| 1 | A Review on Artificial Micro/Nanomotors for Cancer-Targeted Delivery, Diagnosis, and Therapy显示文摘Micro/nanomotors have been extensively explored for efficient cancer diagnosis and therapy,as evidenced by significant breakthroughs in the design of micro/nanomotors-based intelligent and comprehensive biomedical platforms.Here,we demonstrate the recent advances of micro/nanomotors in the field of cancer-targeted delivery,diagnosis,and imaging-guided therapy,as well as the challenges and problems faced by micro/nanomotors in clinical applications.The outlook for the future development of micro/nanomotors toward clinical applications is also discussed.We hope to highlight these new advances in micro/nanomotors in the field of cancer diagnosis and therapy,with the ultimate goal of stimulating the successful exploration of intelligent micro/nanomotors for future clinical applications. | Jiajia Wang Renfeng Dong Huiying Wu Yuepeng Cai Biye Ren | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,1: | 5 |

| 3 | Topological photonic crystals:a review显示文摘The field of topological photonic crystals has attracted growing interest since the inception of optical analog of quantum Hall effect proposed in 2008.Photonic band structures embraced topological phases of matter,have spawned a novel platform for studying topological phase transitions and designing topological optical devices.Here,we present a brief review of topological photonic crystals based on different material platforms,including all-dielectric systems,metallic materials,optical resonators,coupled waveguide systems,and other platforms.Furthermore,this review summarizes recent progress on topological photonic crystals,such as higherorder topological photonic crystals,non-Hermitian photonic crystals,and nonlinear photonic crystals.These studies indicate that topological photonic crystals as versatile platforms have enormous potential applications in maneuvering the flow of light. | Hongfei WANG Samit Kumar GUPTA Biye XIE Minghui LU | 2020 | Frontiers of Optoelectronics2020,13,1: | 1 |

| 6 | Protective effects of Longhu Rendan on chronic liver injury and fibrosis in mice显示文摘Background and aim:Liver fibrosis resulting from persistent liver injury represents a major healthcare problem globally.Traditional Chinese medicine has played an essential role in the treatment of liver fibrosis in recent years.Thus,this study aims to assess the effect of Longhu Rendan(LHRD),a Chinese traditional patent medicine,on liver fibrosis and its potential mechanism.Methods:The liver fibrosis in mice was induced via the intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)for 6 weeks or bile duct ligation for 15 days.Various methods were used to judge the therapeutic effect of LHRD.Results:LHRD significantly suppressed the activity of serum index of abnormal liver function,liver cell apoptosis,and necrosis,attenuating liver injury.Moreover,LHRD treatment alleviated liver fibrotic features,such as the reduction of collagen deposition and hepatic stellate cell activation as well as profibrotic gene expression.Mechanistically,LHRD treatment inhibited nuclear transcription factorkappa B signaling and inflammatory gene expression and diminished the production of reactive oxygen species and 4-hydroxynonenal,along with the downregulation of NADPH oxidase 4.Conclusions:Overall,the present study demonstrates that LHRD ameliorates liver injury and fibrosis via the inhibition of inflammation and oxidative stress in mice,indicating that LHRD is a potential medicine for the treatment of liver fibrosis. | Guizhi Yang Shengwen Li Jiahua Jin Yuanyuan Xuan Liqin Ding Minxia Huang Jun Liu Biye Wang Tian Lan | 2022 | Liver Research2022,6,2: | 0 |
