1放疗所致动脉损伤的诊断显示文摘目的 探讨放疗所致动脉损伤的血管造影表现及评价该病的血管造影的价值。 方法 分析 14例患者经血管造影证实为放疗后动脉损伤的影像学资料。 结果 14例动脉损伤的病变中, 10例为动脉狭窄、 3例为动脉闭塞、 1例为动脉瘤。病变位于髂动脉 5例,锁骨下动脉 4例,肾动脉 2例,肠系膜上动脉 3例。血管造影和超声检查显示所有患者的动脉损伤均位于放疗野内。 结论 血管造影可显示动脉损伤的范围,同时还为介入放射治疗提供入路。刘鹏程 Rousseau Helve Joffre Francis Berregi Jean-Paul Bastide Cyril 2001罕少疾病杂志2001,8,2:2
