1Role of activation-induced cell death in pathogenesis of patients with chronic hepatitis B显示文摘AIM: To study and compare the difference of activationinduced cell death (AICD) in peripheral blood T-lymphocytes (PBL-Ts) from patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and the normal people in vitro, and to explore the role of AICD in chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and the pathogenesis of CHB.METHODS: Twenty-five patients and fourteen healthy people were selected for isolation of PBL-Ts. During cultivation, antiCD3 mAb, PMA and ionomycin were used for AICD of PBL-Ts.AICD ratio of PBL-Ts was detected with TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling and assessed by flow cytometry.RESULTS: When induced with anti-CD3, PMA and ionomycin in vitro, AICD ratio of PBL-Ts from CHB patients was significantly higher than that from healthy control (17.24±1.21VS. 6.63±1.00, P<0.01) and that from CHB patients without induction (17.24±1.21 VS. 9.88±1.36, P<0.0L). There was a similar AICD ratio of PBL-Ts between induction group and without induction group, but no difference was found before and after induction in healthy control. The density of INF-γ in culture media of induction groups of CHB was lower than that of other groups (P<0.01). There was no difference between these groups in density of IL-10 (P>0.05).CONCLUSION: When induced during cultivation in vitro,PBL-Ts from CHB have AICD very commonly. 2Influence of processing parameters on the phase composition of ZrN-Si_3N_4 synthesized from zircon显示文摘The optimum parameters were determined for synthesizing ZrN-Si3N4 composite powder from zircon by carbothermal reduction-nitridation (CTRN) process. The samples were prepared by mixing the carbon black of an average particle size less than 30 μm and the zircon of 40 μm with C/ZrSiO4 mass ratios of 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5. The prepared samples were subjected to the CTRN process at temperatures of 1673, 1723, 1753, and 1773 K for 6, 9, and 12 h. The CTRN process was conducted in an atmosphere-controlled tubular furnace in a nitrogen gas flow of 1.0 L/min. All the products were examined by X-ray powder diffraction to determine the transformation. 3Synthesis of Al_2O_3-SiC Composite and Its Effect on the Properties of Low-carbon MgO-C Refractories显示文摘Al2O3-SiC composite was synthesized with pyrophyllite and natural graphite as raw materials by carbothermal reduction reaction under argon atmosphere. The effect of synthesis temperature on phase composition and microstructure was investigated. Low-carbon MgO-C refractories were prepared by using the synthesized Al2O3-SiC composite as additive. The effect of its addition on the slag penetration and corrosion resistance as well as oxidation resistance of the refractories was investigated, and the slag resistance and oxidation resistance mechanisms of the Al2O3-SiC composite were also discussed. The results show that the synthesis temperature has a great influence on preparation of Al2O3-SiC composite. The Al2O3-SiC composite can be synthesized at 1873-1973 K under argon atmosphere, with pyrophyllite and natural graphite as raw materials, and particle sizes of the composite synthesized at 1973 K are mainly distributed as 1-2 μm. The slag penetration and corrosion resistance of low-carbon MgO-C refractories can be remarkably improved by adding the synthesized Al2O3-SiC composite, and the oxidation resistance has an improvement to some extent. 4Phase composition of SiC-ZrO2 composite materials synthesized from zircon doped La2O3显示文摘A study was carried out to determine the optimum parameters for synthesis of SiC-ZrO2 composite materials by carbothermal re-duction of zircon. Test samples were prepared by mixing average mesh size of less than 30 μm of carbon black and 40 μm of zircon with C/ZrSiO4 mass ratio of 0.2 and the extra addition amount of La2O3 was 0, 1 wt.% and 2 wt.%. Prepared samples were subjected to the car-bothermal reduction process at temperatures of 1723, 1753, 1773 and 1803 K for 4 h, respectively. The carbothermal reduction process was conducted in an atmosphere controlled tube furnace at an argon flow of 1.5 L/min. All products were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) to determine the transformation. 5Preparation of SiC Porous Ceramics by Crystalline Silicon Cutting Waste显示文摘SiC porous ceramics were prepared at 1 400 ℃ for4 h with crystalline silicon cutting waste and activated carbon as main starting materials and NH_4HCO_3 as the pore-forming agent. Effects of NH_4HCO_3 additions( 0,20%,30%,40%,by mass) on the phase composition,microstructure,sintering properties,cold compressive strength and thermal shock resistance of as-prepared Si C porous ceramics were investigated. The results show that:( 1) addition of NH_4HCO_3 remarkably influences the apparent porosity and cold compressive strength of specimens. The apparent porosity achieves its maximum value( 63. 40%) when 40% NH_4HCO_3 is added,while the minimum cold compressive strength is 4. 77 MPa;( 2) the specimen with 40% NH_4HCO_3 has the best thermal shock resistance. 6Influences of ZrO_2-SiC Composite Powder and Commercial SiC on Properties of Al_2O_3-C Refractories显示文摘In order to improve oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance of Al2O3-C refractories, two groups of specimens were prepared with phenolic resin as binder, adding 0, 2 wt%, 4 wt% and 6 wt% commercial SiC or ZrO2-SiC composite powder synthesized from zircon respectively to Al2O3-C refractories, pressing at 200 MPa, drying fully at 250 ℃, and then carbon embedded firing at 1 400 ℃ for 2 h. Oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance were researched, phase composition was analyzed by XRD. The results showed that the oxidation of SiC in additives could protect carbon in specimens effectively and thus decreased the mass loss ratio and oxidation area, and improved the oxidation resistance of the specimen. Thermal shock resistance was improved owing to the micro crack toughening of ZrO2 and grain toughening of SiC. 8Effect of Starch Addition on Properties of Corundum-mullite Porous Ceramics显示文摘Corundum-mullite porous ceramics(CMPCs)were fabricated using fly ash and aluminum ash as the raw materials,adding different amounts of starch(0,10%,20%,and 30%,by mass)as the pore-forming agent,molding and firing at 1200℃ for 1 h.The apparent porosity,the bulk density,the cold compressive strength,the thermal shock resistance and the thermal conductivity of the CMPCs were tested.The phase composition and the microstructure of the CMPCs were characterized by XRD and SEM.The effect of the starch addition on the properties of the CMPCs was studied.The results show that:(1)the CMPCs with high porosity can be successfully prepared by adding starch as the pore-forming agent and firing at 1200℃ for 1 h;(2)with the starch addition increasing,the porosity increases;the cold compressive strength and the number of the quenching cycles of the CMPCs decrease,but they remain at high levels;meanwhile,the thermal conductivity decreases;(3)generally,when adding 20 mass%starch,the CMPC has the apparent porosity of 48.6%,the cold compressive strength of 52.1 MPa,the quenching cycles of 5 and the thermal conductivity of 1.63 W·m-1·K-1 and 1.52 W·m-1·K-1,respectively,at 25℃ and 500℃,showing good performance.SU Chang MA Beiyue REN Xinming LIU Guoqiang ZHU Qiang 2020China's Refractories2020,29,4:2

10Preparation of ZrN(ZrON)-SiAION Composite Ceramics via a Pressureless Sintering Process显示文摘ZrN- SiA lO N composite materials were synthesized at 1 550 ℃ for 6 h via a carbothermal reduction nitridation route using fly ash( ≤74 μm),zircon( ≤44 μm)and active carbon as starting materials. The processed ZrN- SiA lO N composite micropowders were mixed with polyvinyl alcohol as binder to prepare ZrN( ZrO N)-SiA lO N composite ceramics by carbon-embedded pressureless firing at 1 450,1 500 and 1 550 ℃ for 1 h,respectively. Influences of firing temperature on the phase compositions,microstructure and sintering properties of the ceramics were investigated. The results show that:( 1)β-SiA lO N based composite ceramics with different compositions can be prepared by controlling firing temperature,and the main crystalline phases of the specimen fired at1 550 ℃ for 1 h involve ZrN,ZrO N and β-SiA lO N( z =2,Si4Al2O2N6);( 2) ZrN( ZrO N),β-SiA lO N and a Fe- Si based compound can be observed in the microstructures of the specimens fired at different temperatures.ZrN( ZrO N) particles distribute homogeneously in theβ-SiA lO N matrix;( 3) raising firing temperature can increase the shrinkage ratio of the ceramics,and the volume shrinkage ratio increases from 19. 4% to 40. 3% when the firing temperature rises from 1 450 to 1 550 ℃.MA Beiyue LI Ying LU Zhongxin YU Jingkun 2014China's Refractories2014,23,4:2
11Phase Formation and Process Analysis of SiC-Al_2O_3-Al_6Si_2O_(13) Composite Powder via Carbothermal Reduction of Fly Ash at 1 550 ℃显示文摘Silicon carbide(SiC)-alumina(Al_2O_3)-mullite(Al_6Si_2O_(13)) composite powder was successfully synthesized at 1 550 ℃ for 5 h via carbothermal reduction reaction,and the effects of various mass ratios of active carbon to fly ash(0.38,0.44 and 0.58) on the phase composition and microstructure of products were investigated,and the formation process of the powder was also analyzed in detail.The products mainly consist ofβ-SiC,α-Al_2O_3,Al_6Si_2O_(13) and FeSi.Increasing carbon content favors the decomposition of Al_6Si_2O_(13) and formation of SiC.The average particle size of β-SiC andα-Al_2O_3 is about 1 μm and that of Al_6Si_2O_(13) is 5-10μm.The formation process of SiC-Al_2O_3-Al_6Si_2O_(13)powder includes the decomposition of mullite in fly ash and formation of SiC.ZHANG Bowen MA Beiyue YIN Yue LI Shiming ZHANG Zhan LI Guangqiang YU Jingkun 2016China's Refractories2016,25,4:1
12Effects of Pore-forming Agents on Properties of Silicon Carbide Porous Ceramics Prepared from Crystalline Silicon Cutting Waste显示文摘SiC powder was rapidly synthesized in an induction furnace with crystalline silicon cutting waste and active carbon as raw materials,and then SiC porous ceramics were prepared at 1600 t for 4 h with carbon embedded using the powder as raw material,the starch and the graphite as pore-forming agents.Effects of additions of different pore-forming agents on the phase composition,microstructures,physical properties,and cold crushing strength of the porous ceramics were investigated.The results show that the main crystalline phases of the synthetic powder areα-S iC(6H-SiC)andβ-SiC(3C-SiC).The phase composition of the porous ceramics includesα-S iC(6H-SiC),β-SiC(3C-SiC),FeSi,quartz and Si2N20.The apparent porosity and closed porosity of the porous ceramics prepared by adding starch are higher,and the cold compressive strength of the porous ceramics added with graphite is higher.As increasing the additions of the starch,the apparent porosity,closed porosity and linear shrinkage ratio of the porous ceramics increase,and the bulk density decreases correspondingly.When 20 mass%starch is added,the apparent porosity,closed porosity,linear shrinkage ratio and cold compressive strength are 57.05%,2.03%,5.10%and 10.20 MPa,respectively.MA Beiyue WU Hua GAO Zhi REN Xinming ZHANG Yaran 2019China's Refractories2019,28,4:1
