1Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds显示文摘Because China is becoming an aging society,the incidence of diabetes and diabetic foot have been increasing.Diabetic foot has become one of the main health-related killers due to its high disability and mortality rates.Negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is one of the most effective techniques for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds and great progress,both in terms of research and its clinical application,has been made in the last 20 years of its development.However,due to the complex pathogenesis and management of diabetic foot,irregular application of NPWT often leads to complications,such as infection,bleeding and necrosis,that seriously affect its treatment outcomes.In 2020,under the leadership of Burns,Trauma and Tissue Repair Committee of the Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association,the writing group for‘Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds’was established with the participation of scholars from the specialized areas of burns,endocrinology,vascular surgery,orthopedics and wound repair.Drawing on evidence-based practice suggested by the latest clinical research,this consensus proposes the best clinical practice guidelines for the application and prognostic evaluation of NPWT for diabetic foot.The consensus aims to support the formation of standardized treatment schemes that clinicians can refer to when treating cases of diabetic foot.Shizhao Ji Xiaobin Liu Jie Huang Junmin Bao Zhaohong Chen Chunmao Han Daifeng Hao Jingsong Hong Dahai Hu Yufeng Jiang Shang Ju Hongye Li Zongyu Li Guangping Liang Yan Liu Gaoxing Luo Guozhong Lv Xingwu Ran Zhongmin Shi Juyu Tang Aiping Wang Guangyi Wang Jiangning Wang Xin Wang Bing Wen Jun Wu Hailin Xu Maojin Xu Xiaofei Ye Liangxi Yuan Yi Zhang Shichu Xiao Zhaofan Xia 2021Burns & Trauma2021,9,1:17
2Large scale shaking table model test and analysis on seismic response of utility tunnel in non-homogeneous soil显示文摘Underground utility tunnels are the most fundamental and reliable lifeline network in urban cities,and are widely constructed throughout the world.In urban areas,most utility tunnels usually encounter the non-homogeneity of subsoil condition due to various construction effects.Studies have shown that the damage mechanism of shallow underground structures mainly depends on the inhomogeneity of the subsoil conditions.This would become a considerable factor for the stability of the underground utility tunnel structures.However,this type of research still needs to establish the vulnerable seismic design.In this study,a series of shaking table tests were conducted on non-homogenous soils to investigate the performance of seismic interaction between utility tunnels,surrounding soils and interior pipelines.The dynamic responses measured from the test account for the boundary condition of non-homogeneous soils,the internal forces,displacement of tunnel joints,the dynamic characteristics on interior pipelines and the reasonable spring stiffness with damping in the seismically isolated gas pipeline model inside the tunnel.The vulnerability of underground utility tunnel in non-homogeneous soil zone and the mechanism of the stability of interior facilities are the main topics discussed in this paper.Cho Mya Darli Tang Aiping Huang Delong Zhang Jiqiang 2021Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2021,20,2:5
3Synthesis,insecticidal and acaricidal activities of novel 2-arylpyrroles显示文摘To search for novel 2-arylpyrroles with unique biological activities,a series of novel 2-arylpyrrole derivatives were designed and synthesized,and their structures were characterized by 1 H and 13 C NMR spectroscopy,MS spectrometry,and elemental analysis.Their insecticidal activities against Lepidopteran pests (e.g.Mythimna separata) and acaricidal activities against mites (e.g.Tetranychus urticae) were evaluated.The results of bioassays indicate that some of these title compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal and acaricidal activities.For example,4-bromo-1-((chloromethoxy)methyl)-2-(4-chloro phenyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (6a),4-bromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-((2-fluoroethoxy)-methyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (6d) showed insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata and 4-bromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)1-((isopropoxymethoxy)methyl)-5-(trifluoro methyl)pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (7d) showed acaricidal activity against Tetranychus urticae.They were more effective than Chlorfenapyr,which has been the only commercialized member of a new class of chemicals of 2-arylpyrroles.LIU AiPing TANG Ming YU ShuYing LIU XingPing WANG XiaoGuang PEI Hui WU DaoXin HU Li OU XiaoMing HUANG MingZhi 2013Science China Chemistry2013,56,1:5
4Enhanced Potassium‑Ion Storage of the 3D Carbon Superstructure by Manipulating the Nitrogen‑Doped Species and Morphology显示文摘Potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)are attractive for gridscale energy storage due to the abundant potassium resource and high energy density.The key to achieving high-performance and large-scale energy storage technology lies in seeking eco-efficient synthetic processes to the design of suitable anode materials.Herein,a spherical sponge-like carbon superstructure(NCS)assembled by 2D nanosheets is rationally and efficiently designed for K+storage.The optimized NCS electrode exhibits an outstanding rate capability,high reversible specific capacity(250 mAh g^(−1) at 200 mA g^(−1) after 300 cycles),and promising cycling performance(205 mAh g^(−1) at 1000 mA g^(−1) after 2000 cycles).The superior performance can be attributed to the unique robust spherical structure and 3D electrical transfer network together with nitrogen-rich nanosheets.Moreover,the regulation of the nitrogen doping types and morphology of NCS-5 is also discussed in detail based on the experiments results and density functional theory calculations.This strategy for manipulating the structure and properties of 3D materials is expected to meet the grand challenges for advanced carbon materials as high-performance PIB anodes in practical applications.Yanhua Li Kui Xiao Cong Huang Jin Wang Ming Gao Aiping Hu Qunli Tang Binbin Fan Yali Xu Xiaohua Chen 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,1:2

18Monte Carlo Likelihood Estimation of Mixed-Effects State Space Models with Application to HIV Dynamics显示文摘The statistical inference for generalized mixed-effects state space models(MESSM) are investigated when the random effects are unknown. Two filtering algorithms are designed both of which are based on mixture Kalman filter. These algorithms are particularly useful when the longitudinal measurements are sparse. The authors also propose a globally convergent algorithm for parameter estimation of MESSM which can be used to locate the initial value of parameters for local while more efficient algorithms. Simulation examples are carried out which validate the efficacy of the proposed approaches. 19Controlled release of dexamethasone from porous PLGA scaffolds under cyclic loading显示文摘Poly(L-lactide)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)(PLLA-PEG) microspheres containing dexamethasone(Dex) have been fabricated using a spray-drying technique.Porous poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA) scaffolds were prepared using a method combining thermally induced phase separation and porogen leaching.A post-seeding technique was used to immobilize Dex-containing PLLA-PEG microspheres on porous PLGA scaffolds,and drug-containing microspheres-scaffolds(MS-S) were obtained.Simple Dex-containing scaffolds(D-S) were also made as the control by directly dissolving Dex in the PLGA solution during scaffold fabrication.The morphologies of microspheres and scaffolds were studied by scanning electron microscopy.Drug release profiles of both MS-S and D-S were determined under cyclic loading and shaking water bath,respectively.The cumulative release of Dex was measured using an ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer.The results show that the incorporation of Dex and microspheres had little effect on the overall morphology of the porous PLGA scaffolds.Cyclic loading significantly accelerated the release of Dex from the drug-containing scaffolds.Compared with D-S,MS-S reduced the drug release rate.The controlled drug delivery of tissue engineering scaffolds under cyclic loading is a key factor to mimic the in vivo mechanical environments and achieve optical clinical efficacy.Tang GongWen Yang YanFang Sun AiPing Song TianTian Zhao YunHui Yuan XuBo Yuan XiaoYan Fan YuBo Wang Min 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,3:0
20Vibration characteristics of frozen soil under moving track loads显示文摘Vibration due to moving traffic loads is an important factor which induces frozen soil damage; this paper analyzed these vibration characteristics of frozen soil foundation under track loads. Firstly, seismic observation array(SOA) technology was applied to monitor the three dimensional dynamic characteristics of frozen soil under movable track load in a permafrost region and seasonal frozen soil area. Secondly, a numerical simulation for the response of frozen soil under movable track load was performed based on finite element analysis(FEA). The results show that dynamic characteristics of frozen soil in perpendicular and parallel direction of the track are obviously different. In the direction perpendicular to the track, the vertical acceleration amplitude had an abrupt increase in the 9–10 m from the track line. In the direction parallel to the track, the acceleration in vertical and horizontal direction had a quick attenuation compared to the other direction.
