1Application of exosomes as liquid biopsy in clinical diagnosis显示文摘Liquid biopsy refers to the sampling and molecular analysis of the biofluids of circulating tumor cells,extracellular vesicles,nucleic acids,and so forth.Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles with sizes between 30–150 nm.They are secreted by multivesicular bodies through exocytosis in live cells and can participate in intercellular communication due to their contents,including nucleic acids,proteins,and lipids.Herein,we investigate publication frequencies on exosomes over the past 10 years,and review recent clinical studies on liquid biopsy of exosomes in the fields of oncology,pregnancy disorders,cardiovascular diseases,and organ transplantation.We also describe the advantages of exosomes as an effective liquid biopsy tool and the progression of exosome extraction methods.Finally,we depict the commercial development of exosome research and discuss the future role of exosomes in liquid biopsy.Biting Zhou Kailun Xu Xi Zheng Ting Chen Jian Wang Yongmao Song Yingkuan Shao Shu Zheng 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:2

4S-doped graphene quantum dots as nanophotocatalyst for visible light degradation显示文摘Graphene quantum dots(GQDs) recently emerge as the new and appealing nanophotocatalyst because of their low-cost, environmental compatibility and the ability to facilitate the charge migration and prolong the charge lifetimes. In this work, a visible photocatalyst of S-doped graphene quantum dots(S-GQDs)was prepared by a facile hydrothermal synthesis using 1,3,6-trinitropyrene and Na_2 S as precursors. The well crystallization and monodispersity as well as the chemical environment of S-GQDs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, atom force microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectrum. A superior photocatalytic performance of S-GQDs was demonstrated for degradation of basic fuchsin under visible light irradiation.
