1翼状胬肉:羊膜移植和自体结膜瓣移植(英文)显示文摘目的:比较原发性和复发性翼状胬肉羊膜移植术和自体结膜瓣移植术的效果,测定指标为术后复发率。方法:对从2004-04/2006-02连续翼状胬肉病例作前瞻性研究。患者被随机分为2组:羊膜移植组(26例)和自体结膜瓣移植组(24例)。所有病例均用羊膜移植术或自体结膜瓣移植术,并广泛切除纤维血管组织。随访24mo观察复发和并发症。手术操作由同一位手术医师施行。对人口统计变数、手术技术、复发和术后并发症的相关性进行分析。结果:患者男女比例为4∶1,右眼与左眼的比例为3∶2。其中70%翼状胬肉是原发性,30%为复发。最常见的临床症状是眼部充血和视力下降,最常见的并发症是复发和角膜瘢痕。随访1mo,羊膜移植组和自体结膜瓣移植组的复发率分别为3.8%,8.3%,随访24mo后比例上升为46.2%,25%。结论:自体结膜瓣移植术后2a随访的成功率更好。翼状胬肉羊膜移植术复发率高,不被广泛接受。Mohammad Reza Besharati Seyed Ali Mohammad Miratashi Amir Bahrami Ahmadi 2006国际眼科杂志2006,6,6:7
2化学修饰多壁碳纳米管制备碳糊电极用于伏安法测定药物和尿液中的异丙肾上腺素(英文)显示文摘A carbon paste electrode with added multiwall carbon nanotubes chemically modified with N-(3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl)- 3,5-dinitrobenzamide was used as the electrochemical sensor for the determination of trace amounts of isoprenaline. The modified electrode showed good electrocatalytic activity for the anodic oxidation of isoprenaline, which was due to a substantial decrease in the anodic overpotential. Under the optimum conditions, measurements using square wave voltammetry had a linear range in the range of 0.3 to 125.0 μmol/L of isoprenaline and a detection limit of 0.1 μmol/L. The diffusion coefficient and kinetic parameters were determined using electrochemical methods. 3Intravenous transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells promotes neural regeneration after traumatic brain injury显示文摘To investigate the supplement of lost nerve cells in rats with traumatic brain injury by intravenous administration of allogenic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, this study established a Wistar rat model of traumatic brain injury by weight drop impact acceleration method and administered 3 × 106 rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells via the lateral tail vein. At 14 days after cell transplantation, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells differentiated into neurons and astrocytes in injured rat cerebral cortex and rat neurological function was improved significantly. 14Modified-DBR-based semi-omnidirectional multilayer anti-reflection coating for tandem solar cells显示文摘In this paper,multilayer antireflection coatings are designed by modifying the thickness of two and three paired layer distributed Bragg reflector(DBR)structure.Our proposed DBR-based structures show antireflection behaviors,in spite of the reflection treatment in traditional DBR structures.Firstly,the proposed structures are designed to be equivalent to the theoretical ideal triple-layer(TL)antireflection coating(ARC).Therefore,the problem of finding a suitable material for the middle layer of triple structure is solved.Simulation results show the significant equivalency for the reflectance of proposed structures to the ideal TL ARC at the same wavelengths and incident angles.Also,the design of the structure is changed in order to present the constant reflectance coefficient over a wide range of wavelengths.This structure enhances the omni-directionality of the multilayer ARC.Ali Bahrami Shahram Mohammadnejad Nima Jouyandeh Abkenar 2014Chinese Physics B2014,23,2:1

16Delta-doped quantum wire tunnel junction for highly concentrated solar cells显示文摘We propose a novel structure for tunnel junction based on delta-doped AlGaAs/GaAs quantum wires. Higher spatial confinement of quantum wires alongside the increased effective doping concentration in the delta-doped regions extremely increase the peak tunneling current and enhance the performance of tunnel junction. The proposed structure can be used as tunnel junction in the multijunction solar cells under the highest possible thermodynamically limited solar concentration.The combination of the quantum wire with the delta-doped structure can be of benefit to the solar cells' advantages including higher number of sub-bands and high degeneracy. 17Stratigraphy of the Alveolina elliptica group from the Middle Eocene of Iran:Calibration with calcareous nannofossils biozones and description of Alveolina ozcani n. sp.显示文摘Precise taxonomy and the chronostratigraphic calibration of the Middle Eocene Alveolina from Central Iran is here undertaken from the Chah-Talkh section of the southern Sabzevar region(Central Iran). We have identified Alveolina kieli, Alveolina stercusmuris and Alveolina nuttalli along with the new species Alveolina ozcani n. sp. that we include into the Alveolina elliptica group. We have also found Nummulites uroniensis, Nummulites obesus and Nummulites cf. verneuili and associated calcareous nannofossils that look reliable to make thoughtful correlations with the Shallow Benthic Zones(SBZ). 18Sensing the heavy water concentration in an H_(2)O-D_(2)O mixture by solid-solid phononic crystals显示文摘A new method based on phononic crystals is presented to detect the concentration of heavy water(D_(2)O)in an H_(2)O-D_(2)O mixture.Results have been obtained and analyzed in the concentration range of 0%-10%and 90%-100%D_(2)O.A proposed structure of tungsten scatterers in an aluminum host is studied.In order to detect the target material,a cavity region is considered as a sound wave resonator in which the target material with different concentrations of D_(2)O is embedded.By changing the concentration of D_(2)O in the H_(2)O-D_(2)O mixture,the resonance frequency undergoes a frequency shift.Each 1%change in D_(2)O concentration in the H_(2)O-D_(2)O mixture causes a frequency change of about 120 Hz.The finite element method is used as the numerical method to calculate and analyze the natural frequencies and transmission spectra of the proposed sensor.The performance evaluation index shows a high Q factor up to 1475758 and a high sensitivity up to 13075,which are acceptable values for sensing purposes.The other figures of merit related to the detection performance also indicate high-quality performance of the designed sensor.Mohammadreza Rahimi Ali Bahrami 2024Chinese Physics B2024,33,4:0
19Conceptual Method of Temperature Sensation in Bionic Hand by Extraordinary Perceptual Phenomenon显示文摘Lack of temperature sensation of myoelectric prosthetic hand limits the daily activities of amputees.To this end,a noninvasive temperature sensation method is proposed to train amputees to sense temperature with psychophysical sensory substitution.In this study,22 healthy participants took part besides 5 amputee participants.The duration time of the study was 31 days with five test steps according to the Leitner technique.An adjustable temperature mug and a Peltier were used to change the temperature of the water/phantom digits to induce temperature to participants.Also,to isolate the surroundings and show colors,a Virtual Reality(VR)glass was employed.The statistical results conducted are based on the response of participants with questionnaire method.Using Chi-square tests,it is concluded that participants answer the experiment significantly correctly using the Leitner technique(P value<0.05).Also,by applying the“Repeated Measures ANOVA”,it is noticed that the time of numbness felt by participants had significant(P value<0.001)difference.Participants could remember lowest and highest temperatures significantly better than other temperatures(P value<0.001);furthermore,the well-trained amputee participant practically using the prosthesis with 72.58%could identify object’s temperature with only once time experimenting the color temperature.Saeed Bahrami Moqadam Ahamd Saleh Asheghabadi Farzaneh Norouzi Hamed Jafarzadeh Ali Khosroabadi AfshinAlagheband Ghazal Bangash Negar Morovatdar Jing Xu 2021Journal of Bionic Engineering2021,18,6:0
20Mathematical Modeling of Onset of Convection in a Porous Layer with Viscosity Variation显示文摘Instability theory is applied to diffusion-convection phenomenon in porous media, where the area in direction of transfer is large and viscosity of the oil varies due to gas dissolution. An important application of this theory arises where diffusion-convection is employed as an EOR technique in oil reservoirs. As a bed of gas is formed below a colunm of oil, gas starts to diffuse into the oil. Therefore, the oil becomes lighter and an inverse gradient of density is developed as more gas diffuses in. Although this inverse density gradient is potentially unstable, convection will not initiate until the gradient extends to a certain value. The condition at which convection begins is known as 'the onset of convectin' and is well specified by the dimensionless Rayleigh number. In this study, an instability analysis is made for convection-diffusion in large porous media. Unlike Other studies where viscosity is assumed constant in this work viscosity is postulated to be a function of gas concentration.
