, intra-and interspecific associations among six Symplocos tree species on a large(50 ha) plot in a subtropical, evergreen broad-leaf forest in southern China using spatial point pattern analysis methods. Our results suggested that the six Symplocos tree species were all clustered at small scales. The aggregation intensity of S. wikstroemiifolia with low abundance but relatively numerous large-diameter trees was much higher than that of the other five Symplocos species that occurred at high abundance but included few large-diameter trees. Spatial associations among the six congeners showed that 12 of 30 pairs were associated positively at small scales, and 13 of 30 pairs were unrelated. For species among different size classes, 79 of 120 pairs were not correlated, and 17 of 120 pairs were associated positively. These results showed insufficient evidence for interspecific competition and congeneric Symplocos species commonly coexist within subtropical plant communities. | 2 | 植物物种多度受功能性状和负密度依赖共同影响--以中国南亚热带黑石顶森林样地为例显示文摘影响植物群落中植物物种多度的因素较多,确定关键影响因素及阐明其具体机制一直是群落生态学的研究重点之一。目前确定性的影响因素主要有两大类:植物功能性状和负密度依赖。功能性状通过影响植物的竞争能力、资源的获取效率、对环境的适应能力等方面进而影响植物的多度;负密度依赖表现在同种或异种植物个体在空间上聚集,特异性的寄主(病原菌、昆虫等)传播容易导致植物个体(主要为幼苗和小树)死亡,种群发生自疏,进而影响植物的多度。到目前为止,单一探究植物功能性状或负密度依赖对植物多度影响机制的研究己有大量报道,而将两者结合来探讨对植物多度的影响的工作相对较少。为了更深入地探索影响植物多度的机制,本研究中我们综合分析了功能性状与负密度依赖对植物多度的影响。研究地点为广东省黑石顶亚热带森林50 ha大样地;功能性状方面选取了叶面积(LA)、比叶面积(SLA)、叶片干物质含量(LDMC)、叶片氮含量(LNC)和最大电子传输速率(ETRmax);植物物种所受负密度依赖强度通过构建小树在样地两次普查期间的存活状况受邻体密度影响的层次贝叶斯模型计算;通过结构方程模型构建功能性状-负密度依赖-物种多度的内在联系框架。结构方程模型结果显示,物种多度受功能性状和负密度依赖共同作用,其中功能性状对物种多度的影响包括直接作用和通过负密度依赖的间接作用。具体来说,SLA对多度的影响包括直接和间接两种;LDMC和LNC仅间接影响物种多度;LA和ETRmax对多度只有直接影响:负密度依赖与物种多度之间存在直接的负相关关系,说明多度较高的物种受到的负密度依赖效应更强。结构方程模型对物种多度差异的解释度达到20%。以上结果表明,黑石顶植物多度分布是功能性状与负密度依赖共同作用的结果;比叶面积在所研究的因素中贡献最大。该项工作有助于提高我们对亚热带森林植物常见种和稀有种分布格局的理解。 | Weitao Wang Yun Jiang Buhang Li Nianxun Xi Yongfa Chen Dong He Jiayi Feng Chengjin Chu | 2021 | Journal of Plant Ecology2021,14,3: | 2 |

| 6 | 从功能性状的种内变异和环境因子的角度理解局域森林群落嵌套格局的成因显示文摘生态学中“嵌套”的概念源于生物地理学,指的是物种较少的斑块为物种较多斑块的嵌套子集,在集合群落和生物互作网络中得到了广泛应用,嵌套格局的存在往往被认为有利于物种多样性的维持和保证了网络结构的稳定性。目前,针对局域植物群落嵌套格局的研究较少,相关研究也很少将功能性状和环境因子同时纳入考虑以探讨格局成因。本研究依托位于中国南部的黑石顶50公顷森林大样地,将样地植物普查数据和位置信息转换为物种-样方矩阵,对该矩阵重排寻找到矩阵的最大嵌套结构。针对最大嵌套结构,使用零模型方法验证嵌套结构的显著性;根据物种和样方在最大嵌套结构内的排序,划定物种和样方的嵌套等级。随后,使用回归树方法分别确定物种和样方嵌套等级与功能性状和环境因子的联系,物种功能性状数据包括性状均值与性状种内变异。研究结果表明,黑石顶植物群落存在显著的嵌套格局,回归树结果发现,样方嵌套等级与土壤速效磷、土壤水分含量、土壤有机质含量和土壤pH相关,以上因子共解释了32%的样方嵌套等级变异;物种嵌套等级主要受物种功能性状的种内变异而非性状均值影响,其中叶片碳含量、叶片pH、叶片干物质含量和最大光合速率的种内变异是主导因素,它们共解释了物种嵌套等级变异的49%。以上结果说明,关键性的环境因子与物种对环境的适应能力共同作用,使局域植物群落形成了嵌套格局。本研究从样方嵌套等级和物种嵌套等级的角度探讨嵌套格局成因,为理解嵌套格局提供了新的角度,加深了研究者对于局域植物群落构建机制的理解。 | Weitao Wang Yun Jiang Yongfa Chen Wenqi Luo Dong He Youshi Wang Chengjin Chu Buhang Li | 2022 | Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,6: | 0 |
| 7 | Fast scanning growth of high-quality graphene films on Cu foils fueled by dimeric carbon precursor显示文摘Carbon source precursor is a critical factor governing chemical vapor deposition growth of graphene films.Methane(CH4),has been the most commonly used precursor in the last decade,but it presents challenges in terms of decomposition efficiency and growth rate.Here we thoroughly evaluated acetylene(C2H_(2)),a precursor that is probably for providing carbon dimer(C2)species,for fast growth of large-scale graphene films.We find that the graphene growth behaviors fueled by C2H_(2) exhibit unconventional localized growth behavior with significant advantages in terms of high growth rate,which mainly ascribe to the as-decomposed C2 species.Therefore,a C2-fueled scanning growth strategy is proposed,and the fast scanning growth rate of 40 cm/min was experimentally demonstrated.This growth strategy is compatible with the approach of unidirectional growth of single-crystal graphene films,and the as-grown graphene films are of high-quality.This work demonstrates a reliable and promising strategy for the rapid synthesis of high-quality graphene film and may pave the avenue to cost-effective mass production of graphene materials in the roll-to-roll system. | Heng Chen Xiucai Sun Xiaofeng Song Buhang Chen Ziteng Ma Wanjian Yin Luzhao Sun Zhongfan Liu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,10: | 0 |
