2X-ray scintillation in lead-free double perovskite crystals显示文摘Metal halide perovskites have shown great performance for various applications,including solar cells,light emitting diodes,and radiation detectors,but they still suffer from the toxicity of lead and instability.Here we report the use of lanthanide series as trivalent metals to obtain low toxicity and highly stable double perovskites(Cs_2NaLnCl_6,Ln=Tb or Eu)with high scintillation light yield.The crystals exhibit typical f-f transitions of lanthanide cations,while Cs_2NaTbCl_6exhibits strong green photoluminescence,and Cs_2NaEuCl_6exhibits red photoluminescence.Under X-ray radiations,the light yield of Cs_2NaTbCl_6reaches46600 photons MeV^(-1),much higher than that of the commercially used(Lu,Y)_2SiO_5:Ce^(3+)crystals(LYSO,28500 photons MeV^(-1)),and previously reported lead-based perovskites(14000 photons MeV^(-1)).As a new member of lead-free perovskites,lanthanide-based double perovskites open up a new route toward radiation detections and potential medical imaging.Qingsong Hu Zhenzhou Deng Manchen Hu Anjiang Zhao Yaqi Zhang Zhifang Tan Guangda Niu Haodi Wu Jiang Tang 2018Science China Chemistry2018,61,12:7
3U-Pb Geochronology, Elemental and Sr-Nd Isotopic Geochemistry of the Houyaoyu Granite Porphyries: Implication for the Genesis of Early Cretaceous Felsic Intrusions in East Qinling显示文摘The Early Cretaceous Houyaoyu granite porphyries are located in the south margin of the North China Craton. Field observations, petrography, geochronology, major and trace elemental and Sr-Nd isotopic compositions are reported to elucidate the genesis of the Houyaoyu granite porphyries. SIMS zircon U-Pb analyses for the Houyaoyu granite porphyries yield two concordant ages of 133.2± 2.3(2σ) and 131± 1.1(2σ) Ma, respectively. Major and trace elemental compositions indicate that these porphyries are high-K I-type granites with high contents of Si O2, K2 O, Rb, U, Pb, low Nb, Ta, Ti, and P. Initial 87 Sr/86 Sr ratios range from 0.708 3 to 0.709 7, and εNd(t) values range from-9.13 to-12.3, with corresponding two-stage depleted-mantle Nd model ages(T2 DM) varying from 1.57 to 1.91 Ga. This suggests that the Houyaoyu granite porphyries were predominantly derived from ancient lower continental crust, with minor involvement of mantle-derived components. 4Antimony doped Cs2SnCl6 with bright and stable emission显示文摘Lead halide perovskites,with high photoluminescence efficiency and narrow・band emission,are promising materials for display and lighting.However,the lead toxicity and environmental sensitivity hinder their potential applications.Herein,a new antimony・doped lead-free inorganic perovskites variant Cs2SnCl6:xSb is designed and synthesized.The perovskite variant Cs2SnCl6:xSb exhibits a broadband orange-red emission,with a photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 37%.The photoluminescence of Cs2SnCl6:xSb is caused by the ionoluminescence of Sb3+within Cs2SnCl6 matrix,which is verified by temperature dependent photoluminescence(PL)and PL decay measurements.In addition,the all inorganic structure renders Cs2SnCl6:xSb with excellent thermal and water stability.Finally,a white light-emitting diode(white-LED)is fabricated by assembling Cs2SnCl6:0.59%Sb,Cs2SnCl6:2.75%Bi and Ba2Sr2SiO4:Eu2+onto the commercial UV LED chips,and the color rendering index(CRI)reaches 81.Jinghui LI Zhifang TAN Manchen HU Chao CHEN Jiajun LUO Shunran LI Liang GAO Zewen XIAO Guangda NIU Jiang TANG 2019Frontiers of Optoelectronics2019,12,4:2
5Identifying the leucogranites in the Ailaoshan-Red River shear zone:Constraints on the timing of the southeastward expansion of the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The uplift of the Tibetan Plateau significantly affected the global climate system.However,the timing of its uplift and the formation of its vast expanse are poorly understood.The occurrence of two types of leucogranites(the two-mica leucogranites and garnet-bearing leucogranites) identified in the Ailaoshan-Red River(ASRR) shear zone suggests an extension event in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau.The age of these leucogranites could be used to constrain the timing of uplift and southeastward expansion of the plateau.Petrography,geochronology and geochemistry investigations,including Sr-Nd isotope analysis,were conducted on the two-mica leucogranites and garnet-bearing leucogranites from the ASRR shear zone.LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating indicates that these rocks were emplaced at ~27 Ma,implying that the Tibetan Plateau had already achieved maximum uplift prior to the late Oligocene.It subsequently started to expand southeastward as a result of crustal flow.Compared to classic metapelite-derived leucogranites from Himalaya,the two-mica leucogranites show high K_2 O/Na_2 O(1.31-1.92),low Rb/Sr,CaO,lower ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios(0.7089-0.7164) and higher ε_(Nd)(t)(-8.83 to-3.10).This whole-rock geochemical characteristics likely indicates a mixing source origin,composed predominantly of amphibolite with subordinated metapelite,which is also evidenced by ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr vs.ε_(Nd)(t) diagram.However,The garnetbearing leucogranites with high SiO_2 contents(72.25-74.12 wt.%) have high initial ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios(0.7332-0.7535) and low ε_(Nd)(t)(-16.36 to 18.98),indicating that they are derived from the source comprised of metapelite and results of fluexed muscovite melting under lower crustal level,which is also evidenced by the Rb-Sr-Ba systematics.These leucogranites formed from partial melting of the thickened lower crust,which resulted in the formation of granitic melt that weakened the crust.The weakened crust aided the left-lateral strikeslip movement of the ASRR shear zone,triggering the escape of the Indochina terrane in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau during the late Oligocene.Xiaohu He Shucheng Tan Jiaxi Zhou Zheng Liu Zhifang Zhao Siqi Yang Yahui Zhang 2020Geoscience Frontiers2020,11,3:1

7HSPM:A Better Model to Effectively Preventing Open-Source Projects from Dying显示文摘With the rapid development of Open-Source(OS),more and more software projects are maintained and developed in the form of OS.These Open-Source projects depend on and influence each other,gradually forming a huge OS project network,namely an Open-Source Software ECOsystem(OSSECO).Unfortunately,not all OS projects in the open-source ecosystem can be healthy and stable in the long term,and more projects will go from active to inactive and gradually die.In a tightly connected ecosystem,the death of one project can potentially cause the collapse of the entire ecosystem network.How can we effectively prevent such situations from happening?In this paper,we first identify the basic project characteristics that affect the survival of OS projects at both project and ecosystem levels through the proportional hazards model.Then,we utilize graph convolutional networks based on the ecosystem network to extract the ecosystem environment characteristics of OS projects.Finally,we fuse basic project characteristics and environmental project characteristics and construct a Hybrid Structured Prediction Model(HSPM)to predict the OS project survival state.The experimental results show that HSPM significantly improved compared to the traditional prediction model.Our work can substantially assist OS project managers in maintaining their projects’health.It can also provide an essential reference for developers when choosing the right open-source project for their production activities.Zhifang Liao Fangying Fu Yiqi Zhao Sui Tan Zhiwu Yu Yan Zhang 2023Computer Systems Science & Engineering2023,47,10:0
8Oxide perovskite Ba_(2)AgIO_(6)wafers for X-ray detection显示文摘X-ray detection is of great significance in biomedical,nondestructive,and scientific research.Lead halide perovskites have recently emerged as one of the most promising materials for direct X-ray detection.However,the lead toxicity remains a worrisome concern for further commercial application.Great efforts have been made to search for lead-free perovskites with similar optoelectronic properties.Here,we present a lead-free oxide double perovskite material Ba2AgIO6 for X-ray detection.The lead-free,all-inorganic nature,as well as the high density of Ba2AgIO6,promises excellent prospects in X-ray applications.By employing the hydrothermal method,we successfully synthesized highly crystalline Ba2AgIO6 powder with pure phase.Furthermore,we prepared Ba2AgIO6 wafers through isostatic pressure and built X-ray detectors with Au/Ba2AgIO6 wafer/Au photoconductive structure.The as-prepared X-ray detectors showed a sensitivity of 18.9μC/(Gyair$cm2)at 5 V/mm,similar to commercialα-Se detectors showcasing their advantages for X-ray detection.Longbo YANG Jincong PANG Zhifang TAN Qi XIAO Tong JIN Jiajun LUO Guangda NIU Jiang TANG 2021Frontiers of Optoelectronics2021,14,4:0
9Inorganic antimony halide hybrids with broad yellow emissions显示文摘Lead halide perovskites exhibit unexceptionable photoelectric properties.However,these materials are unsatisfactory in terms of stability and toxicity.Herein,we report Rb7 Sb3 Cl16 as a new kind of lead free perovskite variants.This material can be easily obtained through hydrothermal reactions.The composition is determined through structure refinement,elemental analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectra.Rb7 Sb3 Cl16 exhibits a broad yellow emission at 560 nm,with a Stokes shift of 175 nm and a photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)around 26%.Rb7 Sb3 Cl16 also shows good thermal and water stability due to its inorganic composition.White light-emitting diodes(LEDs)are constructed by combining Rb7 Sb3 Cl16 as yellow phosphors,our previously reported Cs2 SnCl6:2.75%Bi as blue phosphors,and commercial UV LED chips as the excitation source,producing a white light with the Commission Internationale de’Eclairage(CIE)color coordinates at(0.39,0.38).Zhifang Tan Manchen Hu Guangda Niu Qingsong Hu Jinghui Li Meiying Leng Liang Gao Jiang Tang 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,13:0
10A Benzodithiophene-Based Fluorescence Probe for Rapid Detection of Fluoride Ion显示文摘A novel and simple fluorescence probe was synthesized from benzo[l,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene (BDT) and trime-thylsilylethyne via Sonogashira reaction, and showed highly selective and sensitive fluorescence decreasing re-sponse towards F . The probe molecule turned to a weakly fluorescent terminal alkyne moiety because its trime-thylsilyl (TMS) group was cleaved by fluoride, which was proved by IH NMR titration. Whereas no distinct fluo-rescent changes were observed with the addition of other anions, such as C1^-, B^_r, I^-, AcO^- and HzPO4 . Upon theaddition of F-, the maximum fluorescence emission wavelength shifted from 460 nm to 450 nm with a decrease offluorescence intensity by 40% within 20 s.
