| 1 | 口服消炎痛和布洛芬治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭的比较显示文摘目的静脉注射消炎痛是早产儿动脉导管未闭的常规治疗方法,但治疗过程中常出现一些副作用,如少尿、消化道出血、脑血流灌注减少。近年来,静脉注射布洛芬已用于治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭。布洛芬治疗不会减少脑血流灌注,也不会影响胃肠道和肾脏的血流动力学。伊朗目前尚无消炎痛和布洛芬的静脉制剂供应。该研究旨在比较这两种药的口服制剂治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭的疗效和安全性。方法36例胎龄小于34周经超声心动图确诊患有动脉导管未闭的早产儿被随机分为两组,每组18人。一组给予消炎痛口服,每次0.2mg/kg,24h给药1次,共3次。另一组给予布洛芬口服,共3次,间隔时间为24h,首剂为10mg/kg,随后两次各5mg/kg。用药后观察导管闭合率、副作用、并发症及临床过程。结果用药后布洛芬组18例患儿动脉导管都闭合(100%),而消炎痛组18例中有15例患儿动脉导管闭合(83.3%)(P〉0.05)。两组疗效差异统计学无显著性意义。治疗前后两组的血清尿素氮和肌酐含量差异也无显著性意义。消炎痛组发生了3例(16.6%)坏死性小肠结肠炎,布洛芬组则无,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。治疗1个月后两组成活率均为94%(17/18)。消炎痛组1例死于坏死性小肠结肠炎,布洛芬组1例死于败血症。结论口服布洛芬治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭和口服消炎痛治疗一样有效,而且坏死性小肠结肠炎的发生率较口服消炎痛治疗低。 | Saed Hossein FAKHRAEE Zohreh BADIEE Saied MOJTAHEDZADEH Mohammad KAZEMIAN Roya KELISHADI Shahid Beheshti | 2007 | 中国当代儿科杂志2007,9,5: | 11 |
| 2 | Evaluation on Properties of CaO-BaO-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 Glass-Ceramic Sealants for Intermediate Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cells显示文摘To develop suitable sealants for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cells (IT-SOFC), glasseceramics based on the CaO-BaO-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 system were studied. Coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), glass transition temperature (Tg) and dilatometric softening point temperature (Td) of specimens were determined by means of dilatometer analysis and crystallization temperature was measured by differential thermal analysis (DTA). Also, crystallization behavior during prolonged heat-treatment and microstructure properties were studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. Electrical properties were measured at different temperatures, and the results showed a high resistance (>10 4Ω) at the SOFC operation temperature (600-800℃). Moreover, mechanical properties of heat-treated specimens (1, 10, 30, 50 h) were measured. | 3 | 强迫症患者、强迫型人格障碍患者和健康对照者之间的认知灵活性和计划能力比较(英文)显示文摘背景:强迫症患者(Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,OCD)与强迫型人格障碍患者(Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder,OCPD)的认知功能还没有得到充分的研究。目标:验证OCD和OCPD患者的认知灵活性和计划能力。方法:本研究在德黑兰心理咨询门诊选定了25例OCD患者和20例OCPD患者,他们在既往两周都没有服药,并且从大学工作人员和当地社区居民中选定了25名健康对照者。对所有参与者均进行28项一般健康问卷(28-item version of the General Health Questionnaire,GHQ-28)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(Wisconsin Card Sorting Test,WCST)、和伦敦塔试验(Tower of London test,TOL))。本研究运用WCTS的两个测量指标(持续错误数和完成分类数)评估认知灵活性以及TOL的三个测量指标(12个试验总共的移动次数、总应答时和计划时间)评估计划能力。结果:2组患者的当前心理困扰程度显著高于对照组。在控制人口学因素和心理困扰水平后,OCD患者和OCPD患者在WCST测试中比对照组更容易出现持续性错误,而OCD患者(不包括OCPD患者)的完成分类数比对照组显著减少。OCD患者和OCDP患者都比对照组需要更多的移动次数来完成12项TOL任务,并且OCD患者比OCPD患者和对照组需要花更长的时间来完成任务。结论:与健康对照组相比,OCD和OCPD患者的认知灵活性和计划能力都有所受损,并且OCD和OCPD患者之间的认知功能测试也存在一些差异。我们需要对OCD和OCPD患者进行长期随访研究评估在强迫症状严重性加重与减轻时认知功能的改变,从而决定此类认知评估指标对于强迫症是否有诊断或临床关联性。 | Negin PAAST Zohreh KHOSRAVI Amir Hossein MEMARI Monir SHAYESTEHFAR Mohammad ARBABI | 2016 | 上海精神医学2016,28,1: | 7 |

| 5 | Decellularized peripheral nerve grafts by a modified protocol for repair of rat sciatic nerve injury显示文摘Studies have shown that acellular nerve xenografts do not require immunosuppression and use of acellular nerve xenografts for repair of peripheral nerve injury is safe and effective.However,there is currently no widely accepted standard chemical decellularization method.The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of bovine-derived nerves decellularized by the modified Hudson’s protocol in the repair of rat sciatic nerve injury.In the modified Hudson’s protocol,Triton X-200 was replaced by Triton X-100,and DNase and RNase were used to prepare accelular nerve xenografts.The efficiency of bovine-derived nerves decellularized by the modified Hudson’s protocol was tested in vitro by hematoxylin&eosin,Alcian blue,Masson’s trichrome,and Luxol fast blue staining,immunohistochemistry,and biochemical assays.The decellularization approach excluded cells,myelin,and axons of nerve xenografts,without affecting the organization of nerve xenografts.The decellularized nerve xenograft was used to bridge a 7 mm-long sciatic nerve defect to evaluate its efficiency in the repair of peripheral nerve injury.At 8 weeks after transplantation,sciatic function index in rats subjected to transplantation of acellular nerve xenograft was similar to that in rats undergoing transplantation of nerve allograft.Morphological analysis revealed that there were a large amount of regenerated myelinated axons in acellular nerve xenograft;the number of Schwann cells in the acellular nerve xenograft was similar to that in the nerve allograft.These findings suggest that acellular nerve xenografts prepared by the modified Hudson’s protocol can be used for repair of peripheral nerve injury.This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee,Research and Technology Chancellor of Guilan University of Medical Sciences,Iran(approval No.IR.GUMS.REC.1395.332)on February 11,2017. | Arash Zaminy Sara Sayad-Fathi Farshad Moharrami Kasmaie Zohreh Jahromi Adib Zendedel | 2021 | Neural Regeneration Research2021,16,6: | 6 |

| 7 | Interactive effects of drought stress and chitosan application on physiological characteristics and essential oil yield of Thymus daenensis Celak显示文摘Thymus daenensis, a perennial herb, is often grown in areas that experience drought conditions during its growing period. Application of chitosan may compensate for the negative impact of drought stress on the yield of oil and secondary metabolites in Thymus.The interactive effects of foliar application of chitosan and drought stress on dry matter,essential oil yield, and selected physiological characteristics including photosynthetic pigments, osmotic adjustment, and lipid peroxidation of Thymus were investigated in a two-year study from 2014 to 2015. Treatments consisted of 0, 200, and 400(iL L'1 chitosan applied to plants grown under field capacity, mild drought stress(50% field capacity), and severe drought stress(25% field capacity). Dry matter yield decreased substantially as drought stress intensified. However, essential oil content increased under stress conditions,with the highest essential oil yield obtained from plants under mild drought stress. Foliar application of chitosan compensated to some extent for dry matter and oil yield reduction of plants grown under drought stress. The highest essential oil yield(1.52 g plant-1) was obtained by application of 400 \iL L_1 chitosan under the mild stress condition in 2015 when plants were mature. | 10 | Effect of Stimulating the BL67 Point on Fetal Correction from Breech to Cephalic Presentation and Natural Delivery after the 36 Weeks of Pregnancy: A Randomized Clinical Trial显示文摘Objective:Various techniques are proposed for changing fetal presentation.We aimed to assess the effect of BL67 point stimulation on correcting breech presentation and natural delivery in women at 36-38 gestational weeks.Methods:A parallel single blinded randomized clinical trial was conducted on 72 eligible pregnant women with breech presentation at the 36 weeks of pregnancy.The subjects were divided into two groups-intervention(n=36)and control groups(n=36)by block randomization method.The intervention group stimulated the BL67 point by self-administration for 20 min once a day for 2 weeks.Finally,the appearance of cephalic presentation and rate of vaginal delivery was compared between the groups(n1=n2=32)using the Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression.Results:The correction of breech to cephalic presentation occurred in 53.1% of patients in the intervention group.The adjusted relative risk(RR)for fetal correction from breech to cephalic was 1.80(RR=1.80,95%confidence interval[CI],1.13-5.17).It was shown that the stimulation of the BL67 point increased the correction of breech to cephalic presentation.In addition,the rate of vaginal delivery increased by>4-fold(RR=4.16,95%CI,2.54-6.82)by correction to cephalic presentation.Moreover,65.6%of mothers in intervention group and 90.6%in the control group underwent cesarean section.Conclusions:The stimulation of the BL67 point is a safe,inexpensive,and effective method that can be self-administered at home for fetal correction from breech to cephalic presentation in women with breech presentations during 36-38 gestational weeks.This promotes uncomplicated natural childbirth. | Khatereh Sourani Abolfazl Mohammadbeigi Nasim Khademi Azadeh Asgarian Imaneh Khaki Zohreh Ahmadi | 2020 | Reproductive and Developmental Medicine2020,4,2: | 3 |

Electrocatalytic activity of modified electrode toward the oxidation of cysteine(Cy SH) was investigated. The surface structure and composition of the sensor were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Oxidation of Cy SH on the surface of modified electrode was investigated with cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),hydrodynamic voltammetry and chronoamperometry methods. The results show that the PNA/Zn Se-QD/ACA film displays excellent electrochemical catalytic activities towards Cy SH oxidation. The modified electrode shows reproducible behavior and high level of stability during the electrochemical experiments. Also it has short response time, low detection limit, high sensitivity and low operation potential, which can be used as an amperometric sensor for monitoring of Cy SH. | 13 | Microstructure and Sliding Wear Behaviour of Ni(Cr)-TiB_2 Coatings Deposited by HVOF Spraying of SHS Powders显示文摘This work reports research concerning the microstructure and sliding wear behaviour of cermet coatings deposited by high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying. Two cermets were prepared with the following target compositions namely, Ni (Cr)-65 wt.% TiB2 and Ni (Cr)-40 wt.% TiB2. Coating microstructures were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), whilst microhardness and sliding wear tests were performed on the coatings to evaluate their performance. The HVOF sprayed deposits had layered, splat-like morphologies typical of thermally sprayed cermets. Coatings consisted primarily of TiB2 particles in a nickel-based binder phase. Other minor peaks in the XRD patterns belong to TiB, Ni2B, NiTiO3 and Ti2Oj. The coatings exhibit an amorphous halo in the diffraction pattern between 2 values of 40° and 50°. Sliding wear behaviour was examined using a conventional ball-on-disc apparatus. A sintered ceramic ball (A12O3) was employed as the counterface. The Ni (Cr)-65 wt.% TiB2 coating had a lower wear rate than Ni (Cr)-40 wt.% TiB2 coating. This may be related to the larger sizes of borides. Wear scar morphologies, on both coatings were examined by using SEM and EDAX detecting in order to establish the wear mechanism. | 14 | Characterization of NbSi_2–Al_2O_3 nanocomposite coatings prepared with plasma spraying mechanically alloyed powders显示文摘The present study characterized NbS i2–Al2O3 nanocomposite powders plasma-sprayed on Ti–6Al–4Vsubstrates. The powders were agglomerated to obtain suitable particle sizes for spraying. The agglomerated powders were then plasma-sprayed using atmospheric plasma spraying. The structural transformations of the powders along with the morphological and mechanical changes of the coatings were examined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and hardness testing. The results showed that after plasma spraying, the grain size increased, and the lattice strain decreased. However, the grain size of this compound after spraying was still in the nanometer range. The coating was uniform and exhibited good adhesion to the substrate. | 19 | An analysis of shear stress distribution in circular channels with sediment deposition based on Gene Expression Programming显示文摘Knowledge of the boundary shear stress distribution in channels is important because it is a key factor affecting on erosion and sedimentation rates. The presence of sediment deposits in sewers is often reported during operation, and circular channels are frequently used in sewer networks. Gene expression programming(GEP) is applied in this study to determine an equation for evaluating the shear stress distribution along the wetted perimeter of a circular channel with a flat bed, because of the presence of sediment on the bed. In view of the parameters affecting the shear stress distribution, five dimensionless parameters are applied to develop six GEP models to be used with 905 experimental data. The impact of the shear stress parameters is studied using the six GEP models and by dividing the wetted perimeter into wall and bed sections. Two equations are extracted from the GEP models' output to estimate wall and bed shear stresses. The best model results are compared with a well-known equation based on the entropy concept. These deposits are mostly composed of submarine volcanic rocks, skeletal and non-skeletal limestone, shale and sandstone that were deposited in low to high energy conditions(from tidal flat to deep open marine). According to gradual deepening trend, wide lateral distribution of facies as well as absence of resedimentation deposits, a depositional model of a homoclinal ramp was proposed for these deposits. Field observations and facies distribution indicate that, two depositional sequences were recognized in both sections. These sections show similarities in facies and depositional sequence during the Early Silurian in the area.
