| 1 | Research progress of monitoring, forecasting, and prevention of rockburst in underground coal mining in China显示文摘As one of the dynamic disasters of coal mines,rockburst seriously affects underground safe coal mining.Based on the laboratory test,field test,and theoretical analysis,this study proposed the principle of the rock burst induced by the combination of dynamic and static stresses and divided such rock burst into three types,including induced by primary dynamic stress,mainly induced by dynamic stress,and by dynamic stress in low critical stress state.The expressions of the static stress induced by coal mining and dynamic stress induced by mining tremors were obtained.Moreover,theories and technologies at home and abroad were summarized concerning the monitoring,forecasting,and preventing of rockburst.These mainly include the zoning and leveling forecasting method,electromagnetic radiation technology,elastic wave and seismic wave computed tomography technologies in aspect of rockburst monitoring,as well as the intensity weakening theory,the strong-soft-strong structure effect,the directional hydraulic fracturing technology,the roadway support system in regards of rockburst prevention.The prospect of rockburst development suggested that researches concerning the rockburst mechanism should be quantitatively developed around the roadway and coalface surrounding coal-rock mass.It should be focused on the rockburst mechanism and prevention technology of mining with over 1,000 km deep and mining in large tectonic zone.In addition,the monitoring and prevention of rockburst should be based on rockburst mechanism. | Linming Dou Zonglong Mu Zhenlei Li Anye Cao Siyuan Gong | 2014 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2014,1,3: | 64 |
| 2 | Improving Joint Features and Mechanical Properties of Pinless Fiction Stir Welding of Alcald 2A12-T4 Aluminum Alloy显示文摘As a new solid state welding,pinless friction stir welding(PFSW) can be used to join thin-wall structures.In this study,four new pinless tools with different groove distributions were designed and manufactured in order to enrich technological storage of PFSW and obtain sound joint with high quality of alclad 2A12-T4 alloy.The results show that the small-obliquity tool is detrimental to the transfer of plasticized materials,resulting in the formation of kissing bond defect.For the through-groove tool or the large-curvature tool,bigger flashes form on the joint surface and alclad layer is observed in the nugget zone(NZ),deteriorating mechanical properties.Compared with the above-mentioned three tools,using the six-groove tool with rational curvature and obliquity can not only yield sound joint with small flashes and thickness reduction,but also prevent alclad from flowing into NZ,which has potential to weld thin alclad aluminum alloys.Meanwhile,the tensile strength and elongation of joint using the six-groove tool reach the maximum values of 362 MPa and 8.3%,up to 85.1% and 64% of BM. | Zhenlei Liu Hutao Cui Shude Ji Minqiang Xu Xiangchen Meng | 2016 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2016,32,12: | 7 |
| 3 | Microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Mg-Mn alloy with erbium显示文摘The effect of trace element Er on the microstructure and properties of Al-6Mg-0.7Mn-0.1Cr-0.15Ti alloy was investigated. The results show that the ultimate room-temperature and high-temperature strength sof the alloy have not increased obviously with the addition of erbium, but the uniform elongation of alloys decreases from 9% and 27.5% to 5.5% and 22.5%, respectively. The reason is that the addition of Er will first react with Ti, Cr to form Al20Ti2Er, Al8Cr4Er phases. The precipitation strengthening makes up the weakening of grain refinement strengthening. | 4 | Development of a procedure for estimating the parameters of mechanistic VOC emission source models from chamber testing data显示文摘In order to evaluate the impacts of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions from building materials on the indoor air quality beyond the standard chamber test conditions and test period,mechanistic emission source models have been developed in the past.However,very limited data are available for the required model parameters including the initial concentration(C_(m0)),in-material diffusion coefficient(D_(m)),partition coefficient(Kma),and convective mass transfer coefficient(k_(m)).In this study,a procedure was developed for estimating the model parameters by using VOC emission data from standard small chamber tests.In the procedure,initial values of the model parameters were refined by multivariate regression analysis of the measured emission data.To verify the procedure and estimate its uncertainty,simulated chamber test data were generated by adding 10% experimental uncertainties on the theoretical curve from the analytical solution to a mechanistic emission model.Then the procedure was applied to the generated data to estimate the model parameters.Results indicated that estimates converged to the original parameter values used for the data generation and the error of estimated parameters D_(m1)C_(m0) and K_(ma) were within±10%,±23%,and±25%of the true values,respectively.The procedure was further demonstrated by applying it to estimate the model parameters from real chamber test data.Wide application of the procedure would result in a database of mechanistic source model parameters for assessing the impact of VOC emissions on indoor pollution load,which are essential input data for evaluating the effectiveness of various indoor air quality(IAQ)design and control strategies as well as the energy required for meeting given IAQ requirements. | Zhenlei Liu Andreas Nicolai Marc Abadie Menghao Qin John Grunewald Jianshun Zhang | 2021 | Building Simulation2021,14,2: | 4 |
| 5 | Inhibiting effect of tungstic compounds on glucose hydrogenation over Ru/C catalyst显示文摘The effect of acid component including various conventional acids and tungstic compounds on glucose hydrogenation over a series of binary catalyst system containing Ru/C catalyst was investigated. The results showed that HCl, H2SO4, H3BO3, H3PO4, and HNO3 had negligible effect, while all the tungstic compounds imposed inhibiting effects on the hydrogenation of glucose over Ru/C catalyst, and the suppressing effect followed the order of H2WO4>HPW>WO3>AMT>HSi W. | 6 | Intra-articular delivery of tetramethylpyrazine microspheres with enhanced articular cavity retention for treating osteoarthritis显示文摘Tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine with strong antiinflammatory and cartilage protection activities, and thus a promising candidate for treating osteoarthritis. However, TMP is rapidly cleared from the joint cavity after intra-articular injection and requires multiple injections to maintain efficacy. The aim of this study was to encapsulate TMP into poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA) microspheres to enhance the TMP retention in the joint, reducing injection frequencies and decreasing dosage. TMP microspheres were prepared by emulsion/solvent evaporation method. The intra-articular retention of the drug was assessed by detecting the drug concentration distributed in the joint tissue at different time points. The therapeutic effect of TMP microspheres was evaluated by the swelling of knee joints and histologic analysis in papain-induced OA rat model. The prepared freezedried microspheres with a particle size of about 10 μm can effectively prolong the retention time of the drug in the articular cavity to 30 d, which is 4.7 times that of the TMP solution.Intra-articular injection of TMP microspheres efficiently relieved inflammatory symptoms,improved joint lesions and decreased the depletion of proteoglycan. | 8 | Signal characteristics of coal and rock dynamics with micro-seismic monitoring technique显示文摘In this study,differences of signal characteristics between mine shocks and coal and gas outbursts in coal mines were examined with the micro-seismic monitoring technique and time–frequency analysis.The duration of the mine shock is short while the coal and gas outburst lasts longer.The outburst consists of three stages:the pre-shock,secondary shock and main shock stage,respectively.The velocity amplitude of the mine shock is between 10^(-)5and 10^(-3)m/s,which is higher than that of the outburst with the same energy level.In addition,in both cases,the correlation between the velocity amplitude and energy is positive while the correlation between the signal frequency band distribution and energy is negative.The signal frequency band of the high energy mine shock is distributed between 0 and 50 Hz,and the low energy mine shock is between 50 and 100 Hz.The fractal characteristics of mine shocks were studied based on a fractal theory.The box dimensions of high energy mine shocks are lower than the low energy ones,however,the box dimensions of outbursts are higher than that of mine shocks with the same energy level.The higher box dimensions indicate more dangerous dynamic events. | Ding Yanlu Dou Linming Cai Wu Chen Jianjun Kong Yong Su Zhenguo Li Zhenlei | 2016 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2016,26,4: | 2 |
| 9 | Effects of water content on the dissolution behavior of wool keratin using 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium dimethylphosphate显示文摘Ionic liquids(ILs) are eco-friend and recyclable solvents for dissolution of wool keratin, and water is often used as antisolvent to regenerate keratin from IL solution. To recycle the ILs, removing water is the necessary step. However, complete removal of the water is energy-intensive and costly. The water in ionic liquids would change the physicochemical properties and cluster structures of the IL and further affect its dissolution behavior on keratin. Here, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium dimethylphosphate([Emim]DMP) was used for experiments due to its good performance on dissolving keratin. The experimental and simulation results showed that the dissolving capability of [Emim]DMP was decreased and the interactions between cation and anion became weaker with water concentration increasing. Furthermore, the dissolution time of wool keratin in [Emim]DMP increased with water content rising. At the same time, the effect of water in ILs on the secondary structure distribution and thermal stability of regenerated keratin was not obvious. | 19 | A dynamic ejection coal burst model for coalmine roadway collapse显示文摘In this study,we established a dynamic ejection coal burst model for a coalmine roadway subject to stress,and held that the stress concentration zone at the roadway side is the direct energy source of this ejection.The formation and development of such burst undergoes three stages:(1)instability and propagation of the cracks in the stress concentration zone,(2)emerging of a layered energy storage structure in the zone,and(3)ejection of coal mass or coal burst due to instability.Moreover,we figured out the initial strength of periodic cracks is parallel to the maximal dominant stress direction in the stress concentration zone and derived from the damage strain energy within the finite area of the zone based on the Griffith energy theory.In addition,we analyzed the formation process of the layered energy storage structure in the zone,simplified it as a simply supported restraint sheet,and calculated the minimum critical load and the internally accumulated elastic energy at the instable state.Furthermore,we established a criterion for occurrence of the coal burst based on the variational principle,and analyzed the coal mass ejection due to instability and coal burst induced by different intensity disturbances.At last,with the stratum conditions of Junde Coalmine as the model prototype,we numerically simulated the load displacement distribution of the stress concentration zone ahead of the working face disturbed by the main roof-fracture-induced dynamic load during the mining process as well as their varying characteristics,and qualitatively verified the above model. | Dazhao Song Xueqiu He Enyuan Wang Zhenlei Li Menghan Wei Hongwei Mu | 2019 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2019,29,4: | 1 |
| 20 | Nonlinear adaptive switching control for a class of non-affine nonlinear systems显示文摘An improved nonlinear adaptive switching control method is presented to relax the assumption on the higher order nonlinear terms of a class of discrete-time non-affine nonlinear systems. The proposed control strategy is composed of a linear adaptive controller, a neural network(NN) based nonlinear adaptive controller and a switching mechanism. An incremental model is derived to represent the considered system and an improved robust adaptive law is chosen to update the parameters of the linear adaptive controller. A new performance criterion of the switching mechanism is designed to select the proper controller. Using this control scheme, all the signals in the system are proved to be bounded.
