2不同精粗比饲粮对雷州山羊生长性能、血液生化指标和瘤胃微生物多样性的影响显示文摘【目的】研究不同精粗比对雷州山羊舍饲效果的影响。【方法】选择6月龄公母各半的雷州山羊24只,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理6只(公母各半)。其中D_0组为对照组,饲喂皇竹草,D_(10)、D_(20)、D_(30)分别饲喂混合精料与皇竹草按干物质质量比10∶90、20∶80:和30∶70的混合饲粮,进行分组饲喂,每周测定各组羊只体质量、血液生理指标和瘤胃微生物多样性。【结果】D_(10)、D_(20)、D_(30)的平均日增重分别为33.28、82.58、81.80 g/d,分别较D_0组高出111.97%、425.99%、421.02%(P<0.05)。试验组的白细胞总数(WBC)总数均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的红细胞总数(RBC)总数、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞总数(RBC)压积均高于对照组,且D_(20)组的均与对照组呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。试验所用3种皇竹草和精料比例的混合饲粮对舍饲雷州山羊瘤胃细菌的多样性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。【结论】精粗比20∶80日粮,可降低雷州山羊血液WBC总数,显著提高雷州山羊平均日增重(ADG)、RBC总数、Hb和RBC压积。尹福泉 吴征敏 王志敬 吴浩浩 Aamir Nawab 庄桂锋 钟耿杰 黄昇 2018广东海洋大学学报2018,38,1:15
3姜黄素对罗曼蛋鸡血液和组织抗氧化性能的影响显示文摘[目的]探讨日粮中添加不同剂量姜黄素对罗曼蛋鸡血液和组织抗氧化性能的影响。[方法]选取25周龄健康、生产性能相近的罗曼粉壳蛋鸡288只,分为对照组(CK)和5个处理组(C1、C2、C3、C4、C5),每组4个重复,每个重复12只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组饲喂基础日粮+不同剂量(100、150、200、250、300 mg/kg)姜黄素,分析姜黄素对蛋鸡血液、组织抗氧化性能的影响。[结果]在血液抗氧化方面,试验期间在各处理组添加不同剂量的姜黄素均能显著提高过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05);C3、C4和C5组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),C5组的GSH-Px活性最高;在试验后期各处理组的GSH-Px活性均显著提高(P<0.05);各处理组的丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各处理组的超氧化物酶(SOD)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),C4组SOD活性最高。在组织抗氧化方面,试验期间C3组肝脏中SOD活性和T-AOC显著提高(P<0.05);C2组肝脏中MDA含量最低。各处理组心脏的SOD活性均显著提高(P<0.05),C4组SOD活性最高;C3组心脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)最高;C4组心脏中MDA含量最低;C3、C4组肺脏中SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各处理组肺脏GSH-Px的活性均显著提高(P<0.05),C3组GSH-Px活性最高。[结论]姜黄素可以提高抗氧化酶CAT、SOD以及GSH-Px的活性,不同剂量姜黄素均能起到改善蛋鸡机体抗氧化性能的作用。饲粮中添加200 mg/kg姜黄素时抗氧化效果较好。李光辉 钟秀伶 Aamir Nawab 赵一 效梅 刘文超 兰瑞霞 吴江 安立龙 2018安徽农业科学2018,46,21:11
4Impact of Synchronous Condenser on the Dynamic Behavior of LCC-based UHVDC System Hierarchically Connected to AC System显示文摘Hierarchical connection(HC)is a very attractive mode for±800 kV line commutated converter based ultra high voltage direct current(LCC-UHVDC)system connected to different AC voltage levels because of its ability to reduce the scale factor of a converter transformer.Faults in the HC-UHVDC system can cause commutation failure(CF).In this paper,impact of synchronous condenser(SC)to mitigate CF in HC-UHVDC system is analyzed.A±800KV HC-UHVDC system along with synchronous condenser is built in PSCAD/EMTDC.Transient performance analysis of HC-UHVDC for single and three phase to ground faults is investigated.Commutation failure immunity index(CFII),commutation failure probability index(CFPI),fault recovery time(FRT),and transient overvoltage(TOV)are used as measures to evaluate the effects of SC at HC-UHVDC system design.The simulation results show that SC can make the HCUHVDC system less susceptible to CF,effectively improve fault recovery performances of the overall system,and reduce transient overvoltage when single or multiple converters are blocked.The results of this research can provide technical assistance in real world HC-UHVDC projects.Ali Aamir Li Qiao Chunyi Guo Atiq Ur Rehman Zhizhong Yang 2019CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,2:9
5NS1 antigen: A new beam of light in the early diagnosis of dengue infection显示文摘Objective: To evaluate NS1 antigen detection ELISA for the early laboratory diagnosis of dengue virus infection. Methods: The present study was conducted to evaluate the overall positivity of NS1 antigen detection ELISA and its comparison with viral RNA detection via real time PCR and Ig M antibodies detection by ELISA. Results: A total of 1 270 serum samples were tested 86%(1 097/1 270) were detected positive by one or more than one diagnostic test. 6Estimation of the Shale Oil/Gas Potential of a Paleocene–Eocene Succession: A Case Study from the Meyal Area, Potwar Basin, Pakistan显示文摘The successful exploration and production of shale-gas resources in the United States and Canada sets a new possible solution towards the energy crisis presently affecting most countries of Asia. This study focuses on the use of well log and 2D seismic data for the characterization of the shale oil/gas potential of a Paleocene–Eocene succession — the Meyal area in the Potwar Basin of Pakistan. Two shaly plays are identified in Paleocene–Eocene strata in well logs using ΔLogR and modified ΔLogR cross-plot techniques. The results indicate that Paleocene shale(the Patala Formation) and the lower shaly part of Eocene limestone(Sakesar Formation) can be potentially mature source rocks. However, the thermal maturity modelling proves that only the Paleocene shale is mature. Our results also suggest that the maturity responses on ΔLogR models for the lower shaly part of the Eocene limestone are due to trapped hydrocarbons in the intra-formational fractures. Petroelastic/petrophysical analysis of the Patala Formation reveals two potential shale oil/gas zones on the basis of Young's modulus, Poisson's ratio, Brittleness index and Total Organic Content at an exploitation depth of 3980–3988 m. 7Itopride for gastric volume,gastric emptying and drinking capacity in functional dyspepsia显示文摘AIM To study the effect of itopride on gastric accommodation, gastric emptying and drinking capacity in functional dyspepsia(FD). METHODS Randomized controlled trial was conducted to check the effect of itopride on gastric accommodation, gastric emptying, capacity of tolerating nutrient liquid and symptoms of FD. We recruited a total of 31 patients having FD on the basis of ROME III criteria. After randomization, itopride was received by 15 patients while 16 patients received placebo. Gastric accommodation was determined using Gastric Scintigraphy. ^(13) C labeled octanoic breadth test was performed to assess gastric emptying. Capacity of tolerating nutrient liquid drink was checked using satiety drinking capacity test. Theintervention group comprised of 150 mg itopride. Patients in both arms were followed for 4 wk. RESULTS Mean age of the recruited participant 33 years(SD = 7.6) and most of the recruited individuals, i.e., 21(67.7%) were males. We found that there was no effect of itopride on gastric accommodation as measured at different in volumes in the itopride and control group with the empty stomach(P = 0.14), at 20 min(P = 0.38), 30 min(P = 0.30), 40 min(P = 0.43), 50 min(P = 0.50), 60 min(P = 0.81), 90 min(P = 0.25) and 120 min(P = 0.67). Gastric emptying done on a sub sample(n = 11) showed no significant difference(P = 0.58) between itopride and placebo group. There was no significant improvement in the capacity to tolerate liquid in the itopride group as compared to placebo(P = 0.51). Similarly there was no significant improvement of symptoms as assessed through a composite symptom score(P = 0.74). The change in QT interval in itopride group was not significantly different from placebo(0.10). 9Engineering Leaf-Like UiO-66-SO3H Membranes for Selective Transport of Cations显示文摘Metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)with angstrom-sized pores are promising functional nanomaterials for the fabrication of cation permselective membranes(MOF-CPMs).However,only a few research reports show successful preparation of the MOF-CPMs with good cation separation performance due to several inherent problems in MOFs,such as arduous selfassembly,poor water resistance,and tedious fabrication strategies.Besides,low cation permeation flux due to the absence of the cation permeation assisting functionalities in MOFs is another big issue,which limits their widespread use in membrane technology.Therefore,it is necessary to fabricate functional MOF-CPMs using simplistic strategies to improve cation permeation.In this context,we report a facile in situ smart growth strategy to successfully produce ultrathin(<600 nm)and leaflike UiO-66-SO3H membranes at the surface of anodic alumina oxide.The physicochemical characterizations confirm that sulfonated angstrom-sized ion transport channels exist in the as-prepared UiO-66-SO3H membranes,which accelerate the cation permeation(~3×faster than non-functionalized UiO-66 membrane)and achieve a high ion selectivity(Na^+/Mg^2+>140).The outstanding cation separation performance validates the importance of introducing sulfonic acid groups in MOF-CPMs.Tingting Xu Muhammad Aamir Shehzad Xin Wang Bin Wu Liang Ge Tongwen Xu 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,4:3
10Optimal Site and Size of Distributed Generation Allocation in Radial Distribution Network Using Multi-objective Optimization显示文摘Distributed generation(DG)allocation in the distribution network is generally a multi-objective optimization problem.The maximum benefits of DG injection in the distribution system highly depend on the selection of an appropriate number of DGs and their capacity along with the best location.In this paper,the improved decomposition based evolutionary algorithm(I-DBEA)is used for the selection of optimal number,capacity and site of DG in order to minimize real power losses and voltage deviation,and to maximize the voltage stability index.The proposed I-DBEA technique has the ability to incorporate non-linear,nonconvex and mixed-integer variable problems and it is independent of local extrema trappings.In order to validate the effectiveness of the proposed technique,IEEE 33-bus,69-bus,and 119-bus standard radial distribution networks are considered.Furthermore,the choice of optimal number of DGs in the distribution system is also investigated.The simulation results of the proposed method are compared with the existing methods.The comparison shows that the proposed method has the ability to get the multi-objective optimization of different conflicting objective functions with global optimal values along with the smallest size of DG.Aamir Ali M.U.Keerio J.A.Laghari 2021Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,2:3

12生姜粉与中草药复方联合作用对高温环境中蛋鸡心脏和肝脏结构与功能的影响显示文摘为探究生姜粉与中草药复方联合作用对高温环境中蛋鸡心脏和肝脏结构和功能的影响,将25周龄罗曼粉壳蛋鸡240只随机分为6组,即常温对照组(NC,25±1℃)、高温对照组(HC,32±1℃)以及4个试验组(0D、LD、MD、HD,32±1℃),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0、5、10、15 g/kg生姜粉+3.32 g/kg中草药复方合剂,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。结果表明:高温环境能显著提高蛋鸡血清中LDH-L、AST的含量(P<0.05),提高CK-MB、α-HBDH、ALT、ALP的含量(P>0.05),四个处理组均能不同程度地降低蛋鸡血清中心、肝功能酶的含量,MD组的作用效果最好(P<0.05);四个剂量组均能较好地改善持续高温对心、肝组织细胞的损伤,MD和HD组的效果较好(P<0.05);持续高温引起肝脏细胞发生脂肪变性、颗粒变性,细胞膨大,空泡化,细胞轮廓模糊等,四个处理组均能够改善高温对蛋鸡肝脏的损伤,MD和HD组基本上能使细胞损伤恢复到正常状态。李光辉 Aamir NAWAB 吴江 刘文超 赵一 兰瑞霞 效梅 安立龙 2019家畜生态学报2019,40,12:3

16计及合理弃光的含储能配电网分布式光伏最大接入容量评估方法显示文摘为在允许合理弃光前提下有效评价储能配置于配电网后的分布式光伏最大接入容量,该文构建了考虑弃光率约束的含储能配电网光伏最大接入容量评估模型,并通过对潮流约束和线路容量约束的线性化,将之构建为一个以年为尺度、小时为颗粒度的大规模线性规划模型。为有效提高求解效率,根据模型特征和储能运行规律,提出了场景缩减策略,有效降低了优化模型规模,并进一步通过优化场景集的迭代更新保证了解的最优性。算例结果表明,利用该文所提场景缩减策略,可将求解时间降低80%,且精度基本保持不变;同时配置储能能够明显提升邻近节点的光伏最大接入容量,提升容量与储能允许的最大充电功率之间基本呈现出线性关系,在5%的允许弃光率下,耦合系数约为0.8。吕泉 AAMIR SAEED 杨丹霞 郭雪丽 刘桂百 德里达那·曼苏尔 周玮 2023电网与清洁能源2023,39,5:3

18Thermodynamic Characteristics of Dusty Plasma Studied by Using Molecular Dynamics Simulation显示文摘Thermodynamic properties of a Debye-Yukawa system of particles are explored by using molecular dynamics simulation in the canonical ensemble.The excess free energy f of the Debye-Yukawa system is calculated by using two different approaches for the liquid phase,and the energy is obtained in a coupling parameter range of 0≤Γ≤100 and a wide range of the screening parameter κ.Simulation measurements for excess internal energy and pressure of the system over dimensionless parameters (κ,Γ) are also presented and compared with previous theoretical and simulated results.A Γ-expansion-fitting approach for the liquid phase is introduced with the expansion coefficients,which are functions of the screening parameter κ.The fitting coefficients are obtained by directly comparing them with the simulation measurements with a relative deviation of 1% or less.It is shown that the computational results provide a relatively simple method to calculate the excess internal energy and free energy in certain cases,which depend strongly on.Aamir SHAHZAD 何茂刚 2012Plasma Science and Technology2012,14,9:2
19Unraveling the dose-response puzzle of L.monocytogenes:A mechanistic approach显示文摘Food-borne disease outbreaks caused by Listeria monocytogenes continue to impose heavy burdens on public health in North America and globally.To explore the threat L.monocytogenes presents to the elderly,pregnant woman and immuno-compromised individuals,many studies have focused on in-host infection mechanisms and risk evaluation in terms of dose-response outcomes.However,the connection of these two foci has received little attention,leaving risk prediction with an insufficient mechanistic basis.Consequently,there is a critical need to quantifiably link in-host infection pathways with the doseresponse paradigm.To better understand these relationships,we propose a new mathematical model to describe the gastro-intestinal pathway of L.monocytogenes within the host.The model dynamics are shown to be sensitive to inoculation doses and exhibit bistability phenomena.Applying the model to guinea pigs,we show how it provides useful tools to identify key parameters and to inform critical values of these parameters that are pivotal in risk evaluation.Our preliminary analysis shows that the effect of gastroenvironmental stress,the role of commensal microbiota and immune cells are critical for successful infection of L.monocytogenes and for dictating the shape of the doseresponse curves.S.M.Ashrafur Rahman Daniel Munther Aamir Fazil Ben Smith Jianhong Wu 2016Infectious Disease Modelling2016,1,1:2
20Effects of the nitrification inhibitor nitrapyrin and the plant growth regulator gibberellic acid on yield-scale nitrous oxide emission in maize fields under hot climatic conditions显示文摘Nitrification inhibitors are widely used in agriculture to mitigate nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)emission and increase crop yield.However,no concrete information on their mitigation of N_(2)O emission is available under soil and environmental conditions as in Pakistan.A field experiment was established using a silt clay loam soil from Peshawar,Pakistan,to study the effect of urea applied in combination with a nitrification inhibitor,nitrapyrin(2-chloro-6-tri-chloromethyl pyridine),and/or a plant growth regulator,gibberellic acid(GA_3),on N_(2)O emission and the nitrogen(N)uptake efficiency of maize.The experimental design was a randomized complete block with five treatments in four replicates:control with no N(CK),urea(200 kg N ha^(-1))alone,urea in combination with nitrapyrin(700 g ha^(-1)),urea in combination with GA_3(60 g ha^(-1)),and urea in combination with nitrapyrin and GA_3.The N_(2)O emission,yield,N response efficiency,and total N uptake were measured during the experimental period.The treatment with urea and nitrapyrin reduced total N_(2)O emission by 39%–43%and decreased yield-scaled N_(2)O emission by 47%–52%,relative to the treatment with urea alone.The maize plant biomass,grain yield,and total N uptake increased significantly by 23%,17%,and 15%,respectively,in the treatment with urea and nitrapyrin,relative to the treatment with urea alone,which was possibly due to N saving,lower N loss,and increased N uptake in the form of ammonium;they were further enhanced in the treatment with urea,nitrapyrin,and GA_3 by 27%,36%,and 25%,respectively,probably because of the stimulating effect of GA_3 on plant growth and development and the reduction in biotic and abiotic stresses.These results suggest that applying urea in combination with nitrapyrin and GA_3 has the potential to mitigate N_(2)O emission,improve N response efficiency,and increase maize yield.Khadim DAWAR Kamil SARDAR Mohammad ZAMAN Christoph MÜLLER Alberto SANZ-COBENA Aamir KHAN Azam BORZOUEI Ana Gabriela PÉREZ-CASTILLO 2021Pedosphere2021,31,2:2
