| 1 | Zirconium-containing UiO-66 as an efficient and reusable catalyst for transesterification of triglyceride with methanol显示文摘Zirconium-based MOFs of the UiO family have attracted considerable attention due to their high thermal,chemical and mechanical stability. With the aim of further exploring the applications of zirconium-based UiO-66 in acid-catalyzed reactions and elucidating the effects of the defects in UiO-66 materials on their catalytic performances, in this work, a series of zirconium-containing UiO-66 samples were synthesized by varying the synthesis temperatures and BDC/Zr(terephthalic acid/ZrCl_4) ratios in the synthesis system.The synthesized UiO-66 samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), N_2 adsorption-desorption,scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thermogravimetrical analysis(TGA), temperature-programmed desorption of NH_3(NH_3-TPD). Their catalytic performances were investigated in transesterification of tributyrin and soybean oil with methanol. The results showed that UiO-66 samples with different amounts of defects could be successfully prepared by varying the synthesis temperatures and/or the BDC/Zr ratios used in the synthesis system. The catalytic activities of the UiO-66 materials greatly depended on their linker defects and enhanced with the increase of the defect amount. The UiO-66 was an efficient catalyst for transesterification of tributyrin and soybean oil with methanol under mild reaction conditions and its catalytic activity was comparable to other solid acid catalysts reported in the literatures. | 2 | Clemastine rescues behavioral changes and enhances remyelination in the cuprizone mouse model of demyelination显示文摘Increasing evidence suggests that white matter disorders based on myelin sheath impairment may underlie the neuropathological changes in schizophrenia.But it is unknown whether enhancing remyelination is a beneficial approach to schizophrenia.To investigate this hypothesis,we used clemastine,an FDA-approved drug with high potency in promoting oligodendroglial differentiation and myelination,on a cuprizone-induced mouse model of demyelination.The mice exposed to cuprizone(0.2%in chow) for 6 weeks displayed schizophrenia-like behavioral changes,including decreased exploration of the center in the open field test and increased entries into the arms of the Y-maze,as well as evident demyelination in the cortex and corpus callosum.Clemastine treatment was initiated upon cuprizone withdrawal at 10 mg/kg per day for3 weeks.As expected,myelin repair was greatly enhanced in the demyelinated regions with increased mature oligodendrocytes(APC-positive) and myelin basic protein.More importantly,the clemastine treatment rescued the schizophrenia-like behavioral changes in the open field test and the Y-maze compared to vehicle,suggesting a beneficial effect via promoting myelin repair.Our findings indicate that enhancing remyelination may be a potential therapy for schizophrenia. | Zhifang Li Yangtao He Shuangyi Fan Binbin Sun | 2015 | Neuroscience Bulletin2015,31,5: | 4 |

| 5 | One-step synthesis of dimethyl ether from syngas on ordered mesoporous copper incorporated alumina显示文摘Ordered mesoporous copper incorporated Al_2O_3(Cu/Al_2O_3) with high Cu dispersion were prepared by a facile solution combustion synthesis method using aluminum nitrate and copper nitrate as oxidants and urea as fuel. It is a facile and green route to synthesize catalysts for dimethyl ether directly from syngas. Cu/Al_2O_3 catalysts were characterized by XRD, N_2 adsorption–desorption, SEM-EDS, and H_2-TPR.The results indicate that the catalysts obtain an ordered mesoporous structure and copper is homogenously dispersed. The mesoporous Cu/Al_2O_3 catalysts were utilized as bifunctional catalysts in syngas to dimethyl ether reaction(STD). The copper content affects the catalytic performance in STD reaction. The CO conversion and DME selectivity of Cu/Al_2O_3 with 15% copper molar ratio achieve 52.9% and 66.1%,respectively. | 6 | Range of ecological impact of highway construction in the Longitudinal Range-Gorge Region,China显示文摘The major features of different road sections were identified.Methods quantitatively determining the ecological impact of highway construction were discussed,and a demonstration was presented.The Dabao highway(from Dali to Baoshan)and the Sixiao highway(from Simao to Xiaomengyang)passing through the Longitudinal Range-Gorge Region were used as examples in this paper.For the normal road sections having no important species to protect,a method of ecosystem health assessment was introduced to calculate the overall range of the ecological impact of highway construction.For the road sections having plants or soils of interest,indexes were selected and the range of impact was determined using mathematical methods such as regression analysis and variance analysis.The range of impact on animal populations was also discussed in terms of the minimum living areas required by animal populations and the fragmentation caused by highway construction.The results indicate that the zones impacted by highway construction were composed of both regular and anomalous figures,the range of impacts for different landforms of the two sample highways were substantially different;highway construction had dramatic effects on roadside ecosystem health;the impact on soil factors of farmland was greater than 200 m,and the distance may exceed 1000 m when important large animals were considered. | Jie LIU Fan CHEN Haiqing GENG Xinxin QIU Binbin CAI | 2010 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2010,4,3: | 3 |

| 10 | Triangulation of red sprites observed above a mesoscale convective system in North China显示文摘The triangulation of red sprites was obtained, based on concurrent observations over a mesoscale convective system(MCS) in North China from two stations separated by about 450 km. In addition, broadband sferics from the sprite-producing lightning were measured at five ground stations, making it possible to locate and identify the individual causative lightning discharges for different elements in this dancing sprite event. The results of our analyses indicate that the sprites were produced above the trailing stratiform region of the MCS, and their parent strokes were located mainly in the peripheral area of the stratiform. The lateral offset between sprites and causative strokes ranges from a few km to more than 50 km. | 11 | Study on Carbonation Damage Constitutive Curve and Microscopic Damage Mechanism of Tailing Recycled Concrete显示文摘To improve the resource utilization of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)and make use of the unique pozzolanic activation characteristics of iron ore tailing(IOT),the constitutive curves of tailing recycled concrete(TRC)before and after carbonization were analyzed theoretically,experimentally and microscopically.Firstly,according to the experimental data,the damage constitutive and related damage parameters of TRC were theoretically established by Weibull probability distribution function.Secondly,the comprehensive damage parameter b under different working conditions was studied.Finally,the damage mechanism was formed by EDS and SEM.The results showed that the damage constitutive model based on Weibull probability distribution function was in good agreement with the experimental results.Under each carbonization period,the b first decreased and then rose with the increase of tailings content.When its content was 30%,the b values of TRC were minimized,which were 22.14%,20.99%,25.39%lower than those of NAC,and 41.09%,34.89%,35.44%lower than those of RAC,indicating that IOT had a relatively good optimization effect on the constitutive curve of RAC.The microscopic analysis results also proved that the IOT addition with a proper amount would improve the matrix structure of RAC and increased its compactness,but when the content was higher,it would also cause harmful cracks in its matrix structure and reduced its density.Therefore,the optimal tailing content was about 30%.This paper provided a new method for damage constitutive calculation and analysis of TRC before and after carbonization. | Tao Li Sheliang Wang Fan Xu Binbin Li Bin Dang Meng Zhan Zhiqi Wang | 2021 | Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,8: | 2 |
