| 1 | 口服非洲刺李后人的血清对不同良性前列腺细胞的生物效应显示文摘非洲刺李(太得恩。)是一种普遍用于治疗有症状良性前列腺增生的草药。该药物的活性物质还没有被鉴定出来,因此,确定其血药浓度是不可能的。对该药的疗效目前存在一些争议,因而我们决定用摄入和未摄入非洲刺李的人的血清在体外处理前列腺细胞,观察其对前列腺细胞生长的作用。我们使用的是原代培养和器官培养的良性成纤维(WPMY)前列腺细胞和上皮(PNT2)前列腺细胞。我们也使用了新鲜的良性前列腺组织。研究发现,摄入非洲刺李的人血清可以减少原代培养细胞、器官培养细胞以及WPMY细胞的增殖,但不影响PNT2细胞的增殖。我们还利用AffymetrixHG.U1332.0PLUS芯片分析了处理血清对WPMY细胞基因表达的影响。转录子分析结果显示参与肿瘤抑制通路的多个基因的表达发生了上调,而一些参与炎症及氧化应激通路的基因表达发生了下调。口服非洲刺李可使药物的活性物质达到足够的血清水平,从而抑制成纤维前列腺细胞的增殖。此抑制作用与转录子的改变有关。 | Stephane Larre Philippe Camparo Eva Comperat Delphine Boulbes Mohammed Haddoum Sylvain Baulande Pascal Soularue Pierre Costa Olivier Cussenot | 2012 | Asian Journal of Andrology2012，14，3： | 2 |
